The stay was awesome, service food, staff all awesome great and respectfully friendly, including the guards at every gate. Staff at the reception or manager Abhishek of the restaurant were open to suggestions. Would want to thank the GM on his collection of those little potted plants. It's beautiful keeping me constantly eyeing them. Recommended absolutely safe uncomfortable and caring even if one decided to take a break and stay alone. Thankyou to each and every staff members excellent team work.

Horrible staff does not know to talk to customers. Tejas manager very very rude.

We are here for s as quiet lunch on a holiday. The upper deck seating is close to the beach and very breezy. The service is excellent and we are having a great time.

High Tide at The Resort Mymbai, has come up with Koli Seafood Festival, where you get to try different types of seafood in thali. So we had visited here for trying seafood. Our experience was fantastic. We opt for Prawns Thali and Surmai Thali. The presentation of Thali was amazing. The Prawns Thali consist of Prawns Masala, Curry, Rice Bhakri and Rice served with salads. Surmai Thali was the most popular among all Thali. It includes Surmai Fry, Surmai Curry, Rice Bhakri and Rice with salad. We also ordered Pink Champagne which was one the best Mocktails we ever had. Fully refreshing and superb The Restuarant was packed with all seafood lovers. To make evening special there was live singing performances was also going on.

Even before actually going to the resort I would say the service standards are pathetic.
Have been trying to finalize my accommodation though the escape membership and haven’t received proper update on anything.
The person incharge is least bothered to even respond in a timely manner on the request raised.
No one will receive your call if you try to connect through the escape members help desk numbers updated on the website.
Would clearly not recommend anyone to consider taking the escape membership.

Not good service, worse hotel.

It's a great place but not geared for Covid times. The restaurant is full of guests who talk loudly and no social distancing of tables or anyone wears a mask.
When we asked to be served breakfast outside they refused quoting orders. Looks like they are determined to extend the pandemic.

I just love this property, if you seek clam and peace within the city then The Resort is the perfect place. The best thing here is the food cocktails and Spa therapies.

Truly a superb place! Loved the adventure sports, excellent service from the staff at the front desk. Special shout out to the Manager who went out of his way to ensure we have an excellent stay. Kudos to the whole team.

Dinning Experience was horrible, unprofessional and inattentive staff, not value for money, they say something on phone to grab clients and after u visit, nothing as promised is delivered. I will never recommend anybody to waste their money at this pathetic place.

We had an amazing time… great place for a mini vacation.

Rooms are too small… Pool is good… Views are good… No fish smell. Good staff… Amazing breakfast buffet… Highly priced… Loved the ironing facilities in the room… Very good overall.

The only hastle is during conferences.
Their restaurant is always full with conference crowd. I think some special arrangement should be made for this crowd fir breakfast, lunch and dinner. They should not be allowed in the restaurant. It is si overcrowded and we do not get place to sit and have food.
This is a very regular issue here.
Everytime we have been there we face the same problem. This issue still continue for years and haven't been resolved.
Please look into this matter and improve.

Had a wonderful stay this weekend with my girl gang, we thoroughly enjoyed the food, ambience and ever ready to help wonderful staff, the GM Mr Styajit Kotwal always enquired about our comfort and if there was anything we needed, a beautiful experience.

This place was a surprise to me by my husband just 4 days after my marriage and it turned out to be a really great experience. Our room was on the 3rd floor and we had a amazing view from our room balcony. I felt everything was just perfect to start my new life. Room service and ambience was very amazing. Food was a bit ok ok not very great and there is a very limited option for food. The other services like the swimming pool and spa is also very clean and friendly staff. The best part is the beach is connected to the hotel so if Incase u don’t want to use the pool you can always walk on the beach. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They solved my problems within few minutes and I was sorted. To top my stay, they also offered us a chocolate cake as a complimentary to our 1st night stay. Will surely visit this place with my entire family.

This was my second visit to this resort and was a bit disappointed this time. On arrival at the reception was told to pay for the room tariff even before entering my room. The tea kettle was not clean, no dental kit, the wash basin was choked which was sorted asap, I would expect all this to be checked before I check into my room. No f&b service by the pool. The breakfast buffet was good but a cappuccino or an espresso should be part of the buffet. Amazing activities for teenagers. Would love to visit again because of the amazing view from the room of the ocean.

I was there the last weekend with a group of friends and I must say we had an awesome time… the newly renovated restaurant is a class apart. Super service provided by Valerian n Greg to name a few. Quite a regular at The resort and cannot have enough of the place. One must also try the spa. Good activities for the kids as well. Last but not the least a special thank u to Mr Satyajit the GM. Always open to suggestions and overall made sure my friends and I had a great time. Would definitely recommend this place.

We were there yesterday too. The property is nice.
The service was pathetic. Food was quite mediocre. No menu was given at the poolside to order. The food came after almost 45 minutes. Taste wasn't great too. With price that they charge the quality doesn't match upto that.
The room service was also simply poor. The staff agreed that because there was a lot of crowd they are taking time to deliver. But is that a customer's fault? We are still paying the same irrespective of crowd or a weekend!
Breakfast buffet wasn't a 5 star quality. The spread was average and so was the food.
Also, it would be a nice thing if guests are told that the property is under renovation so that we aint surprised with boards hanging all over and no restaurants to go to!
No room slippers were given. Dental kit was missing too.
Overall, not worth the money spent.
Hope you guys will improve to give a better experience.
