I stayed at room 416 and it's really nice … staff is very very cooperative … now whenever I come to Mumbai will stay at this hotel.

From the kind of work I am into I have traveled 16 states in India and around 35 hotels I stayed in, this would be my first negative review. Starting from House keeping they never delivered anything on time. Secondly their in house services are very poor, no hot water, poor sizes of room etc. The people at lower level are very good its their management which is very poorly selected. Last I stayed their for a month and I wanted to stay there for another one month (would have continued the same for upcoming months as well if there behavior would have been good) but these guys were like visitors are not allowed in the room but if I pay 1500 more apparently visitors were allowed then. A person who is giving you business of 180000/ Month I think the 1500 charge wasnot applicable. One of the sensible Mangers did allow few times looking at the time I was supposes to stay but two more Immature hires (I can name them but that wont be professional on my part) were pathetic. Coming to a city like Mumbai you expect good hospitality but here the case was very bad. Anyways my suggestion would be please avoid this hotel for longer stays.

Its a worst hotel. Services dey offer r so poor… we gave our car in wallet parking (as dey insisted to give us beq they dont have parking facility) and dey damaged our car so badly. Bumper is totally damaged.

I have a very mixed review for this place. First I 'll start with the positives 1. The ambience of the place is really good even though it's a small place 2. Few dishes in the buffet were really good especially the desserts. Kheema paav and chaat counter was amazing. Dum biryani in main course was also good. Coming to the negatives: 1. A grill is placed in the center of the table but only one chicken starter and 2 veg starters were present on the grill. What is the point of grill with just 1 non veg starter. Either don't keep the grill or increase in number of starters in the grill. 2. There was lot of overbooking done for tables. I could see few guest complaining regarding the same, though we had the table 3. Service is really slow. You need to wait for a lot of time after the first round of dishes are served. Even the dessert counter was empty for almost 30 mins (have shared that pic as well). 4. Few dishes like prawns were smelling. Chicken in main course had less salt. overall an average place… could improve if the number of staff increases.

Cool club located near juhu beach. One of the happening places. You can easily find TV actors out here on weekends. Famous by name Tanatan.

In fact been to tantana, one of the restaurants there. Nice atmosphere with live music. Good food. Great service. Designed as old Mughal style place, could have been given 4 stars, but my 10 years old daughter asked a question, " dad, was Michele Jackson a Mughal king? I never knew". And then she has shown me the picture attached.

Hotel rooms are not good. View is also not good. Nightclub here is very nice.

Worst hospitality I have experienced in recent past. Bathroom was dirty. And commode was it plastic lid. AC was unable to cool the room properly. I don't want to say anything about staff's behaviour there. They should get out of Hotel business and focus on pub only.

Well decorated room and very good service. Very close to beach and not so close to get foul smell from sea. Ideal par to stay.

V poor staff. Shows tantrums… Don't know how to handle guests… Should shut the hotel for human sake… worst hotel… idiot staff stupid location… disgusting rooms… perfect place for spoiling your mood.

I would rather say that the hotel is a bit over rated and not really the worth you'd send for one room tariff. The Lobby kinda stinks and the cleanliness of washroom can be improved a lot. The photographs of the pool might lead you in an illusion that the pool is big and clean but in reality, I beg to differ. The rule book is yet to be updated where the check out time is 12 but the hotel management might start bugging you at 10. Besides that, the decent room size and breakfast is the ultimate saviour. So, takeaways would be : 1. Please dont judge it by the pool and gym facilities. 2. You could prefer only if the its in the budget and find the location good 3. Please dont feel offended if the staff is rude, because its the way they reception would treat you, even though you're a pretty little soul like me :P.

Nice pub and full of people and enjoyment with great service and nice rooms a bit costly.

R-adda is good apart from nice rooms and service.

Hopeless place to stay. Please don't ever go to their so-called "discs" — "Yeda Republic " or "R Adda"… stag entry / single guys are apparently never allowed there throughout the week, unless you don't pay Rs. 3, 000 per person. Shady crowd, shady management… totally avoidable for one's personal security as well as sanity n financial prudence!

