Wonderful place, its extremely quiet and definitely lives up to its name. Staff is extremely co-operative. The rates are good too. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet is available. Rooms are in good condition. AC maintenance could have been done before. However on reporting the problem the ac was serviced/repaired within 2 hours. Swimming pool was not functioning for one day as it was under maintenance. You can book a room for 2 with complimentary breakfast or take the entire package which includes bf+lunch+dinner and is charged per head, per day. Completely satisfied by the resort and will surely comeback to this place again.

Serenity… Resembles place. Well maintained lawn. Corridor. Fountain. Quite affordable property. Not so fluctuating cost… Very helpful staff. Proximity to tungarli lake. Dam. Good restaurant. Game area with carrom, table tennis. Badminton.

Nice Hotel for stay in Lonawala. But it little bit far from city centre. Breakfast was Good. Great & Helpful staff.

The property is really good. Breakfast and other food was awesome. Housekeeping is very slow. Phone in my room was not working so I told them in the morning and reminded thrice but it got changed at 7.30 pm. People sitting at reception (the one with beard) is too irresponsible and rude. Someone stole my new umbrella at canteen, when I complained about it he answered and made excuses like I m faking.

Nice resort. Best to book through net than booking in person as the price difference is considerable…

This resort is good. You can fully enjoy your trip if you are visiting lonavala. The rooms are good. You can also enjoy in the swimming pool. Well maintained. Good ambience. There is a small game zone also. You can have dining also but with extra charges. Parking available.

The service and the rooms were gr8… Will like to mention the food… I enjoyed it a lot even better than some good restaurant's in Pune (not naming them). The only thing missing is a good length swimming pool and Also a big ground, If you are coming in a group of more than 6. Overall stay was good.

Please avoid this property for your Lonavala stay if you can. My family had a tough time during their stay at the resort. The staff is extremely unfriendly and rude. The restaurant was so stinky that no-one could even enter it during the lunch time. Room service staff is very casual and unprofessional. Rooms are not well maintained and toilets are in bad condition. I think the owners and management is least bothered about the guest's priorities and hospitality.

1. Room — rooms were clean but mattresses and covers were unclean. Sofa had all dirt marks on it. 2. Food is okay. Breakfast is nice. They did jot. Have tandoor working while we were there. 3. Overall as a family outing spot this resort is nice and a go to. For couples is advisable that you do not prefer this as voice is completely heard through few rooms,

Hotel Maintenance: Good Hotel Staff: Friendly and Cooperative. But they do delay in room servicing though. Best Experience: Its a pet friendly hotel. The hotel owners have their own dog (Prince) who stays their most of the time and is very friendly and beautiful. The owner of the hotel even suggested us some pretty morning walk and evening walk areas near the hotel and I must say, itwas quite an adventurous walk Environment: Soothing, Peaceful, Serene Overall Experience: Amazing. This trip will always be etched into my mind. Will visit again for sure!

It is a quaint place and suitable for families and large groups, the facilities are descent and food is OK, on can treat it as a budget weekend get away at. Lonavala if u live in Pune or Lonavala.

Situated off tungarli road, this decent property comes with individual car parking in every bunglow (3bhk) with a terrace at the top. Swimming pool is ok in size. Property is meant only for stay with a nice view of a hill behind it. This is preferred mainly in monsoon to enjoy mist in Lonavla.

I have visited this place twice as my friends company conference was there. Its quit good for small group conference.

Good place to stay for a weekend.! iggest advantage is that this is located at Lonavala. There could be better places at better packages in Lonavala or Khandala. Dining area is small. Food quality is average.

This is hardly a resort but more like a small family run hotel. The rooms are small with no scope for an additional bed. Mattresses were as hard as a rock so sleep quality was very poor here. Other annoying thing was they don't have a designated smoking zone and other guests were smoking literally anywhere they wanted causing inconvenience to non smokers. Breakfast here is best avoided. We tried snacks in the evening from their menu which were served hot and were delicious. Wonder why they don't put the same efforts into the breakfast. Room service is provided but you will have to give them a couple of reminders before it is served to you. They have ample parking space and even rent out their property for pre wedding shoots.

