Great place to go with family members or friends. Delicious food and nice ambience coupled with prompt service is remarkable.

The Hotel Grape City, is good for family also well as single person, also the place and view is good for lovers, but at the same time food is not so good.

The rooms are smelly. I don't think you can take your family there. Veg restaurant is separate and its look good. But I never tasted anything because of bar smell they have. The staff is really bad apereance. The bad thing is there washroom of any rooms are too bad. And something is broken or else.

Nice place for weekends and parties. With free Wi-Fi, free and secured parking you can have a nice time here.

Nice banquet hall. Good staff and clean bathrooms. One can book it for small functions like engagement, name ceremony, party, or a marriage too.

I went there with a group of friends for a few drinks and dinner. The chicken dishes were good, the service adequate. Nice, clean place. Ambience is not great, though. Not crowded.

Liked it, clean and large rooms. Welcoming staffs. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. A better place to stay if you are in a rush.

The location is decent. I used the restaurant. The restaurant is dark with no good ambience. The rumali masala papad is a good dish. Rest all is not good, rather bellow average in taste. The staff is friendly, however the place is understaffed. With full capacity it becomes difficult for the staff to pay attention to all guests.

Used banquet hall for family party, service and especially the food was awesome. Great taste and quality of food. Price is also reasonable. Enjoyed here. Bar facility also available, staff is friendly. Easy access to bus and trains station from here. Washroom can be a bit tidy.

I can only review the restaurant, it’s a good place to spend sometime. Ambience is also good. Place is clean. But food quality is average to good. I didn’t like the starters but rest of the food was good.

I booked this hotel for me and a guest from the US who works in the hospitality industry. The things that are about to be presented will not only dissuade you from booking a room here, but maybe even give you nightmares. Pictures were taken to be attached with the reviews. All the concerns deal with the lack of maintenance, cleanliness and potential health hazards. Let’s start with the pillow case that had pubic hair visible. Add to that sheets that were stained and torn. And not just one sheet, but tens of sheets that their staff member fetched over the course of the 45 minutes we spent trying to get them to provide us clean sheets. That was the bare minimum requirement, but sheets stained with coffee, food, bodily fluids or simply dirt and grime meant they were not meeting expectations. We were given excuses like the management had not procured new sheets to there were no new sheets at the store. In the end the fatigue overcame our will and we decided to wrap the pillows in our own shirts and settle for the last ‘clean’ sheets they could provide. I’m glad we didn’t check the sheets or the room with a black light. While this ordeal was going on, we turned the AC on and the room started smelling musky and moldy. To someone with an odor sensitive nose, allergy and general concern for the adverse health effects caused by the exposure to airborne spores; this is really alarming.

Food was great but the hotel gives poor service to customers. Also need to improve on ambience. At last the problem for parking still exists.

Good hotel. Neat and hygenic. But I had a problem with AC. It was not working properly. Breakfast is complementary and very tasty.