Ok type, but if you are going on to stay from Friday to Sunday. Please don't book. On top there is a disc which not even own by hotel and it runs till 4am in morning. Best part entry for hotel guest is not free…

Good place, nice food. We went for breakfast and it was paise vasool. Give it a try. Breakfast timings are till 11.00. Looking forward to visit this place in future for lunch or dinner.

It is a good place to stay at a reasonable price in the heart of the city with a beach nearby, though the rooms are a bit small. Its restaurant 'Mirchi' is a good one with free breakfast for guest. I actually loved this part. The swimming pool is a deep one (4me — amateur). The gym is also good. Really a good place.

Good service & food, although location & facade of property is a bit challenging to find for first timer.

The hotel was very well equipped with basic necessities. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food items and was not too pricey. The staff in the dining area were very friendly and quick. The best part about the hotel is that it is located just a 2 min walk away from Juhu beach. The locality looks safe for a nightly stroll. Many restaurants and cafes are nearby.

Worst experience ever. Requesting everyone don't waste your money on this place. You could easily get any 4star hotel in Mumbai in less price than this. The price they charge is way too high then the service they provide and the rooms which we get. Service was extremely bad. The guys were not behaving properly. There was no towels in my room and in many other guests room as well, as they too complaint about it when I was at the reception checking out. I called many a times to reception and laundry person for towels but after many attempts they brought a single towel in my room and that too was stinking and 1 other napkin which was also stinking and torn. They charged me 1000 RS for spoiling their bedsheet which was not. There was just a patch of tea which was easily removable. And after asking them many a times that it can be removed easily they still kept saying (arrogantly) "It can't be removed you have to pay the price". If this would have happened with another hotel they would have not charged me (as I have been to many hotels so I know this). The rooms were way too small with respect to the pictures shown and the price which we paid. All the rooms in this hotel are non-smoking room so for smoking a person has to go all the way down at exit. There was no proper toiletries in bathroom. As a 4star hotel they need to have all the basic toiletries in bathroom.

Worst experience… after the bookings had already been done, they were not allowing me to stay with my younger brother, even after providing proper ID. Staff doesn’t know how to talk politely. Made us feel so awkward!

Worst service. Each and Everything is chargeable even drinking water. The loud music will never let u sleep. The sound and screaming of dancing freaks upside will annoy u. Never go there. It's better to sleep on road with dogs than to stay here,.

Amezing stay. Awesome location… friendly staff, very clean rooms and bathrooms. Good value for money, had a great time :)

Horrible horrible experience. One of the worst that I have had in any hotel across the country. Super slow service. Dirty and cramped rooms. The toilets were broken in 4 of the 5 rooms we were shown. No hot water on our first night. If you are planning on staying at this place for rest, you aren't going to get any. LOUD music plays all night and the staff is very very arrogant about it. Posting this at 1:40 in the night after fighting with house keeping to change our sheets which had food stains and still not being able to sleep because of the music! DO NOT BOOK.

Lots of noise in the room because of the various pubs and nightclubs. Asked for a room change and was moved to a better floor and room. Have been staying at the hotel since 2005, but somehow the experience wasn't great this time. Will try another hotel next on my next visit…

Dirty rooms that smelt of smoke so had to change rooms. Stuffy hotel that focuses more on the nightclub / pub upstairs than the room and guests. Breakfast was so bad that felt sick and did not eat anything. Stay elsewhere — there are better 3* hotels than this fake 4* hotel.

If there was option of giving — stars I would have given it infinite negative stars. They claim to be a 4 star property and charges as high as any 4 or 5 star would do. But when it comes to service, its horrible. Rooms are extremely small with broken phones. No toiletries. No slippers. No water. We called them 10 times begging for everything. Rooms are very noisy and when you complain no one cares. Should never ever go there. There are much better options in that range.

