After checking out of this tip… booked for 7 days … checked out 10 minutes after arriving… it was a building site… filfthy flats with disgusting dirty linen. Towels. Mat that was full of dust and grime. Cigarette butts and box on balcony. A so called dining room in adjoining building. I went to reception to view my thoughts … no assistance but a suggestion that they would clean room. Why would you check a client into a dirty place in the first place. At check out I asked for them to contact the agent and refund my booking. I got a cab. And found other accomodation… sent letter to BA for Avios attention. To get hold of Expedia the booking agent for my refund… Response arrived… read reviews … 38 percent customer satisfaction for this Mint international airport suites… so no refund offered by establishment. Avoid this dump if you like a clean environment… clean linen. Crisp towels. And a good dining facility. If you like a dingy dirty dump with the Porter spitting on the sidewalk and the security spitting alongside the entrance of flats … this would be suitable.

Unsafe for couples and single women travelers. They confirm refund and then con you out of it.

Worst hotel I seen ever in mumbai. U have to spend 30 mo t to find it. And the staff is very bad in behaviour. I suggest dont go there.

It is a society by name of ashok nagar. In the name of Mint “INTERNATIONAL “ there are just 1-2 guys who will just show the room and then never be seen till checkout. The rooms lack even the basic facilities of hot water, chappals, tea kettle… no room service. All this is in contrary to what is seen on make my trip webpage. Its a fraud and just for the sake of extracting money from unsuspecting customers.

Its a nice apartment Service is very fast, clean rooms, and food quality is really good. This is the night view from the apartment.

I don't know why so many people have given — ve reviews. It's a really good place. The apartments are top class and really clean. The room service is excellent. Although the location can be a slight bit confusing since it is located inside a society but people already know about it and hence it's easy to locate by asking around. And it's really accessible to train station and airport. The rooms are divided into 2 sub rooms with a common dining and kitchen so if you go in a 4 member group with 2 each in a room then that would be nice. Had a wonderful stay!

Bahut hi bakvas hotel hai, yaha par aana hamari bahut Badi galti thi mai kabhi bhi yaha free me bhi nahi ruk sakti. Koi bhi facility nahi hai. It is just like schools hostel. Please don't book …, koi bhi star dena nahi chahti hu but dena jarori hai…

Here are some True facts about this so called Hotel: -There are few 2bhk flats in a Ashok nagar society providing stay on a "SHARING" basis which they'll only tell you once you reached the place. (SCAM: they charged you as a hotel room which is ~3K/Night and will provide you shared rooms which is available less then 1K in the same area) -Fake reception photo — They don't have any reception. -Difficult to reach as no one knows where it is — no sign boards, even a society gaurd does't have any clue. -I believe someone owns few flats over there and convert them into hotel with having no clue on how to run a hotel or atleast what basic things require to called it a hotel. My Experience: I was stranded when I reached there and (after 20 minutes) a person came and told that your room will be shared! as they forgot to update the inventory to the travel website which i'm sure they don't have any intent to do so. Don't go there, you'll regret it.

Never ever THINK about to stay here! Unfriendly staff, dirty and humis rooms, dirty beds, dirty towels or no towels, no water, AC with pouring water. Never been at such an unfriendly and dirty "hotel" as this! Even small lodges in small Indian villages are better then this. I stayed there for 5 days and it was pathetic. Even if you get the room cheap, DROP IT!

Guys mostly these kind of reviews are done by the SEO teams. Please don't believe the entire reviews. This is a live review from the Hotel. I took the room for 5 nights. They kept me waiting for almost 1 hour for getting the room key. When I entered the room the situation was totally pathetic. There was no hot water, no tv, AC with pouring water, there were many cockroaches and other creeping bugs, there were rotten boards and nails sticking out of bathroom floor, the room (labeled "") was dingy and smelled of mold, mildew was visible in the room, in short a hell hole. When we mentioned this to the desk clerk, all he could say was "you have to talk to the manager". Stay away from this place. Guys I am attaching a picture of their entrance.

Spacious stay by Mumbai standards. Was really comfortable.

This is 2BHk apartment in a residential society. It was very difficult to reach and once their the front desk girl was a nightmare. Arrogant, poorly educated and with no sense of being professional. We arrived around 13h and the rooms were not ready for check-in. Only when we arrieved at the room we saw that it was a sharing apartment. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable, nothing great, but ok.

Fake information, fake photos, no such hotel named as mint international airport suite exist. It is a 2 BHK flat in Ashok Nagar, where the rooms are given on rent. Bad service, arrogant staff. You need to share the rooms with unknown strangers. Not safe for family stay. We cancelled the booking on the spot as everything turned out to be false and no security.

They are fooling around by listing it on MMT or goibibo. It's a residential complex. Worst experience of mine that I have ever come across.

Totally not as advertised. The hotel with this name doesn't even exist, its an apartment.

Appartment is good. Room is clean. But no TV in the room. TV in drawing room because its 2BHK Flats sharing two guest same time one flat.

Room service was not even average. They are serviced apartments. Just good for one night stay. Food is average. Hospitality is average. No free Wi-Fi. Not worth the money.

Very bad experience at the Reception, right at the time of checking in. Extremely arrogant staff. They have got no training, leave training, they lack basic manners and politeness. This is the first time my company booked lots of rooms here and I will make sure it is the last. I have read many reviews where guests are complaining about arrogant staff. Management should realise, however beautiful rooms you have if staff is not good it leaves a bitter taste and negates all the positive aspects of the stay. I would have given 4 stars but…
