Decent place in Mumbai for hassle free stay. Food is good and nice cool staff with prompt services.

Best place to arrange seminar, corporate meeting, trainings. Food is awesome. And service is aslo fabulous.

Room good. Reception:one guy badly behaved rest are nice. Restaurant serves average food with very midiocre service. Was compelled to eat out often due to the service. House keeping good. AC out dated window one with poor performance and noise. Not happy.

Location was this hotel is so perfect. It's located at just 1 km from andheri station. And you can even walk to it, if without luggage. It's situated next to a park so evening and morning time you can even go for a walk and run and stay fit. Although the rooms are bit cosy, but the atmosphere is very Calm and relaxing. Rooms are very clean though. Reception and hotel staff is very helpful and polite. In all its a okay hotel to stay in.

Hotel is old property, but rooms were clean and convenient. Food was reasonable quality and breakfast was good. Location is residential area and park is near by, it is good for people who prefer to do excercise.

Good quality 3 star category hotel right in the heart of Andheri West and very close to Andheri station. Rooms are clean and staff members are very friendly and good customer service. Rates are little on higher side but if you book through internet they are selling cheaper. All in all good hotel near Andheri West station.

Good place to have a stay in Andheri. The rooms are well maintained and well cleaned everyday. They have laundry service, good restaurant, buffet breakfast, bar, taxi service, room service and anything you need. The staffs are courteous and friendly. A little bit expensive I'd say, with the rooms being small, but you could save a few if you book online with any travel site. I had a great stay and hope you'll enjoy too!

Not a great hotel, but I believe it's over the average in Mumbai. Small rooms and the first room we've got was smelling awfully bad because of cigarettes. The beds are hard and comfortable, with clean white sheets. The rooms are super small and the toilets accordingly. The staff is quite friendly, but their eyes are always asking for tips. The area is quite noisy, so if you have a light sleep it might prove difficult during the night and especially early in the morning. The overall experience was good and we took this hotel for its location (we had to attend an event nearby). I'd probably choose something else next time.

Best Hotel for Transit, Amazing Food, friendly staff, clean rooms.

Only attended a seminar. The conference hal is good, arrangements with pen paper water was good, food was also excellent Didn't stay here, so can't comment on the room quality and service.

No star for this hotel. Choice of food very less and the cost of food is expensive. Was shocked on entering the hotel. Such a cramped ambiance. Foremost of all unfriendly managers who treat highly only the checking — in guests and insult the checking — out guests if there is a delay in moving out. Room boys take money from every other person in a family.

The hotel is good, breakfast is nice and served with love. We had dosa, tost, misal pav fresh fruits, tea and coffee in complementary breakfast. The rooms are small but are clean. Washroom is clean and hygienic. Hotel is in located in a good Ready to make Coffee sachets in room are good. Overall nice experience, it's a three star hotel that tries to give their best. Hotel is small but good.

Was good experience to stay in this property. Not greatly spacious but I guess that's the issue with mostly all Mumbai properties. Staff is supporting. I had checkin at 12pm but for some reason reached early at 8am and they got me check in early. Location is close (0.7km) to Andheri station and bus stop. It's good property in 2* category.

A decent hotel with easy accessibility from Andheri station and bus stop. The rooms are small for that price but we'll maintained and with all amenities. The hotel has an in house restaurant and bar.

We rented a hall at the first floor for Rakhshabandhan event for 4 hours. The place is decent. Staff is good but not great. The main problem was with food. The food was always too cold. We continously had to ask them to reheat it and serve. We had to ask for Naan's to be made again because everything was ice cold but the waiters were quick and friendly enough to help us out. One of the major let down for us was, 15 mins before our 4 hours ended, few workers started coming in and setting up for their next event. It was extremely inconvenient for all of us and looked bad on our side. Would prefer Carl Residency next time.

Stayed for 10 days. Rooms are good. 24/7 hot water supply. Each room has an electronic safe, fridge, AC and TV. Very close to Andheri Railway Station. Courteous staff.

Loved it. Very nice ambience and nice people. Excellently maintained rooms and very professional upkeep. The small swimming pool on the terrace is amazing. Oh, the food is also great. Tried the chicken curry and rice combo. Was delicious. On my Mumbai hotels list. Will definitely recommend.

Affordable hotel in a very prime location. The locality is very peaceful area yet very accessible being right next to SV Road. Rooms are small but functional.
