Osm atmosphere, very convenient staff. Welll mainted and clean rooms nd amenities. Osm experience.

So the area Santacruz is good in terms of airport accessibility. However there are a lot of informal settlements nearby. The staff is friendly and professional at the same time. The food is good and the rooms are neat and tidy. Nothing to disappoint but nothing so awesome as well.

Convenient location. Near airport n Sundarban railway. Newly done rooms. Room are big n spacious.

Friends recommended I stay at Hotel Milan International when in Mumbai for business. I am thrilled I took them up on their recommendation. The staff are wonderful, the rooms quite nice and the location perfect as I spend most of my time in this area meeting with clients. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff at Milan International was very welcoming, friendly, and attentive to our needs. Location was great with easy access to all the places of interest. Special thanks to the Manager Asgar for his polite, friendly, and professional handling during our stay. Now will go back to stay again for my next trip at the end of July 2018.

Absolutely outstanding customer service and treatment! Wow — staff were always on hand if we needed something and very customer orientated. 

Our bedroom was very clean and tidy, Beds were super endulgent, Could of done with another nights stay it was so lovely!

Excellent service, with a few added touches for my wife's birthday which made our stay all the more special. Room was immaculate, modern, everything we expected and more. Unbeatable value right in the heart of Mumbai.

Many ways to rank this hotel highly: the staff was helpful, the rooms are very nicely designed and appointed, the location is excellent and easy to get around the city. I would definitely consider staying there again. The Wi-Fi was very good and they even have a free local mobile phone you can use at the front desk. Also, the breakfast at the hotel was overpriced so I would suggest skipping that and going someplace in the neighbourhood. There are plenty of options. But overall it's not as expensive as many other Mumbai hotels, yet is an excellent place to stay.

I booked this hotel for senior people in my Company who usually stay somewhere else in central Mumbai. The staff was very attentive — they showed me rooms and upgraded my colleagues. My colleagues thought the rooms were great (best I have put them in) and really appreciated the warm welcome and size of their rooms. They usually don't say much about their hotel but this time they raved about it! They slept very well…

Very good location and good service! Cleanliness is said to be of a good standard at this property. The staff is very good and cooperative. The washroom is clean and spacious Total Value for money. Had extended my stay for 2 days as I loved staying here.

If you are a frequent business traveller like myself, then it is highly likely that you have had a few early morning arrivals at hotels around the world with no chance of checking in until 2pm! I arrived at the Hotel Milan International early morning and was delighted at the level of facilities they provided before my check in time. I was given free access to facilities so will freshen-up and access to their restaurant to prepare for my day! And when I checked-in… There was a bottle of Bisleri waiting in my room! Chilled!

My partner and I stayed and received the most unbelievable service either of us have ever experienced and he is very well travelled. 
The staff couldn't do enough. 
We felt truly special and important. 
Even waiting for the lift to check out a member of staff passing took the time to wish us good morning and ask how we were. This was the first contact with him we had during our stay. Speechless in a great way!

The hotel is located nearby the airport. The appearance was good. All amenities were provided in the room. Their deluxe rooms are nice and very clean. Just the parking facility was not available at the hotel.

My daughter and I stayed at Hotel Milan International for a short girls holiday before school starts back. The hotel is ideally located and rooms are lovely. However the personal touch from Asif and the other staff set this hotel apart. It was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel — and we will be back.

Pretty good hotel in the category of bed and breakfast hotels. The superior and executive category rooms are quite spacious. The staff and service is very good. The hotel is very clean and nicely maintained. The breakfast has decent number of options and the food is good. They have a few banquet halls of different sizes, so if there is a big group and one wants to organize a small event, these halls are pretty useful (of course, that comes with an additional charge). The location of the hotel is great. It is at 10 min driving distance from highway and about 5 min walking distance from Santacruz station. The hotel is not too far from the domestic airport (about 5 km). The hotel is in a residential area, so not much of noise around. Over all a very pleasant stay.

I stayed here for 3 days. The infrastructure is somewhere between average and below average. There was construction going on the floor above and it felt like I could hear everything that was happening outside the room. That aside, I think the hospitality made up for most of it. The people at the reception were sweet and were really helpful. The hotel rooms are clean and the food was surprisingly good. Apart from the infrastructure, I had a really good experience.

The inn has enhanced its administrations since the last time I remained there. It is a 3 star lodging with great however little rooms. The essentials of inn framework and staff and clear and has everything an explorer requires. I have been utilizing it for business visits and thought that it was superior to numerous other featured lodgings I have utilized. Change zone: Staff can progress toward becoming piece more gracious and accommodating.

