It was okayish hotel I chose it because ii was the only hotel available in the Khar locality. The hotel is two star hotel with cheap price.

Good location… rooms also good… when I visited in 2012… there used to be a disco club in the basement… it maybe a distraction for some.

Best place to stay for shopping lover.

Really bad experience here. The price you are paying for this is not justified as this place is just like a bad oyo room hotel. They dont serve toiletries and when we asked them about it they replied its not a 5star hotel. The receptionist is very rude. The blanket was torn. There is a lot of noise due to the street traffic. The place is clean though. They dont serve breakfast in their room tariff. Aweful experience overall. Reply to owner — we specifically asked for shampoo and your receptionist said its not a five star hotel. Plus on top of that you gave us two shampoo pouches for which you had specially asked us to pay the helper.

0 rating, U cant get proper food, staff not allowed to go out, staff is good but hotel rules are like worse I have ever seen, expensive and not worth.

Decent hotel if you like something in th city center and don't have a car to park. Rooms are clean… don't expect much and you should be fine.

I booked my room using their own website but at my arrival they refused to acknowledge that and asked me exaggerated rent. Shameful!

I stayed for a week, the receptionists are warm n welcoming n responsive to our request… location is ideal.

Rooms: ⭐⭐⭐ Bright. Occasional cracks on the walls. Clean. Services: ⭐⭐⭐ The staffs are abrupt and more likely confused. Wi-Fi: ⭐⭐ Additional, yet slow. I'd rather be better on my cellular data. Locality: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ KFC and other commercials at walking distance. Value for money: ⭐⭐⭐ Provides better set of rooms in comparison to its competitors. Personal comment: I understand that this is Bandra, we don't expect a bang-for-the-buck. But at least the receptionist & the staffs could be polite. I honestly found them rather unpleasant. The TV remote demands hard push on the buttons.

The services provided are really very poor. They will charge for extra person in a room but will not provide extra bedding. I asked for a newspaper and got day before yesterdays newspaper. The staff is very harsh too. Not at all happy with the experience. I was charged for some local calls which I never made. Later on, my money was refunded after I pointed it out to the manager. Only stay if necessary else you will find many better hotels.
