I am not expecting the treatment I recieved from Hotel, No Value for money small room, poor food quality, no proffesionalism.

Good location, nice and supporting staff, clean rooms and value for money. Highly recommended.

Worst standards of Hygiene and guest hospitality. Rooms are very tiny and washroom is the worst part. Reception staff is unwelcoming … If you ask for iron you have to call thrice and wait for half an hour … Breakfast is pushed into the room at their own decided time and taste is worse … I booked my room through oyo at the price of Rs 2100 and room was not even worth Rs 700. Oyo has substantially down graded its standards of property evaluation.

Service is good & not too much costly.

The only advantage of this hotel, proximity to airport. When we checked in, it was all stinking in the reception & inside rooms (like cigarette smell). But facilities inside the rooms are good. The receptionists are not welcoming at all…

Located in a dingy location. But otherwise easy to spot as it's conveniently above a hospital and the map does justice to the location. Autos are available once you walk towards main road from here. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Rooms are clean. The ac, TV worked just fine. We ordered room service. Suitable pricing.

Place is good… nice room which I got… can't say about other… Staff behaviour is also good… They don't have resturant but they provide from out side from thier menu or you can order by youself.

Rooms were really nice… according to the rate hotel was good… staffs behaviour was really nice… breakfast aloo parata was so tasty … all over loved my stay…

Good hotel & great stay for family or friends. Rooms are somewhat small but are very neat & clean. Staff is also friendly. I have seen some comments saying it is very outside of city. But if you looking for nearby stay around airport it's the best place. And have observed they don't have problem with couples.

Food served here is of good quality Have a bar n dance floor near. Another place for boozing could be bar stock exchange Place is good but during my stay thr was lot of noise because of underconstruction site. And the work is going on from 2016 Nearest connecting transport for marine drive is andheri railway. Which is very crowded all days. Instead it wil be good to go for a cab. Wil cost around 300bucks.

Good for short duration stay. Say 1 or 2 days… Not good for a week stay.

No ratings for the hotel … service is disaster specially of the new property Aroma… staff doesn't have etiquette … they just charge you high amount but not bothered abt the service atll… however receptionist is helpful Usha …

Hotel is very good, nice place and near by international airport, railway station LTT, metro station marol Naka, chakkala/J B NAGAR.

Good place. Nice staff and a budget hotel.

Pigeonhole. The wardrobe area has been converted into a washroom. Ill behaved and incompetent staff. Behaved like they are doing a favor. No visitors allowed. It was not like I was taking call girls into the room. Just invited a few male friends for coffee. They were literally shooing us away. Strongly avoid unless you have no other option.

Location was good in prominent part of the city with easy access to conveyance. The room was a bit on the small side with no ventilation, which was the only thing it lacked. Room had excellent service and affordable price considering location and quality of room. Good price and quality of food on additional pay.

The location to hotel artus inn is fairly accessible it is located in a good neighborhood. The stay does not cost much rather provides good amenities in that amount. The rooms were neat and tidy but a little small the bed was harder than usual hotel beddings. The service was nice and cooperative.

Location is good… and hotel hospitality is very good… staff is good and well trained … rooms cleaning is good and hygienic. Over all my stay is very good. Not very good even a some … mmm.

The hotel is located near chakala metro station and 5km from andheri local station. The rooms are a little small than expected but the service is good. The hotel is on the 3rd floor, and quite small so that you can hear the reception talking all the time. Convenient Oyo facilities are available including breakfast and Wi-Fi.

The location is pretty good away from all types of noise and other pollutions. Neat and Clean rooms. Good complimentary breakfast. Overall a good experience to stay in.

It's a cozy place to stay in Mumbai. It's couple friendly. The staff is friendly. The rooms are not spacious. The bathrooms are really small. That's the case with all hotels in Mumbai. The location is really good.
