Excellent place to be in… Superior location, very near airport, yet very cozy and spacious… There's a nice dining facility here by the poolside… Has that premium feel… Applicable to both cooperates as well as families…

The restaurant's ambience is simple and neat Pool side seating is relaxing. Dinner Buffet is covered with extensive menu. Ala carte is fine as well Taste of cuisine is not so great although. Its fine.

A good place to stay… Located nearby to the Airport. Usually fully occupied. Complimentary airport pickup drop service is available. Reception desk is slow but other staffs are quite receptive. Dining area is very good with a great and refreshing view of the swimming pool. Rooms are of moderate size but for Mumbai standards it's great.

Excellent services at the price point they charge. Value for money. Good breakfast services. My booking was done by my Office agent Egencia. Complimentary Airport pickup and drop were really helpful. Thanks.

Nice hotel with great pub interiors! Great champagne is available at this place. Great music, food, dance. Great by the pool cafe and a sweet place to sit. The rooms available here are also spacious, classy, neat & tidy.

Good place to stay. The staff is friendly and humble. They mostly cooperate with any kind of request you seek. I had complimentary breakfast in my deal. It was amazing. Even for a vegetarian there are a lot options. Cherry on the cake becomes the pool side dining area and the attentive waiters. The only thing that's reluctant in this hotel is their reception staff. Their process is lengthy and the staff is slow to finish it any soon. It usually take them 20 minutes to process one guest's request. Except that, everything in this hotel is great.

Good hotel with very good ambiance… Pool side restaurant is fine but with high noise of water falls… Good food… both veg & non veg, also drinks available… Rooms are well maintained… AC is very efficient… Nice place to stay being a 4* hotel…

The dining experience in VITS was superlative and exhilarating one. The service was 5 star by Ganesh. Desserts were fantastic. Piping hot Starters were served on table and main course was arranged in an adjoining hall. The pool side area was cool and refreshing. The entrance and the staircase area gives royal touch to the hotel.

Used this hotel for a conference. The interior of the hotel is a bit outdated, yet the property is well maintained. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Food is delicious. Highlight of this place for me is the over the pool seating in one of their restaurants. Its one of a kind and gives one a really cool vibe. Very much accessible from Chakala and Airport road metro station.

Hotel was decent. Tad expensive given the tariff. However, location makes it expensive. Interiors at common areas are very impressive. Restaurant is located by the indoor pool. Food is good, both buffet breakfast and a la carte dinners. I'd taken an executive room which wasn't to much satisfaction. Initially I was allotted a room that just fits a queen size bed, no cupboards, etc. On request, they shifted me to a slightly bigger rot which did have a table and space for moving around.

Ambience is quiet good. It is clean & neat. Costs are average. Staff is also Helpful. Parking space is quiet good.

Good hotel with good ambiance… Room s & its maintenance is also very good. Situated in convenient place… But observed lot of scope is available for improvements like in reception, slow response; we were forced to take our luggage to our room by ourselves… Not a good sign. Its may be due to IPL, serving food to occupants during dinner was poor, requires immediate attention management.

Good place to stay but food is cooked in a crazy way. People accustomed to visit 4 /5 star hotels will be shocked. Deep communication gap between the from desk and finance. So be careful.

Located at Andheri East, it one among good hotels in Mumbai. Interior of the hotel is quite elegant as well as the hospitality of staffs. Has a Gym, Poolside Bar and restaurant, Conference hall etc. Has a rich menu of delicious cuisines available. Overall its a good experience staying at this hotel.

The best place to stay the staff is super attentive and responsible the foods are delicious and have great variety.

Hotel is at good location. But the architect of hotel is not good. If we want to go to Crystal hall we need to come to level L first then go to down for Crystal hall as well as if we want to go to onyx hall again we need to come down and again go to other side and go upstairs what is this? There are providing good food at restaurant but food quality is compromised at buffet level during the meeting specially at lunch time. Rooms are also not smelling good and bathrooms and restroom are very bad. Specially wash basins are very old type and the taps are not providing good water means the flow of water is very less everywhere. There's no facility to dry our washed clothes means undergarments. Visited for business meeting. Quite impressive & big halls with conference facilities. Good cuisine. Not great varieties but tasty Veg & Non-veg food items. Restaurant is in a tall atrium giving very good ambience.

