Good resort, can't take your bus upto resort. Cars can go upto resort. 2-3 km from beach.

No driver facility for food and stay and road are so congested to go there resort only one car go at a time.

The resort is beautiful but the management is horrible. There was this person named Shekar at the reception who has very manipulative. We booked the resort online and he said we can't get to choose the villa from the available ones because we booked it online. Our villa did not have a refrigerator. One of the air conditioner was not working. And the television was also not working. They took almost half the day to fix these issues, of which refrigerator was never provided to us despite promising for the same. In addition to this, that man tried to manipulate us and move to rooms instead of the villa because probably he had another inquiry for the villa. The place is beautiful but the service was not great.

A great place away from the halla ballu of daily life madness. For us the biggest plus was that it allowed us a vacation with our pet. Great villas, good friendly staff, neat and clean, the caretaker was very helpful. The food seved was flavorsome and like home food. Will love to go there again.

Very nice and cozy resort. The staff are very humble and helpful. They are pet friendly and our Labrador had fun playing with Sheru, the Labrador at the Retreat. The food is also good.

Nice hotel… With good location. Calm surrounding. Excellent place for family and for privacy… Staff is Co operative… I enjoyed lot… I loved it…

Recently made property. Is slightly unfinished but rooms are good. Stayed in the 3 bedroom villa. Food was surprisingly good too. Beach is a 15 minute walk.

We visited for lunch and though it's quite internal and roads connecting were narrow it was worth going all the way. Awesome food, good quantity and great place. Prawns chilly was the best and also the malwan fish curry. Must place to visit and am sure you won't be disappointed.

Great staff, especially at the poolside restaurant! Very courteous and extremely helpful. They made us feel completely at home. Some really nice touches like the poolside hukka and the resort pet dog 'Sheru'! Only grouse was that the rooms were small and could be maintained a bit better.

Great experience! We had rented a duplex villa which was quite good. Food is OK Fine. Service was good. Staff was friendly, and so was the dog (sheru). In absence of network, the navigation was a bit difficult as the resort is located quite inside & there are no visible sign boards on major turns on the main road.

Superb resort with all facilities… I just loved the place everything was just perfect just the way to reach there is bit hard… But u will love place I promise… Nice to stay in Alibaug…

Very good resort. Value for money. Staff is very courteous and polite. We stayed there during 2017 Christmas vacation. Food is also very good. During check out we forgot some valuable stuff in room and while we were on the way back, staff called us and asked us to come back to collect the same. It was Very nice on their part to return our valuables.

Over priced resort for the kind of ambience and service offered by the team. WC without a seat cover, broken cupboard, bedroom with no space to move around, terrace without a lock, shower doesn't work — is how you get greeted. Honestly, nothing wrong with all of this, if I am paying a modest amount (since the staff corrected all these issues). The resort charged a bomb for a mediocre stay and below average food (read breakfast). A 2 star rating for all the above issues. Had the price been half of what they charged (resort charges more than Radisson blu in the same area), I would have given a 3 star.

The property itself is fantastic, but the food and service need improvement. The road to the resort is not that great, takes a while to get there.

Didn't stay here (I went to pick & drop my friend) ; if you are taking your car to this place then make sure that you have amazing driving skills and temprament. The road from the main road to the hotel is almost a Km long and is narrow enough that 2 vehicles cannot pass at the sametime. One vehicle has to find a wider corner and let the other go. The hotel management has not kept even one guard to help people on this stretch. Very Bad.

We were group of around 35-40 persons. We booked 3 big 3 bhk villas. Villas are in good condition. Services are good as well. Had breakfast, lunch and dinner & all were decent. There is medium size pool and some other indoor games like carton, snooker, etc. There is a facility for rain dance which we have not used. DJ on request available and arrangements were good but there was no good tracks available to play. We played from our mobile and DJ experience was a bit of let down.

FANTASTIC place neat and clean. Excellent service. Awesome sea food (crab dish) and staff hospitality provided by Mr Kurkarni Sir Mr Pandeyji Mr Amit and Mustafa were too good.

Nice place to visit. Plan with family or friends and for stay is a very good place. Arrangements are good.

It's a fantastic place to be cool & peace for… nice for the group of 10 to 15 person or 4 family with kids. For kids… they forget the parents… Everything to enjoy for them. Nice staff & delicious foods too… what else you demand for! little bit inside but nearby by nagaon beach the best one…

Very nice ambience… Tasty foods available… Clean cottages available… Slightly away from the beach. Swimming pool available. Good for families.

To be blunt, it's no resort. Just a small hotel with pathetic service. Be prepared for rude staff, delayed service and poor quality food. It's a hotel which is quite inside and difficult to find. But if you somehow are unable to find, it will be good for you. The breakfast was pathetic with untrained staff. Looks like nobody knows their what are the service that a hotel should provide to its customers.

Nice rooms with modern amenities. Stay here is pleasant with no surrounding noises to disturb you. Food is good and service is quick. Swimming pool is small but sufficient for relaxing. Cleanliness is a factor which needs improvements. Flies all around which are bit irritating. Parking space is very limited with first come first service. The road leading to the resort is too narrow and without street lights that can make connectivity difficult to nagaon beach.

This place is very calm and serene… Food is just outstanding in this place! Room service is just amazing… But service when u sit in the restaurant is very slow… So they shd improve on that :) )

Location:Far from beach. 25-30mins walking through narrow roads n so difficult for senior citizens. So prefer travelling by car to beach. The road leading to resort has now been improved but its single. If another vehicle comes frm opposite direction, it becomes a problem. The property is peaceful otherwise n ideal for relaxing. Food:Delicious n fresh. Everything is tasty. Service:Highly trained staff from waiters to housekeeping. Prompt service and cooperative. Grand villa was d best one n well maintained. Rooms in villa had no side tables, chairs or dressing table which was the only minus point. Parking space is limited. Swimming pool is small but good enough for families to enjoy. Carrom board n a few more indoor games available. overall, a must stay place…

Location, ambience, staff, rooms, food, all very good. Commutation is a bit concern.

Accomodation is in 3 BHK Villas. 24hrs Hot water and Electricity. Normal size common Swimming pool is fun to enjoy. Not easy to locate from main road and road to resort is very narrow. Service is Poor, however food is hyginic and of good quality. Food taste is good and moderately expensive. Buffet break fast is well spread and enough. We booked all in one package in which food options were very less. Beach is just 1km from resort.

Great place to be in with friends and family. It is a bit remote but the resort facilities are great except the Wi-Fi.

I had booked a room (with booking amount Rs.! 0, 000) and had paid Rs. 3, 000 upfront. The day I reached the property I canceled my booking and was charged Rs. 3, 000 as the cancellation fee. However, by mistake, I left my driving license there and after a few days when I reached back to them for it, I was asked to pay Rs. 7, 000 in return. I am not paying this money to these people and they have not returned my DL yet.

A very lavish and Superb hotel property. Food is awesome. Very much recommended. Co-operative staff, specially thanks to kulkarni Sir.
