Room is average. Bed is not good. Breakfast is not great. Lack of spread. Overall average.

Thoigh a ginger group hotel, doesnt fulfill the expectations… no space for pick up and drop at the hotel and being on narrow and busy road, you need to find the space for parking your taxi and then walk to the hotel with your luggage… Rooms doesnt feel fresh…

Good Hotel. The rooms have coffee maker and they serve mineral water complimentary. They have a very good restaurant. Bit costly thought. The staff is honest. We forgot few things in the room and checked out. The hotel staff call us and updated us about the things we forgot and handed over to us when I went to collect them.

It doesn't have lift from ground floor. It starts from first floor. Doesn't stand upto the expectation of Tata brand.

Worst Ginger property I have ever seen I think team ginger should relook at property in thane. Worst breakfast experience. I am ginger regular guest the worst experience in thane.

Positive points. Appreciate hospitality Hygiene rooms Provides essential items Negative points. Old building Need rewiring, plug point are not working properly No nearby mart.

Hospitality was so good. Services are great. Can't complain, everything was good.

Well prepared Delicious veg/non. Vegitarian, indian and intercontinental food is available. Service is good. Ambiance is good. Managed properly.

Superb hotel and awesome staff. Spent 14 days as part of Accommodation provided by employer and enjoyed the healthy and mouthwatering breakfast here, will definitely miss.

It's a good place to stay. On a crowded road. Rooms are as usual. Good service.

Budget hotel. Very basic amenities, however staff is warm and friendly in behaviour. 21-Jan-2018: downgrading the rating. Hotel is now very poorely managed. Managers have absolutely no interest in attending complaints. You can see irate guests everyday. Maintenance is going from poor to pathetic. Hotel is now only interested in applying funny charges and forcing corporate guests to pay for the services which are supposed to be free.

Nice room… clean… but no complimentary breakfast.

Nice smaller hotel very clean and friendly. Second stay during last 6 weeks. Breakfast should have more variation.

A professionally managed property. Staying here for last 3 yrs. Humble and efficient Team. Comfortable and clean accomodation of Economy standards. Excellent location so tariffs are on higher side. Room service timings and rules are weird so confirm at check in.

Average stay. Rooms are below standard. TV & A/c was not working. Restaurant is worst. Not much items for complimentary break-fast.

Small rooms. Un professional staff. Bad service. Not recommended.

Good comfortable Rooms but cab drop area is not able, if you come cab/taxi he need from in road at that time road will jam.

Very nice hotel. The staff is very helpful and Co-operative. The breakfast served is a variety of different dishes. Mouth watering food. Clean rooms. Good place to stay.

Looks like an apartment building converted into a hotel. Rooms are old fashioned with narrow corridors. But well maintained by the staffs who are very helpful & polite. There was hardly any food option in the complimentary breakfast.

The place is good. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Not too upscale look but neat and well maintained. It's a very compact hotel with rooms stuffed together. The rooms however are neat and clean. Complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast options available. Overall I had a good stay there for 2 weeks.

Attended an Engagement Ceremony. Lovely Ambience. Delicious Food and Elegant Decoration.

It's a good hotel to stay with family and individual as well. Nice response from reception.

Despite the many offers I received from other hotels, I decided for you because of the unbeatable deal you offered to corporate employee. It was a good decision; I enjoyed the peace and quiet I needed, offered in all the facilities of your hotel. This definitely added to the excellent service of the staff, allowed me to focus on my office work for which I was in thane. Thanks again to the team that made my stay a good time, comforting and secure. I am sure that when I return to your city, will go back to your hotel.

The service and facilities offered are nice. Best part is the room appears standard loaded with all accessories needed for short stay.
