The room was good I paid 2600 for 2 days and 1 night I paid 500 extra because I wanted early check-in. This costing is according to Go-ibibo app.

Good hotel to stay, the staffs are well behaved. One can avail any transport medium easily, station is very close. Good deals through online booking.

Room was quite comfortable with great neatness. Rent was nominal. Room service took time to deliver the food that was ordered. The options on the menu was less, but the price was high. They didn't have card swiping machine and so it is advised to have enough cash when you reside in this hotel.

This hotel is nice but not that much good. Rooms are big. Attached bathroom is ok. One of its receptionists has a rude attitude. The food they served was nice. But overall it is a bit costly.

Don't judge the hotel by its external appearance. Because external appearance is very pathetic. Normal rate is Rs900 to Rs1300. But using booking apps (Like MMT) you will get the very cheaper rate. I stayed two days (1/6/2018 (Evening) to 3/6/2018 (Morning) ) at Hotel City View, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. My room number was 515. Hotel is located in a very busy place. Very easy to reach. Just 5 minutes walking distance from Sanpada Railway Station and Sanpada Bus stand. Easily accessible by car. Wifi speed not up to the mark inside the rooms. Very co-operative and customer friendly staff. Clean rooms. The hotel is very near to the city, market and restaurants. The hotel is very near to a high residential area. I stayed in a non AC single room. They provide a soap and a towel. The room is good and the toilets are also really good and neat. One thing I feel that there is no proper air vent in the room. Only a small sliding window is there and the window is normal man's height from the floor. If we open the window we lost our privacy. Because the window is located just opposite to the lift and the staircase. The Hotel is on the 5th floor. So, Everyone chooses to lift to get there. If we opened the window for air circulation and it is the first seen to the people who are approaching the hotel. Because of no proper air vent, the nights are really sweaty. Otherwise, the hotel is really good. Highly recommended for a stay in and around Navi Mumbai.

Very nice rooms in affordable prices. But book online for more affordable rates. There's no hot water till 7. Am. Inform them if you need to take a bath in very earlier with hot water. This place is 200mtrs far from sanpada station, you have to take a lift first, go to fifth floor. Take original ID proof for verification.

Small room. Confused owner asked me change to the room twice. Service was Okay, Okay. No necessary things such as Water, towel was provided without asking in the second room. Good location. Suffocating rooms although due to smaller size. Also surprised to see the rating to be 3.2

It's just ok ok hotel type. Only if you are looking for cheap option, get in here. Rooms are too small although ok to sleep for one person (since I took single room). Not preferred for stay more than a day. If you are coming for trip where you will be out of hotel 90% of time and need place to just freshen up and sleep, this is good place with less cost.

Hotel city view is the excellent hotel in vashi, its located near sanpada rly stn, rates are ok, Rooms are neat & clean. Management is very good.

Inside the hotel, look and ambience is good. From the outside, building looks too old. And do not expect a Pure vegetarian food. They're attached to Shalin restaurant which serves only little Veg options. No south indian food too. Everything else looked fine, though we got Luke warm water instead of hot water for bath.

Worst possible exp. Smelling like public toilet. Never think to stay even near by.

Warm welcome at hotel, friendly staff (Vishal Singh — at reception) neat and clean rooms, I would have given 5/5, if the Wi-Fi available, anyhow it's worth to stay. Walkable distance to sanpada railway station, plenty of restaurants nearby. Recommended to other's.
