Fantastic & very pleasant stay. Rooms are neat and clean. Managers to Room boys are very down to earth and highly recommended for the people who visits Mumbai.

It was quite good. Food was delicious, service was upto the mark. Waiter was a bit rude so minus one star other than that it was good. Highly recommended.

What is awesome in this hotel all you get Arabian and Iranian food good biryani and also Chinese variety is there although the traditional biryanis are good you get good fruit desserts and milk shakes and fruit juices also Ambience is very good very peaceful very large and very spacious sitting with good ambience and smell.

It's decent, but can definitely be better. The food is quite good, good connectivity to major roads.

Its a good place to visit. I had great time there and also their food was great.

I stayed in a Room with a view of very poor locality right next to the room. It isn't something you would want to see when you visit a city for couple of days. Otherwise, the hotel is alright for budget business stay. The Biriyani at their restaurant is very tasty, though.

Food not so good. Biryani was dry n not that good. Chicken crispy was good. Did not like the food so much.

Pretty decent hotel to stay. The rooms are spacious. They have a restaurant which serves good food however a bit expensive. Breakfast is really nice.

Location is quite good because of good connection from east west. Hotel is budget hotel with very average facilities n maintenance. Room service is not at all great.

Good for the costs. Please know breakfast is not buffet and there are 30 stairs on hotel entrance. If you coming with old person in family. Rest is good.

For what you pay, 2400 INR including complimentary breakfast, you get a bit more. Decent rooms, clean and with all necessary amenities. Local restaurant always tastes good. One and only one issue with the location for now, traffic while going towards Goregaon west due to the construction of a flyover.

We stayed for 2 days and 3 nights, it's a really good budget hotel. Clean rooms, excellent service and scrumptious food. The staff was polite and well mannered. Would recommend it to everyone. One of the best budget hotels I have been to in a long time. This definitely deserves extra brownie points for being located near the railway station and the highway, which makes it easily accessible. Will definitely visit again.

The hotel was very good, simply enjoyed the stay. Rooms were extremely clean and spacious. Enjoyed the famous biryani. Friendly staff. Great location for easy access to Western express highway and railway station.

Get Insulted, Disrespected, Harassed by Owner & Staff here, like some of the other people have said, I agree with them. (0 Stars not 1 Star) As I am a blogger, it's my first time putting up a negative review, but I had to as it was needed, need to warn my audience. This was the worst from what a friend has experienced, they literally talk harsh on you when you complain and ask you to check out or you will be thrown out. How can the hotel be so rude no matter what a guest's temper is, and of course the guest is paying and expecting proper hospitality and when doesn't get it, has the right to complain, instead of giving disrespect to guest HOTEL should learn laws of guest hospitality and also learn how to behave! … It was very disheartening and I pray it never happens to anyone.

This is pathetic (forced to rate one start even) worst and rude rude owner and manager. Shouting at a guest. I wrote a review for it on goibibo but I guess they deleted it. This happened just 2 days ago. I can't believe this hotel got license. This is Hotel Lucky Goregaon They were shouting and getting on top of a guest when the guest complained about their bad service of no electricity at midnight. Instead of apologising and saying that theres nothing they can do,,, they started shouting at guest when the guest made an angry statement that they will not pay for that night. The manager and owner both yelled insulted and harassed the guest and asked them to leave check out. Even told that they will throw them out which was worst part. No matter what the hotel is bound under laws to takecare of guest hospitality not insult and use rubbish language when guest is angry and complaining. They should take proper training how to handle with calm NO matter what. Pathetic never ever seen any owner behave like this. I was thankful that I was visiting a colleague there for a training and saw this nonsense. The hotel may be lucky if the guest doesn't sue any harassment and mental trauma an dangering goodwill case against it. And gobibo shouldn't be deleting reviews if it only wants positive reviews. Please save your selves from being treated so bad at this worst hotel.

First of all, for a budget hotel, it's average in all aspects. So if budget hotel is what you need, worth considering. Horrible service. Wi-Fi was not working as promised. Very much average rooms and cleanliness. Locality is no good. Economical for a short visit. The only silver lining was the breakfast.

If you are looking for a budget Hotel, than this is the one, Good service Good rooms.

Stupid services, stupid staff.

Good option for hotel if you are looking in goregoan. I have stay in lucky hotel goregoan east for three days. I enjoy here by staying. Location is good that near to goregoan flyover and goregoan railways station. Staff are also friendly.

Very bad first experience with a "lot of hair strands" in Chicken emami and Mutton biryani.
