Ladies, go with a mangalsutra to this hotel because the first thing they ask you would be your marriage certificate/pic if you are dressed in a western attire… There were dozens of mosquitoes in room. AC was not working… Shower not working…

Doorknobs not working. Way too costly food with ok taste. Two star for room service. Won't recommend.

It was a good hotel, for the price you put it is actually offering you great rooms, the only point I was disappointed with its it's location and most importantly the room service. I mean their restaurant is completely inefficient. The took 1hr 30min to serve the food which wasn't that great either. The only reason I gave a three is because of the rooms. Overall, it's a good budget friendly hotel.

Staff is not well trained, they try to be polite and they serve you better but many times you don't get the things that you really want. Bathrooms need to be improve a little bit. Overall It's fine as a 3 star hotel.

Providing nyc service but the condition of AC was not so good, ventilation is nyc, corridor is awesome… Over all I give 3 stars out off 5

Budget hotel opposite jilha parishad, the room was not the best obviously but the staff was courteous and the quantity of food they serve is very less so it becomes a bit expensive. Albeit they have best chhole bhature lol.

A decent place. We had taken the Suite Rooms so space was not a constraint. The overall decor could have been better. The paint was coming off in some places. The food quality was decent but the portion size is relatively small. Also the spread in complimentary breakfast is very small as they only serve one dish along with Tea or Coffee. For the given Rate the place might fall into Value for money category. 3.5 stars.

Budget hotel but doesn’t have wheelchair accessible & no restaurants available nearby.

Best hotel in Nasik. Staffs are very effective. Very good service. You will get all way communication near by.

Good location and service is good.

It was first time I visited this hotel. I had booked it online so I got a good discount otherwise it is under GST and minimum 1000 charges seen applicable here. Room service is good. This hotel has its own restaurant. Rooms are old type not pleasent. This is situated infront of Zilha Parishad office. And Central bus stop are at walking distance. Wine shop is at infront of hotel complex.

The location is very convenient, services and food was excellent. Co operative staff. Cleanliness is good.

Rooms are ok in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. Breakfast is free and nice provided the price of accomodation. Service is prompt.

Not a good place for family especially ladies and young girls. Location is drunkards paradise and cheap people roam around here all time so inconvenient to go out or walk outside with ladies or girls. Hotel is on first floor with narrow entrance. Room was not properly cleaned with dirty stains on bedsheets and dust and webs on lamps. No toilet papers kept on place. Receptionist Rekha is rude and mannerless. Most inconvenient thing is window AC is very noisy. Food quality is worst and expensive. Overall not a good place to be.

Good and Clean rooms at Affordable rates and it has a Veg Restaurant.

No hot water, need improvement in room cleaning. Expensive too. Booked for one day noon to next noon. But while thought to leave same day still they asked to pay whole money. Atlast instead of 1200 paid 1100 just for 9 hours instead of 24 hours.

Bedding was stained in various places. No hot water in the evenings. Breakfast is only served from 8.30am onwards, they will not serve it earlier if requested. Otherwise OK.

Rooms are not as per shown in the photo, laundry was not clean, we have to face water issue at there and there was no water supply in the bathroom in morning. Even though they commit while booking the room, we didn't receive the hot water taking for bath. Above n all, breakfast was also not serve on time, we request that we have to leave by 8am n it will be good if they can arrange breakfast, or at least tea by than. However they clearly denied for it and rudly said that it will start at 9am and sometimes by 10am… Didn't worth the amount… Completely unhappy from service. 2 star is just for good location.

Our patient is admitted in hospital, and were looking for good, reasonably priced hotel for our family members. This is safe and affordable place to stay.

Bedsheets and pillow covers ate torn and full of spots. Inspite giving so many reminders. Ac there is no grill. No exhaust fan in the washroom.

Good Lodging facility in the Heart of City.

For 4 Jan I book non AC room for me & my family The receptionist Rekha & Mr. Vilas book one room for me They give confirmation of room & told me madam anytime u come Before one day I call to Rekha to say I will reach at 2 pm in hotel, she told me ok. Madam anytime u come Before two hours I call Rekha to say I will come within two hours, that time she told me there is no room for u. Whole hotel is full due to sula feast Aftet that I request her to book room for me & and told urgency of room She again refuse to allot a room &. Refuse to agree her mistake Aftet a huge argument & told her I have call recording of u & me, I gave the recording to police station After that fear of police station she allot me one room When we reached at hotel her duty was over and Mr. Vilas & Gajanan welcome us very peacefuly Room was clean Breakfast was quite ok This is the my worst experience of hotel pooja international.

Good service n restaurant.

My friend and I has booked a non-ac standard room over the phone from Mumbai. We arrived earlier than the check in time, and were prepared to wait, but the hotel desk was kind enough to allot us a room soon since one was ready and available. Other than that, the entire hotel was kept spic and span which was a major plus. The staff was helpful. We stayed there only for one night, but were happy with it. Also, location is a major plus since you don't waste time looking for it. Auto-rickshaws are available easily to get to any other part of the city. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat for those who are looking for a clean and comfortable stay within a budget. Although we did not order any room service, the menu was quite vast for those who wanted to eat in.
