Beautiful place to stay,! The staff has been so tremendously helpful and caring. I became ill and needed a doctor which they called and sent to my room and then needed to go to the hospital. They sent someone with me to take care of everything and wait with me and since I’ve been back have been taking very good care of me as I recuperate in my room until I fly home. Calling, checking in on. Me, sending me fruit and chocolates, extra water and tea bags (LOL) and just generally providing excellent service. They took what could have been a scary experience of getting sick in a foreign county and made me feel safe and well cared for! I would recommend the Taj for their beautiful rooms, food and property but mostly their excellent staff and service!

I have never received such warm hospitality, fast & efficient service in any other 5-Star hotel before. From the time we entered the hotel until we left it, the staff and crew didn't give us one reason to file a complaint. The breakfast was also one of the best I have ever experienced in any hotel. I have travelled and stayed in so many hotels around the world but Taj Lands End, Mumbai truly has outdone every single one of them now comes on the no. 1 position on my list of best hotels visited.

The Lobby Decor for Christmas is just amazing. The restaurants offer a variety of cuisine which is just fantastic. Very friendly staff. It's awesome.

Hotel is nice, but the restaurant staff is slow, not very friendly, nor attentive for the level of service one should expect and experience at such place. Next time stay here but explore restaurants in the area with proper service.

Such a horrible, horrible experience at this joke of a hotel. They upgraded us to a “luxury room” after we complained about their poor service and poor facilities. The luxury room had BED BUGS! My daughter woke up with bite marks and when I inspected the sheets there were blood marks all over! They came to inspect the room and the duty manager told me that no one has ever complained of bed bugs. She was trying to convince me that it was not bed bugs. Seconds later, the housekeeping manager tells me, in front of her, that they haven’t received a bed bug complaint in months. So they obviously have had bed bug issues, and it is nearly impossible to get rid of bed bugs. I was checking out of the hotel that night so I asked them to take all our suitcases, launder all our clothes and seal them in plastic bags, and treat all the suitcases because I was petrified that we’ll bring bed bugs back with us to New York. They instead offered to sanitize our clothes and treat the suitcases, which I agreed to. When the suitcases came back the clothes were NOT sealed in plastic bags, and I swear to god I must have told them a hundred times to seal the clothes in plastic bags! By that time I was too exhausted to say anything else and we were leaving soon, so I let it be. I’ve been unpacking this morning and so many of our clothes have this weird yellow stain on them (attaching photos).

Had a 3-day stay. The room & bathroom are quite spacious. However, there are some drawbacks; Morning buffet was not as good as expected (told the manager & he assured improvement). The staff was very lazy & dull. Had to call them multiple times.
Honestly, I would recommend Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, Colaba or Intercontinental Hotel, Marine drive over this.

Taj lands Mumbai was great I m having vocal cord issues so my voice has hoarness the very kind staff of Vista specially Mr Francis Carlo kept sending me their special drink ° Tody ". Was touched. The club room in house Butler service on fone Ms Rupali was such a helping hand for everything. I have to say Taj lands is being run by their staff not because of its location or vastness though I was disappointed by the Bar wish it looked liked one too.

One of the best offerings from the Taj group of Hotels, Taj Lands End is a wonderful Five Star Hotel with everything and more than you can think of! Superb restaurants offering Indian and international cuisine! Outstanding decor and ambience making a very pleasurable experience! My personal favourite is Ming Yang, but even Vista and Masala Bay are very good!

This review is based on recent visit for a business conference. Level of service and friendliness of staff is on par with The Taj hospitality. Food was nice, not too bland or spicy for your pallet. Only thing I would recommend is plan your travel accordingly, based on time of the day of your visit, as it is actually located at the lands end, the traffic can be cumbersome.

This is one of the finest hotels in Mumbai and there are two Taj Hotels, one is in Mumbai central (near Gateway of India) and the other one is in Bandra. I have been to this place few years back and I must say it is really very fine hotel; everything is automatic from curtains to doors to TV and air conditioner. I will highly recommend this hotel, hit like if it is helpful.

