All rooms are having valley view… great food taste… great service.

A descent hotel to spend some quality time with your near and dear ones. View from the rooms are towards the valley and scenic. Food quality was good with pocket friendly prices. Service was very good and staff was very helpful. We visited this hotel for this weekend and experience here was wonderful. Thank you Mr. Abhijit for tremendous hospitality. We would like to come again in the near future.

The view from rooms is amazing no doubt, but location from main road or more specific road from mapro garden to hormoney palace is not at all good. Its not walkable distance, so everytym u hav to take your car out, cars which dont have groud clearnace would have more issue. parking car was again big task. No Wi-Fi range in rooms, neither your phones data network work, you have to go to balcony for that. overall my exepreience was not good as I expected Breackfast was just ok, only two option available nd not that tasty at all, lack of hospitality service. I think due to new paint or construction rooms floor was not clean, we have ask to clean again but not much differnce. Need to improve services.

Hotel has a very beautiful View from the balcony. Staffs are very supportive. Had a very awesome time staying in the hotel. Food is Awesome. Value for money. Best experience.

Only 2 positves for the hotel: Great polite staff and awesome balcony view. The hotel is damn inside from the main road. If you're without a vehicle, you're not going to enjoy the walk towards the hotel. Wifi network wouldn't reach your room, either stand at the door for Wi-Fi or in the balcony for phone network. Hot water is only available from 6 AM to 9 AM. After roaming whole day, you come to your room and the water is freezing cold. They'll provide you hot water in a bucket if required.

Hotel location is great and the balcony view is just awesome… can't get a better view than this. I liked the Hotel but there are some issues where time tuning is required by the staff. Limited options for food. We ordered for a particular dish at 8.30 pm … it was not available the reason was Chef not available. The food is not covered when they get it in the room … so it becomes cold at times. There are some points to be noted:- There is no breakfast spread rather its a limited option. … u can order only one item one plate per person as a complimentary breakfast… There was a miscalculation of the bill while checkout I checked the bill and I found there was a difference of Rs 250 which I sat down and corrected … I remembered my orders so I saved my Rs 250 … usually we do not do it during checkout … we just pay n leave … so please check ur bills during checkout… Ask for a day to day bill …

Clean tidy rooms with great balcony view. Falls short in terms of hospitality and food quality. Most of the staff is polite but inexperienced whereas a few are outright rude. The place lacks the ambience which is always expected in a hill station resort. The terrace has been transformed into a make shift dining room, completely ruining your mood and eventually your appetite. Even the food served is far from professional. Since clean rooms and a decent balcony view can be found in most of the resorts here, you'd probably want to skip this one if you truly wish to enjoy your trip.

Good view, good food, good service. The entrance is under construction so driving and parking is little riskier.

Romantic lovely place… NIC view from balcony… No need to go any where … just smell the fresh air… and feel the peace…

The place has a beautiful view. Only non ac rooms are provided for now. Rooms are quite clean and spacious. Food is good, but menu is limited and tandoor menu items were not available even though they were mentioned. The place is still being developed so lot of construction dust on the ground floor. Room service is available. They don't have much parking but you can park in misty hills next door. Very close to mapro garden. The staff is very friendly.

Great food, view and spacious rooms. Hotel staff is also very good. Best part is the calmness around this place. No AC needed, believe me. The valley scene is epic from the rooms.

Stayed of 5 days. The hotel has a fantastic view. The staff were extremely cordial and helpful. The best part of the hotel is their honesty in returning an excess amount over charged by them through oversight. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Mahableshwar. Worst experience in all sort. Hospitality and customer service was null. They treat you as if they give you any kind of favour. Too much far from the sightseeing points and no medium of transport and the one which they provide is FRAUD! He will fool you in terms of timings so be aware. 2.5k per day they charge you on weekends and that also for stay only whereas you get plenty of hotels with good location for 2k with all meal included. Food too much expensive and not even worth. Quantity and quality both lacks. Ive uploaded some pics of the hakka noddles and the coffee which were for 180 and 25₹ respectively. You order for veg n they will serve you nOn veg and vice versa. Overall not at all worth place to stay. You get plenty of hotels there wth just rooms to sty for just 1k per day. And also with easy accessibility to market and sightseeing. Thumbs down to Harmony Palace, Mahabaleshwar.