First room we were given had a heavy smoke smell. The rooms we had were generally unclean, with not clean bathrooms, and only one very dirty towel. Service for quite poor with little attention to guests, no employees seemed to be present and when they were, not very helpful. Breakfast was disappointing and cold in most instances. Overall, not great value for money from a hotel that should be better than it is. Small rooms paired with the problems above mean I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Too many small lounges. Had been to latest offering at ramee Yeda republic. Amazing ambience. Food tasted funtastic. Must visit for a different experience.

Well I tell you the truth I have a history with this hotel. Long long time ago back in 2002 I started working as a floor trainer in Sykz gym and I was working in Ramee Guestline hotel morning shift 7am to 10am as a floor trainer. I only worked there for a month. It was a good hotel. Now when I visit for dinners and parties I see it has changed a lot. They have up graded the entire bldg. There’s now a valet parking good parking space. They have internally up lifted their standards in their services of their staff food and drinks are more luxurious. Yes in time it’s become more expensive. Good place for romantic dates though. They will treat you like you’re in a 5 star hotel. They are putting in time and efforts to make sure you feel like that. Well I’m not getting paid to say this. I’m saying this with my experience. Staff has changed so no one knows me when I enter there. It’s all very different now. Great place for family dinner. Office melas. Meeting areas, party zones. Discos and dances. They have a big hall for party where you can have more then 100 guest at any five point of time. Good place for kid also for family dinners. There use to be a swimming pool now there’s an open Resturant. The view is okay for top. It’s not actually sea face, it’s just near the sea. Incase you’re reading this then I want to say thank you for your lovely time. And Incase you happen to see me there then do come up and say Hi Cheers guys enjoy your party’s there.

Not enough value for the price. Musty smell in room and corridors, Wi-Fi painfully slow. Staff is nice.

PATHETIC PLACE! had been here for valentines day celebration… the offer they said was ladies/couple entry free… plus free (tequila) shots for ladies… we booked vip seats costing around 1000 bugs with cover… thank fully we booked it… rest ppl who had entered free were just standing round the corners… the biggest disappointment was no free shots… when asked about the free shots all they had to reply is the offer will start within next 30 minutes… but for the next 2 hours they did not provide any free booze… Ambience: 2/5 ambience is not that bad, a typical bar, pathetic seating, cosy stting arrangement… food: 3/5 good enuf to fill ur empty stomach… food was a lil cold… cooked very nicely… heavy on pockets… a normal club sandwich costs around 300 bugs… crowd:0/5 cheap crowd… college going crowd… guys who keep on staring at you when you dance or even walk across the dance floor… dj: — 5/5 the feeling when the dj played songs was of a ganpati dance types… mostly bollywood type songs… I would give him a negative 5 for his song collection… from my side a big no for this place… CHEATERS.

Good for late night music lovers. But in room service is costliest water bottle Rs. 170 including tax.

Food was great, I was attending a marriage function over two days. The staff was very courteous.

Nice cozy place off Juhu beach near The Sun n Sand hotel. Welcoming staff n great food too. Sometimes gets a little crowded too.

Worst Service Worst staffs worst management. When I entered the room bed sheets are not changed. Landline not working. No water bottles and coffee cups. Not worth for money. Even after check out we went net hotel then only we come to know we didn't not get my id proof from this hotel. When I called they says lazyily sorry sir. Plz don't book your book online.

This hotel has good rooms and it makes it easy to create a positive enviroment!

Stayed here on a 2 day halt, the room is nice and warm, all facilities like Wi-Fi, laundry available at the hotel, has one of the best nightspots in the area, a must stay if you party hard.

This is awesome place beach is 5 min a walk good rooms with good tubs also there is pub downstairs good breakfast too.

A decent stay near the Juhu beach area. Well priced breakfast buffet. Staff is alright, not very interested in being very hospitable. Typical Ramee Guestline mentality.

Decent hotel in Juhu… Surely needs to renovate the rooms… Awesome food… Amazing spa… Has its own nightclub… But at 4.5k a night it's worth… Complimentary breakfast is ordinary…