Vista offers buffet lunch and dinner. Desserts are top class food nothing to sing about. Sit down menu limited in offering but quality of food much better and meets exciting standards of Taj. No complaints about staff at Vista.

It was one of my best stays away from home. From the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out. Their attention to detail is impeccable. The staff are professional and thorough and really made me feel welcomed especially as I was a lone traveller. Rochelle from reception made sure my check in was smooth especially when there were few troubles with my check in her patience did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. They also took the opportunity to upgrade my room and give me a sea view/pool view room which was beautiful.
Shiva, from Guest Relations showed me around and made me feel at ease.
Akshita from Guest Relations made it very clear that I was welcomed with a plate of Indian sweets dropped to my room and kindly introduced herself.
Their turn down service always made me smile as they never failed to add a personal touch. Sometimes it was rose petals and sometimes it was little feminine toiletries left beside my bathroom sink.
Their restaurants are also worth more than one visit. I am definitely visiting Ming Yang and The House of Nomads when I am down again.
All in all I would rate this luxurious hotel 10/10 I definitely felt it was money well spent. I will definitely be going back in the next few months this year.

The on-site restaurants at this property offer excellent food quality and wide range of cuisines which goes really well with great customer care. As mentioned by past guests, food in the restaurant is good value for money. The efficiency of Taj Lands End Mumbai’s staff should not be doubted. Welcoming and helpful, guests have really appreciated the staff’s friendly approach as in certain instances they have even gone out of their way.

Hospitality at its very best. Staff are extremely good right from the time you check in until you checkout. The various restaurants are good and the food quality is excellent. The rooms are very good especially the ones facing the Arabian Sea. The rooms are very clean as can be expected and the housekeeping is good. A very peaceful experience staying here.

Taj never fails to disappoint us. Lovely interiors. Super cool swimming pool at the backside only for the residents. 24 hour cafe has great food. The lunch / dinner restaurant on the first floor has a side view of the Bandra seaface and some select tables get that view. Nice in early evening. Good choice of food with wide spread of desserts. Soup and salads are also tasty.

The location of the Taj Lands End, Bandra is just fantastic. These photographs I shared are the view from the suite rooms on the top floor and you can see the beauty of the Mumbai Skyline — admiring it through the day. Indeed Taj brand offers the best of hospitality and makes sure that your experience is nothing less than unforgettable and full of pleasure. The staff is very disciplined and obedient and will try best to provide a solution to all your questions and requirements. Totally recommended and worth every stay. Cheers.

A business meeting over Tea was held here at the business centre. Suitable for 20 people or maybe more, expect quick courteous service and delicious snacks. Wide varieties of Hot and Cold beverages are made available here. Thoroughly enjoyed the meeting here, surely would recommend this one. Also they have ample of parking and valet service is quick.

An excellent hotel in all respects. Pure elegance and quality throughout. The breakfast buffet is good, but gets very busy, so be an early riser. You can sit on the terrace and watch the man with a flag chase away the crows. A great way to start the day.

I was here for an event. I must admit that the hospitality of the staff is exemplary. The food was very tasty and the menu of the buffet itself was commendable. The dessert was mouth watering esp the Malpua.

5 stars, hotel, for business trips. The rooms are well maintained, the food on the expected level and the staff always helpful. In addition, in the dry season, one regularly has the chance to catch a glimpse of Indian weddings and their opulent bodies.

Went there for breakfast with a friend. It was a treat for my birthday. Loved the layout and spread. From Indian to cold cuts, cereals, fresh juices and breads. You name it, they got it. Service is bang on, after all it's the Taj Hospitality. Except for the Americano coffee everything was just perfect.

I stayed recently at the Taj lands end for a week while traveling for business. I have to say I was absolutely blown away by their service and hospitality. This hotel has superb ratings and it exceeded the high expectations I came in with. The hotel is very well kept and clean, the staff are friendly and extremely helpful, and the location is perfect just by the water. I found myself enjoying the two restaurants for dinner almost every night followed by a walk on the bandstand boardwalk. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Mumbai.

