Unworthy, unprofessional and uncourteous Stayed in this blooming place for 4 weeks with my husband. Did a default room booking from ibibo. 4th week all of a sudden while checking in they said I need to cancel my booking and book again with double occupancy. After requesting a lot they agreed for 1500 extra for a 2500 room. The charges for both occupancies are same by the way. The reception staff is rude, Untrained and unprofessional and acts too smart. The room floors are sticky. The door locks dont work Basin is clogged Flush dont work Wifi does not work Dth does not work Bathroom floor is always wet No iron or kettle facility No privacy Linen stinks The curtains dont cover the entire window Sockets dont work Service is too slow Please save your peace of mind and do not book a room with Mint ever.
Location 4/5 — Well located, slightly inside in vileparle close to domestic airport & quite approachable. Service & Ambience 4/5 — Staff is very courteous. Ambience is quite decent, I really liked it for the price I am paying. AC in the rooms are old but I am good with it. Food 4/5 — Buffet breakfast is available, decent variety, I found it very tasty quite good. Lunch and dinner can be ordered, staff serve it in room or food hall. Quantity & taste is very good for the price. Value of Money 5/5 — For the price I am paying quite happy with services. Overall 4/5 Must try & experience.

I was here about 2 weeks ago. Stayed for a night only. Service was terrible. There were no towels in the rooms. The Wi-Fi wasn't working. Even after calling the service desk multiple times, no one came to solve the issues. Finally I had to go down to the reception to get their attention. Some walls in the rooms had black and green moss growing on them. The AC in the rooms are very outdated. The noise from them kept me awake all night. The Wi-Fi was down the entire time I was there. The staff simply didn't care about it. The only good thing about it was that the place was clean and close to the airport. This place works only if you want a place to crash for the night at the last possible moment. BTW paid 5.6k for two rooms.
