Decent hotel close to many important as well as popular places. Popular for proximity to the Tata Memorial Hospital.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Helpful and courteous staff. Basic amenities toiletries were provided. Complimentary breakfast is not buffet style, it's prepacked for each room/guest. And if you did not tell your requirement on the evening before, they will serve you what they please. There's are no shops or restaurants nearby if you wish to tryout.

We had a good stay at the hotel for 4 days. Food was good. Rooms were clean. Nice and helpful staff.

Considering Mumbai standard, rooms are quite spacious. Service is also good. Their kitchen serves in house guests only. I had tandoori chicken which was nice. Overall a good experience.

This place is nice, value for money. Cozy room with a good location at Worli. Taste of food is the key USP of this hotel. I have enjoyed… The lady at reception had some behavioural issues but others were pretty nice and co operative.

2star hotel but service is not cordial, but rooms are large. They don't have proper managements.

They provide stale and cold breakfast without plates, hopeless management, very very bad service in rooms too.

Tat lady receptionst worst female ever. Negative rating just because of lady receptionist rude n arrogant good for nothing. Plz don't book hotel pals they are money minded over charged for food when asked for bill lady made excuses.

Actually this hotel doesn't deserve any star 3rd class hotel third class that lady Manager who has no humanity… Today on 29th Aug 17 due to heavy rain fall in Mumbai city me and my some office friends were stuck in our car in front of this 3rd class hotel more than 3hrs so we requested hotel lady to allow us to use washroom for few minutes… But very arrogantly that lady replied us back there is no washroom inside… How poor it is… Shameless lady and shameless staff.

This my second stay at pals; very central, eminently affordable, nice rooms with clean linen and towels, airconditioning works well and the complimentary breakfast is good and changes everyday. Their Wi-Fi. Free. Is a bit slow, but it works and their laundry and room service are good. Fits my bill!

I had been there for only 1 night and 1 day, I really like this hotel, rooms were very good. Lift was old but working properly and interior of hotel was impressive. Nice bathroom and window ac in the room. Food was so costly over-there in the hotel than market. Me and my friend had awesome experience for being there. There is no swimming pool and the fridge was really big. Cupboard was also fantastic and big.

Pros: Very spacious and clean room the one I stayed, Parel, n Dadar are 15 to 20 minutes drive, Cotton green station just 5 minutes walk Very good staff, good to be with family, normally freshly prepared food served. Hot and cold water was always available, the balcony with the room is a plus. corridors of the floor where I stayed were neat n clean. Reasonable pricing of the kitchen menu. Cons: Elevator of the hotel will surely scare you, you never know when it will stop. Walk through staircase gives U a feeling of walk in ruins, a feeling of traveling in the pre historical times. Dining place is the most outdated place with a stinking attached toilet. Alternate days the rooms get a change of linen. Limited south Indian only, complimentary breakfast.

Hotel, though facade is so hazy and dull looking, it is superb and awesome inside. Stayed for 3 days. Was worth for money. Service was good and rooms are neat and tidy. Breakfast we should place on night before, but it was kept ready for serve from 7:30am. No wastage of time waiting for breakfast. Tea and cornflakes was unlimited for all guest. Dining hall was inside hotel and good. Only negative thing noted was corridors and lift towards room was narrow (but it doesn't effect our comfort zone). AC, Refrigerator in room was good in condition. (Free Wifi till 8pm only) Surely will recommend!

This is a lovely hotel. It may seem older from outside. But inside its well furnished and modern. And also all the stuffs are very nice and helpful. You will find Sada, Daya, William uncle there. They are very good and friendly stuffs. I highly recommend this place. I hope you will like it :)

Rooms are good, hotel is nice, good breakfast… But staff specialy the person who take breakfast order is so rude…

We have just Visited on June 2016, Rooms are good and everything is properly managed, In our Executive Rooms we found all is well… No complain… May some sort of staff in Kitchen… Else in all categories we have given 5 Star for such budget hotel… Very Very Good.

Rooms r okbut service is too poor… Environment s nt gud. Most important elevator start from 1st floor… That mean Nt gud for wheel chair.

Rooms are average. If you planning to stay in pals have some mosquito repellent with you in advance. Service is pathetic.

The rooms are ok with a couple of small cockroaches and dirty pillow covers. The location is good, there is a railway station nearby. However, breakfast which was included in the price, turned out to be very constrained. Parathas and tea are not part of the breakfast. The breakfast section in the menu is not the breakfast included in the price. The staff claimed that only omelette is considered breakfast. Waiters always get confused with the orders and it took them more than an hour to bring tea. On any complaints we got a reply, that we had to have asked in advance. The prices are standard, though it's better to book the rooms online, cause the staff wouldn't give you the same price.

Rooms are ok. But the room services. Don't ask. There are no persons or bell boy in entire hotel. Morning breakfast services pathetic. They never clean the rooms. Rating 1 out of 5.