The thing that works best for Land's End is it's brilliant location. Situated literally right at lands end at bandstand, Taj once again proves they are the best when it comes to luxury hotels. A beautiful property with a lovely vibe to it. The food is outstanding with a large variety of options available to suit all tastes. A glorious swimming pool and other amenities make this a perfect place to visit. The service is impeccable with very friendly staff. Rooms are amazing and overall an extremely pleasant experience. Also love the lawn that they have — by some miracle, even in the heart of summer, it's a pretty cool place to hold an event:)

Grandeur of Taj Lands End will make you spell bound. The magnificent architecture is breath taking. It's a scenic beauty giving you a clear view of serene blue ocean is soothing to the eyes and mind. Their round the clock fantastic service leaves a great impression. I recommend this hotel every time you visit Mumbai. You will simply fall in love with this place.

Incredible attention to detail and service — Had a wonderful 3 night stay during a vacation. The service, food, and hotel itself are all top notch. We felt well taken care of from the moment we arrived. The facilities are great — we made good use of the pool and the gym. The room was very comfy, and the bathroom really stole the show, full size bath and separate standing shower all marble finish, and very well lit.

We attended a wedding at Taj Land's End at their sea side lawns. The venue was beautiful, right next to the sea, as the name so obviously suggests. The catering was from the hotel and it was very simple and elegant. After the wedding we toured the hotel and found the interiors quite sophisticated and tasteful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Taj Lands End hotel is situated at a very popular place in Bandra facing the sea. Its a very beautiful view here. The rooms are great, staff is very helpful. So is the price. Its definitely an upscale place to stay. There is also a small pool for you to swim and feel the joy. Overall a very great place.

Stayed here for 3 nights recently and was disappointed when I had to check out. My room had an amazing view of the Arabian Sea. The room was also large and spacious, with all amenities that one could want. Also has one of the best gyms you could find in a hotel. Vista is a fantastic restaurant whether you want to have a buffet lunch or want a late night bite, since it's open 24 hours. All of the hotel staff that I interacted with was also very friendly, courteous, and helping.

An amazing hotel with great facilities… great pool for kids, extra large gym, fabulous Indian food at Masala craft, lovely coffee shop and best of best is Nomad for after works drinks… we missed having a meal at the signature Chinese Restaurant… must not miss is the welcome from associates of the hotel who follow traditional Indian welcome and their best wishes makes up for emote stay… a must not miss place in Mumbai…

Awesome experience. Ultimate luxury in almost every aspect. Our room got upgraded to a luxury suite free of cost and they had complimentary cake and decoration for us as it was our wedding night! One small thing, Jacuzzi was not as clean as I'd expect. Rest everything was far exceeding any standards!

Great rooms with sea views or alternatively to the Great Bridge of Bombay.

I recently visited this hotel to attend an education fair. The excellent and the Majestic view of Taj Lands End very easily attract anyone at the First Sight. Very detailed attention is given to the infrastructure of the hotel. Even though I was not a guest staying at the Hotel. I got a very warm welcome at the security check and at all the entrances. Right now I cannot comment on the rooms and food. But I hope that will be outstanding too.

Taj Lands End is a beautiful property. From the time you enter, you know it is a Taj property, it’s warmth, the ambience, the staff just makes you comfortable and you know that you will be taken care in the Taj style. Every area of the property is beautiful and it designed in an exquisite way. It is one of awesome Chinese restaurant. A must visit.

An older hotel in Mumbai at a really beautiful location. Land’s End may not be as famous as Taj in Colaba but it’s still worth visiting. However if you’re looking for luxury, a lot of this hotel needs to be updated in a big way (there are lot nicer maintained newer ones). The security is really strict here, which on the plus side can make you feel very safe. On the minus side, they’re really touchy with anyone even having a camera or taking photos in the hotel, which I find kind of unacceptable.

The ultimate zenith of a 5-star hospitality. The location is in a prime spot near the sea and beside some of the poshest colonies in Bandra. The service is top notch, no complaints there either. The infrastructure is nothing but superb with a lot of celebrities coming in for gym, some evening time chill or pool side fun.

