Shilpi hill resort is the best hotel of Saputara. Beijg the oldest it is still the best. The restaurant is awesome. The cake was good. Location is at the centre of the city so that is helpful too. Rooms are beautiful.

5* is for restaurant review located in basement! Very good restaurant in affordable rate. Very good food.

Good structure of hotels and good food from hotel. Staff is good but some amenities are free Wi-Fi are not working and some bathroom facilities are not available as they are mention and swimming pool is for limited time not for whole day.

Nice well maintained hotel. Rooms were big n clean. Staff was also polite and helpful. This property has well maintained swimming pool too.

What a plesant stopover, suite and rooms are awesome, its expensive one, rooms starts 6.5k plus for family of four, best season to visit is from august to september at saputara, opt for super deluxe or super deluxe suite, if u r family of 4 or 4 plus u can have two rooms set, one on each floor (3 floors), both are interconnected, swimming pool, nearby common interest place, economical street food nearby, havmore icecream too in nearby priximity, we are delighted by their esteem n prompt service, rhey have generator backup too allthough elec. Off is minimal, ample garden space for large party or sittinf in evening or morning with family, plush interiors and be safe, staff doesnot intervene and is couteous too, @ Saputara, Shilpi is best choice, if u have good budget or u can try for lakeview as well as aakar lords inn, get ur advanced booking and if u r moving in weekend, hotels are always packed, as people from surat always visit it, so get ur advance bookibg from MMT itself, Their Chief Manager Mr. Navin, is men of high esteem n respect and very much customer oriented, he speaks less but known all visiting guests, ur emergency point of connect if u r newbie in this small naturely town, ropeway is must visit plus sunrise and sunset point is too close to ur heart, only if u r ready to face high winds @ 6-9 degree celcius, Adventure park visit is must for families comprising of kids, boating part is ur choice, thanks.

Very rude Manager when asked for Wi-Fi password there was some problem in internet so the manager rather then trying tp solve it denying his duty that we are not IT persons and cannot help, I told him so should I bring some IT person with me while coming to Hotel again arguing that my job is to just give Password it is working or not it is not my duty. If this is the case why are you giving Free Wi-Fi, keep TV's in room and dont get a set top box same reason, your job is to just provide TV, it is working or not it is absolutely not your look out. Great Hotel, great staff.

A considerably upper segment hotel compared to others in the hill station. The service here is great and is tried to be kept up to one's expectations from the place.

This is a good hotel. I would not call this as a resort. But some open save for play. And kids play area. Small trampoline and a two swimming pools. One for kid one for elders. Staff were good but some management team is not being kids friendly. This is not a kid friendly hotel. Foods in Buffet are little dry and not very much freshening. Too. Room Service is good on prompt all were given on time with good team. Rooms are good and cleaned on dialysis basis. One lift is functioning. On toilets have little different type from typical hotels to avoid water in the wash rooms. Good idea. But not acceptable by most ladies. They have a reception and a recreational area for play. With a TT board two Carrington boards and one chess. One prayer room which is neat and tidy. Front lobby is good and has a magnificent view of hotel. Kids can roam on the area to run and they loved that. Hotel has provided with a ramp for elderly and differently able people movement. Appreciate that. Guys working in service is awesome. Any time u ask for help they r ready to serve u. I am more appreciating the same. Security r well and not having knowledge on the local attractions. Over all too costly and not worth for the money given. They claim as a 3 star. But it doesn't seems so.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms are very much clean. Ambience is good. Swimming pool, indoor games, cultural program available. Only veg food is available. Infrastructures is very good. Policy is very good. Well trained staff.

It is at the border of Maharashtra and Gujarat. The road from Nasik to Saputara is worst at some locations. The place is developed. Good hotels are there. The stay is comfortable. The hotels are costly and provide veg. Dishes. Maximum tourist come from Gujarat. There was heavy rush at sights points.

According to room charges was way to high and some of room amenity were not working.

Overall good place to stay in saputara. Due to peak hours, I felt that I was over charged with one night rent. Rest all fantastic.

When I visited to Saputara, this is only Hotel I find worth to stay. I didn't get room in "main" hotel building but their other building also has spacious room for two and a child. Hotel is spacious. On October 2, hotel was full but still they managed to keep most of the guest's vehicle in compound. Hotel staff is courteous. They have their own restaurant and food was not sweet (as you are in Gujrat ;) ).

The worst experience anyone could ever have. Firstly costly. Never fo there. Breakfast the worst I had till now. Staff makes u feel breakfast was better. And they usually five group booking so if u r running great on ur luck then u may not find a group in the hotel. There were mire than 100 children and u can imagine what would have happened in the best case scenario alao. Children r not to be blamed but they should not provide rooms to other guests when they have group booking. Please never stay here. Rather go to a dharamshala. Rooms r also not worth the price.

Best in Saputara. BUT over crowded most of the time. Yet need to be in Maharashtra border to enjoy real Saputara trip with best hotel Services!

Nice hotel, clean room and great views, a massage is recommended at this place. People are really helpful when there is less crowd and restaurant offers cheap and good food.

If you want to save your money and special valuable time please don't visit this hotel… You'll definitely regret visiting. Worst service and experience. Manager behavior is very harsh. He doesn't pay heeds to any of our complains Poor room service. Swimming pool water has excessive chlorine.

Ridiculous service and manager talks so harshly… There are rats in the room… Regretted going to this hotel… Not even one star service available.

Cleanliness is very good but food, sweeming pool average. Massage is very good. Calm quite and secure place. Gym, spa and other facilities are only on paper. Overall not value for money place.

Shilpi Hill Resort is one of the best resorts I have been too. Amazing pool to chill. Nice lobby. On a higer side but excellent pure veg food is served and the hospitality is excellent too. If its Saputara then its definitely Shilpi! Had a great experience.

Hi, We booked five rooms (17th to 19th May 2015) at Hotel Shilpi Hill Resort at Saputara, Gujarat and as required we paid Rs. 14000/ — as an Advance booking amount. Because of Medical emergency in my family, we cancelled the booking well in advance. Hotel Manager confirmed that booking has been cancelled and as per Policy after deducting 10% cancellation charges, they will refund the remaining amount. Now its more than two weeks and with several reminders, they are not crediting the amount. Every time we called them, they said yes we are working on it but then there is no actions. Poor response and no willingness to return the money.

Shirdi to aurangabad by road.

Best place for food only. But service poor.

Shilpi resort is awesome place. I really had a wonderful weekend here.