The water pressure is very low, wash basin leakage, hot kettle is also leaking, the key is to stay in the morning when I wait until 12 o'clock, but in fact, a lot of tenants check out, waiting for two hours to send luggage first, evening again to check in, the answer to the check-in formalities, is responsible for welcome uncle to help me with the counter for early The original indifference of the counter in five minutes to arrange the room out … Xd.

It is a very nice and luxurious hotel, all are very friendly and the service is a very good in all areas I will return to go it was an unforgettable experience!

Well located, beautiful lobby and polite helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was superb and delicious. Corridors were big and had flowery aroma welcoming you to well furnished, equipped, neat and clean rooms. Rooms were spacious, comfortable bed and linens. Although TV could be bigger and better placed. Rest was superb. Good and tasty food but little overpriced. Would stay again also highly recommended.

Good hotel, big rooms, but needs big time improvement on service. Rooms clean but not spic n span. Example the towel was not very clean. The iron board that I asked for was not very clean. Check-in took nearly 30 minutes. It's not like there was too much of rush, but the people in the check in counter seemed out of place. They also lacked courtesy in dealing with guests. Eventually one of the seniors came, who was better. Morning breakfast starts at 630, I went at 7, there was no one at omlet counter for the 20 minutes that I was there, nor did anyone approach to ask if I needed anything or if I needed tea, which is pretty basic. The food charges are on the expensive side, especially if you don't get the service. Location good near international airport, but very heavy traffic during peak hours.

I got engaged here. Very good pool-side place that could hold up to 450 people. Food is not best in the city, but good enough with variety. I got a very good deal with superb hospitality. The banquet manager Anand suggested us on menu and arrangements. They also introduced me to budget decorators and DJ (which is not available in house). The overall treatment was wonderful. As a host, it was quite good. They made sure I did not have to worry about anything. Our menu was vegetarian with regular specifications, but on the evening of the engagement right when the starters were being served, we realized that a lot of guests were fasting due to a holy day and needed non-onion Jain food. The hotel, without charging us extra, made arrangements for those taking head counts. People enjoyed the venue and the arrangements. More than lavishness, it was the treatment and support of the staff that would make me suggest this place to anyone.

We stayed for a couple of hours in this hotel before our flight back home and I really recommend it for such a low price. Surely this is a rather old facility and you see it immediately. But it was clean and the two-floor pool looked quite cool in the dark. They even gave us a free upgrade to a lovely Suite. Thank you for this benefit!

I did go for an event at the sapphire hall. It was quite large and could easily accommodate 75+ people. The food was exceptional and so was their propmt service.

Decent conference room for events that accommodate upto 50 pax. Their services were prompt and responsive. Location-wise, it has an advantage being on the Andheri Kurla road that is accessible by multiple modes of public transport.

Hotel is good and at a very convenient location i. E. Near to airport and commercial establishments. Moreover metro station is at walking distance also. Food is tasty, infact one of the restaurants have come across where chef himself asks the visitors about the food quality and any improvements if required. Cant say about the rooms as have went for official training at the hotel. Overall a pleasant experience.

It's an amazing hotel. Very well maintained and the staff is polite and courteous. It's location is pretty neat to the international airport. Breakfast was nice and tasty. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained.

Reasonable and pocket friendly hotel. Good for get togethers and small conventions. Well connected location. The minus point is its crowded surrounding and extremely ugly views from rooms. Staff is fairly supportive and helpful.

Decor is a bit dated, but otherwise nice hotel at a good rate. No mini bar in the room is a bit strange. Good food too.

Quite a decent option if you are looking for a stay in Andheri East area. They also have a good in house restaurant with a pool next to it. For larger parties, the rooftop can accommodate upto 500 people.

The place is good with a nice ambience of a 4 star. Very good to conduct conferences. Coal Bar is a good place to visit. New events are coming up at this place for New Year's Eve.

Great place, nice ambience but the food can be better.

This is the third time we have stayed this Hotel. Of course this is a business Hotel but the room is specious and clean. Staff are very cooperative and helpful. Quality of food is good. So I recommend this Hotel that if you come Mumbai then you should stay at VITS.

Telephone doesn't work. Service is poor. It's definitely not 4 star. But it's 3 star. Cleanliness is poor.
