This hotel is nice from outside but inside there is no cleanliness. And is too old hotel so bathroom accessories are not working properly. Over all its a average hotel in low budget.

Very convenient location. Right at the exit of CST station. Old building but well maintained. Staff courteous. Value for money.

The hotel management is good and catering service is very nice. The hotel have free Wi-Fi. Accomodation is quite good. The food served was very good. There is veriety of food items and beverages to choose. The price chart of hotel and rooms are quite expensive for a middle class family. It was nice to being their. Hotel rooms are well managed and neat and clean.

Lovely stay! The staff was really helpful with transport and city information. Would recommend to those looking for a budget stay in south Bombay.

Just 2 minutes' drive from Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) Railway Station, Hotel Sea Lord is located at Apollo Bunder in Mumbai. Stayed here several times and since it’s very close to the art district it makes it easier to visit the galleries, gateway, coffee shops and Colaba which is the main shopping district. I’d highly recommend this for travellers who are on a budget. The staff is warm and very helpful in making any other outstation travel bookings.

Not at all a good place to stay, the rooms don't have proper ventilation and are dirty. They don't even have proper beds.

Ok ok for Batchelors… not recommended for family.

Hotel is very near to CST railway station. The local market is nearby. Marine drive 10-15 mins walk. The hotel rooms are decent enough. However the staff courtesy can be better. The food is excellent. Just on the road and taxis readily available from here. From outside Hotel seems small but it is quiet big. For location, pricing and food you can always pick this hotel on others. Ambience is classical one.

Not good rooms waiter not knock the door and come freely service is poor.

Worst hotel in mumbai, U should either visit nearby dreamland hotel and the manager of the hotel is worst and is very aggressive to the customers and doesnot know how to talk to the customers and the staff is mentally disabled and they change more than Mrp on water and even doesn't provide a bill, for the hotel,, I would better suggest to book from oyo or any website and never ever turn towards this busty hotel.

Very near to CST railway station New entrance. Good for one night stay if you plan to catch train nearby. Otherwise, not a good option.

A good location, close to the railway station if you get out through the last platform (platform 18). This is the only good point of this hotel. I don't no why this hotel is still so popular to travellers. May be because it's close to the station. Disadvantages- Congested rooms, unsatisfied room service, no immediate response when called for help, AC remote was out of order and then they changed it. Overall moderately okay (more towards the bad)

Now the time is 3 a. M and me and my wife is awake, thanks to bed bugs. At the time of check in we have asked them about bed bugs and they have promised theres nothing such. Went and complained to recepetion and he was like so normal and laughed at me and asked to shift room. We with all the luggage shifted to new room which was greeted by stinky blanket. Oh my god worst nightmare and worst stay we have ever had. Please dont choose this place even for 1 one night.

Very near to CSTM railway terminus. Almost in the heart of Mumbai. Yet the place doesn't have the crowded feeling. Food served is poor in hygiene but some chalu type restaurant are available nearby. Sealord is good for short business trips.

Amazing hotel, polite staff, cozy stay, the best part is the location really stands out and is ideal for travellers for it being so close to the CST.

Rooms should be better maintained. There were ill-maintained switch boards and sink. Staff was very helpful…

What to say… rooms are decorative with cockroaches, bedbugs, broken AC, non-functional geyser. Not worth the money.

Clean rooms. Good for the price. But Wi-Fi access is unavailable quite often and the range of the network is pathetic.

I visited during my india tour and found quite good. The food and services are good but not a grade.

Don't go to this hotel. Dirty room, foul smell, rats, no water even after demanding at night, no bill even after giving taxes (gave after repeated insistence), makes me conclude that this hotel is not the place where you would want to stay. Reception staff is complete mess.

Worst hotel I ever visited. When I returned to my room after some work I found 2 big MICE roaming in the room. I was given another room after lot of trouble. They didn't gave water even after repeated calls. The hotel management was greedy and I had to go through a lot of pain to get a bill. Do not go to this hotel.

Close to cstm and port cheap ac room with balcoly is better thks 4 mr kothari.

Very friendly staff. Ideal place for a family in centre of the city with peace of mind as traffic is less in this location. Booking can be done on phone or by email. Their are some problems in some rooms boiler ia not their. Flush ia not working in toilet. Shower is not working. For Muslim I want to say that please don't eat non veg cause it's NOT HALAL.
