Nice place, service is good. Maintained properly… rooms are also good with a facilities… surrounding area is best. Variety food available.

I just loved the place. I agree there's a lot of mustiness in the air, in the rooms but I think it is also the cold and wet climate that adds to the essence. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The food option is not very great. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Good rooms. Huge property. Just 200meters away from Mahabaleshwar market. Food is average but not bad. Staff is polite and helpful.

Beautiful heritage style property. Awesome food and people. Very close to the market. Kids can have lot of fun as there are multiple facilities for them like kid zone, indoor play area, a pool and a huge green patch to run around.

Very nice hotel with well courteous service. Highly recommend this hotel for staying in Mahabaleshwar. Location is superb, just half km (or may be less than that) from main market.

Lovely heritage hotel. Well maintained by Citrus group. Food is awesome. Staff is very polite. Location is bang next to the main market. But still there is isolation from the traffic and disturbances, owing to the woods surrounding the property.

One of the better hotels in Mahabaleshwar, we went to inquired for rooms during the peak season of summer. Based on my experience, here is what I can tell you: The property is huge and green. The staff at the reception was moderately polite. Expect tariffs to be high during the summer. The rooms that we saw seemed a bit worn out. If cosy and luxurious rooms is your priority, I'd suggest you look elsewhere.

It's one of the best hotels in Mahabaleahwar as far as luxury is concerned. Good food, Good people, Very good atmosphere. We loved it. If course it's little bit costlier than others but it's worth paying extra Money.

Clean beautiful place with a large garden and play area for children. A very nice Sai Baba temple. Good food and courteous staff. Rooms are big and comfortable. Rooms require more maintenance. Excellent location. Will visit again.

Really nice property and staff was also very good. 4 ratings only because of one desk representative who wasn't that good, other wise overall experience was wonderful. Very good place for Kids to enjoy in the Kid zine, swimming pool. Buffet breakfast was really good with lot of variety.

A wonderful place with best of the amenities. Excellent service. Very close to the market. Ample parking. Over all a wonderful place to stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights. All the sites displayed this to be full, but to out surprise it was almost empty. So don't believe the booking status shown online. Room size is pretty small. We tried food, it did not taste that great. I tried swimming pool but was shocked to see that tiles of swimming pool were broken, I found that very risky, someone could easily get hurt in foot. I tried the spa, I was charged with 5 different taxes. I wonder why govt introduced GST. On asking explanation the staff had no answer. So it was simply loot. Based on my experience I would not recommend.

No words to describe my experience here. Was absolutely magical felt so close to nature as the forest was right outside my window and the rooms are so well furnished a very typical Colonial British charm to this property. And the service of the staff was highly commendable. A few names like Bhrahma from the restaurant are worth mentioning. This place is simply fantastic for couples and families to enjoy a quiet time in Mahabaleshwar.

Hotel cancelled my confirmed booking without any intimation to me. Apparently the hotel overbooked, and conveniently forgot to inform me that they were cancelling my reservation. As a result, I ended up driving from Mumbai all the way to Mahabaleshwar with a 5 month old infant, only to realise that I had no place to stay! Mr Rohan Bhatt and Mr Chittaranjan Das at the front desk were absolutely not bothered as to where I would take my family in the cold December evening. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend to anyone. Lousy customer service!

We were there for Christmas weekend with the booking of 18 rooms. There was no hygiene maintenance while cleaning the rooms and bathrooms. Hot water in bathrooms was not available inspire of complaining multiple times. 2 stars only for the courteous staff and delicious food.

Property is very nicely nestled in a semi forest type place. Very quiet place — nice getaway from crowds and yet very next to Mahableshwar town. Courteous staff (though hotel manager can be more friendly) & nice food as well. The property is a bit old though and can do with renovation.

According to me its the best resort of mahabaleshwar. Very good and friendly staff. I also got an free upgaradation to uite room.

It's a nice cozy place, complimentary breakfast and high tea was good. Staff is very courteous and polite. Things I didn't like was that the swimming pool wasn't clean to use and when I asked for the password they said they would be giving in sometime but gave us 2hrs before the checkout. Also there was absolutely no cell reception in the rooms. Only after coming out were we able to get any reception.

Ambience is so silent and sometimes scary. Avoid weekdays. No nature view from rooms. Scenic within hotel was good. Food was good. Room service needs to improve. Wi-Fi — Got connected after 1hrs of check in. Disconnected before 2hrs of check out. Money — Overpriced.

Excellent hotel and lovely surroundings, very courteous staff, good food, overall one of the best hotels of mahableshwar.

Vintage environment… Lot of silence… Surrounded by greenery… In the middle of the forest… Helpful staff… All basic amenities.

Never check in on Tuesday as there is a street market abutting this hotel which shall bar u from getting ur vehicle inside. U will have to walk a lot to come. Thats torture. After market effects are of garbage collection and hygiene issues. Secondly, there is no bar license. So u cannot have the leisure of having a beer by the pool or the restaurant either. Most importantly there is NIL view of the nature from any of the rooms… and there is a rotten smell of garbage in the hotel premises. I suggest no one shud check in here for there are better alternatives. When there is no view of nature from any part of the hotel. The whole purpose of spending 20 thousand for two nights is defeated. Please see the litter around the hotel. Post Tuesday market. I was stuck inside the hotel till 1830 h. No moving in and out till that time. Whole day wasted.

Wonderful stay. Food was delicious. Very friendly staff. Rooms are little congested. And maintenance is required for pool area. Few tiles were broken inside the pool and changing room also need to be improved but otherwise very nice resort. Loved the stay there. Kids play area is really nice. Outdoor sitting area is also very scenic.

Best experience of hotel. Good or excellent food. Loved it. Excellent service by staff. Need few activities in hotel. It gets boring at night after dinner.
