I was completely mesmerized and delighted to have a great Indian welcome. 1. Ambience — 5/5 completely royal! 2. Service — 4.5/5 welcoming staff really very helpful, polite and extremely poised. 3. Food — 4/5 had the best Tiramisu after 7 years. Was so in awe! after eating it. However in terms of one meal options would prefer a few more vegetarian options! Breakfast was the best. Be it the kothimbir wadi to the choux pastry and cinnamon rolls. Completely ecstatic 4. The historic importance, the overall security just perfect! Proud to be a Tata Employee and would surely recommend atleast one visit in ur lifetime to experience the best hospitality.

I have not select this hotel by my self. Place seems grateful but staff, attitude, how guests get handled is very far from what I like. Newer fun to stay on a hotel where everyone don’t think you have anything to do on this hotel.

Everything is good. Staying in Mumbai for the past 30 years and not visiting TAJ even once was a crime. It’s an awesome experience. Ambience is so good that you get disconnected with the outside world. Excellent service. I had read the review before visiting this place and it was true and more than what I had expected. It’s expensive but you get more than what you spend. Looking for coming in the future as well.

The hotel is beautiful So we decide to have lunch at the Sea Breeze restaurant
What a disappointment we order a Peach Ice-T and an iced coffee. My ice coffee however came with spoiled almond milk (the milk was visibly spoiled) So gross we end up paying $50 for a meal it’s not even worth $10 what a disappointing lunch plain pasta with tomato sauce and Samosas
the pasta Was less than mediocre and of course it cost three times more than any other great restaurant in town I don’t mind paying but I’d like to get something nice in return. I was very surprised they didn’t offer a complimentary drink or dessert, was barely apologetic. With a luxury hotel you expect luxury service and quality.

Food was nice. Biryani is worth trying. Anjeer halwa which is overrated is not as per the mark. Starter Chana chat was amazing. Overall I would rate this place 5 as the services offered is best by the employees.

I know why they say it’s best in hospitality. Lovely gesture food ambience cleanliness decor service. U name it and they are good at it. Proud moment as Indian and lots of love to JRD and Ratan Tata. Lots of love and respect to you and entire team. Hoping for more stays with Taj. I stayed at Taj Deccan and now here it’s awesome. You guys nailed it. It was my husbands birthday and you truly made it memorable. Masala craft food and service by all staff starting from service desk to butler to hotel staff to check in staff all were top class. Love you all. The way you all have stood back after attack and serving n making the nation proud is commendable job. Hats off Ratan sir and team.

This is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are well sized, well equipped and beautifully maintained. The pool area can get a bit busy when the hotel is full, but is still a great place to relax and swim. As always the staff are universally excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. The fact that standards have not dropped when so many other luxury hotels are penny inching is a credit to everyone at the hotel and its management. I will be back yet again for sure.

Have stayed here and have eaten at their many fine restaurants It is definitely a special occasions kind of. Place as it will burn a deep hole in your pocket but the experience will be memorable. Some most distinguished people from around the globe stayed in this Hotel. It's also a huge tourist attraction.

It is one of the famous luxurious hotel in India and world too. It is too famous world widely. I have not visited this place ever but I have heard too much about this luxurious hotel. Many businessmen prefer this hotel usually. It is too costly but service also too good. I have wish to live there for 1 day and 1 night before my ending of college Life.

Great place to be. Actually a five star service and facilities. View of gateway and sea is also great from here. actually a great place to be for a official visit or a short vacation trip. A bit costly but that doesn't matter when you are enjoying a stay at a five star regency like this. you will get a very warm and humble welcome by staff. During your stay everything seems like going smoothly. Just great stay.

It located in an awesome part of town. Access to the hotel however is really confusing with entrances at different places. The coffee shop doesn't have direct access to the hotel floor. The conference rooms weren't equipped to handle guests coming in for different meetings. We had a few guests who had to stand in the lobby and wait their turn. Would've been nice to have a few chairs or a waiting room as a temporary measure. The food was decent though. Loved their lotus root salad.

My experience at The Taj Mahal Palace was simply superb. I had a room in the sixth floor, as soon as I entered there was a blast of perfumed air that refreshed my tired self from within. The colour, vibe and ambience of the place made everything feel very comfortable and warm to the eyes. All the amenities were provided, the washroom was clean and hygienic. I stayed for a night and everything was top of the class, the comfort level was outstanding and I had a fantastic stay without any complaints about the staff or the room. Will be returning again soon, highly recommended if you are on a short vacation or a business trip.

Expensive, not all people can spend the night there, and this is inequality.