Compact lodging extremely agreeable! Rooms were perfect, benefit was instant. Room was conservative however had everything in it. Area was great. Good incentive for money. There are close-by eateries, shoreline front, clothing, neighborhood transportation. In general an extremely charming remain!

In the core of Mumbai Santacruz West, a couple of minutes stroll from Milan Mall, the inn is in a perfect world located. The inn is general clean and rooms are self sufficient. I was there for three days. The breakfast is alright however the administration was slow. I requested for supper one night and they served the dish that had excessively salt. The salt and pepper droppers had rice grains in them as opposed to salt and pepper powder! The experience could have been something more.

Good administration! The rooms are extensive and clean. Great wireless association even to stream motion pictures. I had an association issue and staff were exceptionally helpfull and settled it. Bed was extremely agreeable. The main drawback is it is somewhat a long way from the vacation destinations in the south. I would prescribe this lodging.

I took this hotel to celebrate my mom dad anniversary! And yes it was a memorable celebration. Thanks to the Milan team for making it wonderful for us! One more thing I want to add is the food was really awesome. Five star for the quality of service!

Splendid Stay.! If visiting to Mumbai is in your cards, book your stay at Hotel Milan International. It is like my second home. The warm hospitality makes it more recommendable. During my last stay I had an issue with my linen and to my surprise the matter was solved with a very quick response. The on time action helps me to stay comfortable here. Cheers!

This hotel has everything that makes you feel special everyday, the way the staff treats you is incredible Indian. They are full of smiles always. Food is good and delicious, rooms are okay okay, if you are kind of a person who enjoys the essentials more than superstitious expectation than this is the best place for value you are paying. Book directly through them, you will get good rate and loyal treatment. Advise: carry both Ids for couple.

Got an amazing deal for inr 1499 for the standard room value for money. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Small but good rooms. Will surely visit again when I need a weekend getaway with friends.

The worst hotel I have ever visited. They call it 3 star but it isn't even 1. Moreover the online booking for the hotel is the biggest mistake because the don't show what they provide. Let me explain the facilities (actually f***ing facilities) they provide you with untidy rooms with damped walls, rooms smells like hell bcoz of fungus on walls and they don't even provide you with a water bottle and when one ask for glasses they offer you dirty disposable glasses. Further the location of hotel is extremely annoying. And one thing I want to mention if by chance you took hotel's lift you must get ill because it's very stingy. Staff is not good and after providing this much rubbish facilities they ask you for extra charges (money minded).

The rooms here are really comfortable and cozy. The food is also really yummy. I loved their breakfast buffet. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The service offered is worth the amount you pay here.

It is a very rubbish place to live in Mumbai though it is near to the airport the visinity is very poor. Service is very poor. Rooms are dirty and damped with fungus on it. Even the bedsheets are not cleaned with used marks on it. No laundry available so no change in room of bedsheets. Place for the donkey to live as no response with the complain of customers. Only money minded people. No offers at all on rooms. No complimentary water bottle and if you will ask for it then you have to pay for a water bottle like you are paying for a 1 ltr blood. No phone line working and AC is just to show off not working properly.

Very worst hotel. You would keep hear, flight sound every 2 minutes, as mumbai airport is very near. Location is very interior and bad.

Pathetic Hotel for way higher price than it deserves. Far away from downtown Mumbai. Located adjacent to filthy street. Station and Airport being way too close will only hamper your sleep with Trains honking and Plane engine sounds. Room service sucks so does the reception and supervision. Lack of guest oriented approach. No value at all. Stayed there for two days only to check in to another place. Beware don't ever get cheated by the pictures.

The worst hotel me and my husband ever stayed. Poor food services. Poor cleaning services. No hot water facility. The lighting facilities are bad too. Rooms are Not worth for the money that was paid. I would seriously not recommend any one to go to this hotel. Such a bad experience.

The best part of this hotel is its Location — Santa Cruz (heart of Mumbai), and best advantage is its nearness to Airport and Juhu beach.

Rooms are good But room service takes time. To get your meal on time you have to give your order 40 minutes in advance.

Wow…! One of the most ridiculous hotel ever stayed in my life. No customer service, rooms were dirty and you can see spider webs everywhere and cockroaches are complimentary. Restaurant doesn't serve half of items as per menu card. It would be better if I had paid that amount to any bagger. He might be more helpful.

Never ever visit the shit hotel. I had the worst experience. Hotel is not even worth 500 bucks. The staff had a big big ass ego. Hotel is not clean. Rooms stink. Taps broken. Standard & Deluxe A/c rooms are very worst. Taps are broken. Had stayed in this hotel from 19th to 22nd December 2015 and had booked 4 rooms. Lift is outdated one. Had booked online so was forced to do full payment while I checked in. TVs in all rooms are show piece non of them work. Only parking was good.