I visited Ming Yang in Taj Lands end. The food there was great! The ambience even better. Taj lands end is a great hotel for fine dining restaurants and cafés. I am a frequent visitor. Taj lands end is located in a very prime area which makes the experience of visiting even more enjoyable.

Visited Ming Yang restaurant, however from the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted by the angelic harmonies being channeled through a grand piano, picturesque layout of the waiting area really makes time for when waiting for your ride. The actual restaurant itself had a beautiful minimalistic design with one massive dragon sculpture seeing the tone for the food. There are about 19 types of tea I strongly recommend one should try throughout their meal. The serving quantities are comparitively generous and the drinks are insanely well made. All in all, the only thing that night upset you, if at all, would be the other guests. Perfect place for semi formal business dinner. All in all 5 stars.

Superlative quality standards.

This is about the 8th time I've stayed here and each time the standards lower. At 2:30 in the morning I had to wait for 15 mins to check in and was given the worst room so far. Smelly with a super hard bed. Finally got to bed at 3 when the phone rang only to find that I couldn't pick it up as it was broken. Once it stopped I closed my eyes to sleep and just as I drifted off the same thing happened. I found another phone in the room to stop it, and then called reception to complain and ask them to stop calling and put me in do not disturb til 9 with a wake up call. At 6am (less than 3 hours later) An alarm went off with a persistent tone which I finally realised was my phone again. I couldn't stop it and eventually it stopped. Back to bed. 5 minutes later the same thing. I was furious and used the bathroom call to speak to reception telling them if this happened again I wanted to speak to the manager and a new room. Back to bed. 2 mins later the manager called me to discuss. I explained I hadn't wanted this, only if it happened again! Absolutely furious and exhausted I went back to bed and couldn't sleep properly for a long time. At 8am woken this time by the very very loud noise of someone's shower. I don't know what to say — I am here for over 2 weeks and can't deal with this again. Let's see what the manager says this morning.

It's a classic five star in Mumbai. The restaurant is alright but nothing special. Then again I usually prefer street food. But it's a great place to relax away from the noise of the city.

Located near the bandra fort this hotel offers great views of the Worli sea link. The food and amenities are very good which makes the stay enjoyable and comfortable.

A must if you visit here is to have the sea side view. It's absolutely beautiful and the services provided are among the best offered in Mumbai.

I came here for my honeymoon and it was a fabulous experience at the Taj Land's End. Located at possibly one of best suburbs in Mumbai, the moonlit Sea View from the rooms is the icing on the cake. The room comfort is good, however the automatic room air conditioning always ensures the room is too chilled for comfort when you are outside. The bathroom facilities are also good. The service is a tad slow at times, but the staff is very courteous. The breakfast spread is lavish with a large section devoted towards healthy food. The food at Min Yang and Masalabay is excellent, while the 24 hour dining at Vista is alright. I would highly recommend this hotel for those looking for a great romantic stay in Mumbai.

This is the luxury of Taj blended with the efficiency of a Taj Business Hotel. Absolute bliss. The views from the rooms are amazing. The hotel itself is very beautiful. The pool is excellent. The staff actually tries to ensure that you are having a good time. The room that I was given had a clear sea view and we could see sun set every evening. The breakfast is one of the most elaborate lay out I have ever seen.

Very expensive hotel, very grand, but soon lets you down. Car from the airport is $80, Wi-Fi is terrible and always dropping out, prices are to be expected I suppose as they're trying to be a prestige hotel but what you get at the other end is very average. I'd save your dollars and go somewhere with a bit more character that will probably have the same or better services.

I didnt mind paying extra for breakfast and Wi-Fi, but after paying nearly $250 for a single night's stay. You expect the same amenities that you receive in a cheap $30 a night motel. Whats more, these 'options' are tucked away in obscure sections of the taj website and only in the fine print, you are told that these options are not available. Other things like inadequate number of bath robes, slippers exist as well. All this can be forgiven in a cheap motel, but not in a '5 star luxury' hotel.