Good! It's peaceful and good but can improve on the amenities they have listed about, They have to clean the pool the pool was full of insects.

I was stay there. My experience was awesome. Nice service, good food quality. I always recommend this resort.

Don't have high expectations. Small rooms, uncomfortable bed and a decent bathroom. No value for money. Bad room service. Restaurant staff always bring the wrong food and charge u for the food after u open the foil. Rooms will be cleaned and used food plates will be removed only if asked. TV channels have some free english channels and hindi channels.

Its a good weekend spot away for citi rush, they have separate penthouse that can accommodate group of people easily. Food is good and ample parking space.

Good and clean rooms. Simple breakfast facility. Clean rooms. Nice balcony view … Only problem is it is far from Lonavala railway station.

It was good, stuff was good and helpful. Area of hotel is not big yet they managed to build it nicely. Rooms were small.

2.5 km away from lonavala station, highway is more near, climate, ambience is the highlight. Rooms were impeccable, hygiene well maintained, cards also accepted, food was average, service was 8/10.

Nice atmosphere, the resort is located very far away from the city but has good amenities. No nearby restaurant if you wish to eat outside food. The food rate is too high as compared to the quality and quantity. Well maintained hygienic rooms.

Nice place to enjoy your weekend. Complete value for money. Check out times were also flexible, as per our requirement. Nice food. The only point which we did not like was buffet breakfast.

Nice place to relax with family. Resort has open place to stroll. Place is away from the city crowd so quite and calm. Transportation to and fro from city could be issue during odd hours.

The resort is located in a great spot — quiet and easily accessible, the rooms are spacious, and usually neat and clean. Clean bathrooms with bath tubs (depends on the room). There's a medium sized pool, decent Ac hall for corporate speaking and some indoor games. Food is good — buffet style, not a lot of options. Friendly and accommodating staff. Not that it makes much of a difference but, there are no English channels on cable.

Had a good time at this place, location is excellent, facilities are good. I got a good deal here. Don't miss the Jacuzzi… only issue is the Wi-Fi coverage is very poor.

We went to trip from school we had actually occupied most of the cottages. The place and the scenery was good. The device was good but the food at the resort was worse. The foods quality made situation worse. There is a turtle near the the fountain we can have fun we have dj night, swimming pool. Etc…

A very nice and serene place, very close to the highway. The experience of nice cool breeze even in the hot summer was a blessing. Delicious food and well-trained staff. Overall, the stay was amazing. A great place for a nice and quiet family outing.

If you're looking to relax for a weekend with a perfect atmosphere along with elevated standards, you've found your match. Serenity provides a second home feeling unlike any other, we were provided with a luxurious 3 bedroom villa with attached balconies with a garden view that was spacious enough to accommodate 15 adults without feeling claustrophobic. The staff was very kind and helpful, never faced any difficulties and is a sure recommendation to all near and dear ones.

I have stayed with my wife, son and a relative for one day. I found the staff to be very responsive, polite and welcoming. About the facilities the swimming pool is quite small. Rooms are a bit congested for the size of resort. Break fast is okay with items like Dhokla, chole bathura, semia upma, etc, but I would suggest them to include south indian delicacies like Idly, Vada and dosa.

It is good place for romantic couples. Facilities are ok not that great.

Worst room service and never ever think of ordering anything in resort. They take more than 40 min to serve you a empty glass. Very poor response from staff. No deadline and time value. Came today and will never ever come back here.

The hotel looks very beautiful and amazing. But the staff are very rude. The food is disgusting. The pulao we had was smelling. It had no masala and no salt as well. The air conditioner in my room was vibrating and it was not repaired even after multiple requests from us. We slept without the AC. The place is at a very remote location with no connectivity. You have to walk for atleast a km for any auto. The hotel rooms are reallh very small. The pictures in the website are something else. We ordered coffee in the morning and he came with tea. That was really mindblowing. We complained to the manager and the staff but in vain. No body responded. Overall the worst experience I have had in any hotel.

Senenity Resort is an excellent place to enjoy your quality time. Perfect place to get a change. Resort is located with mountains around it which is add on in it's look. Food, service is excellent. Very nice place to get a relaxation.

Good location, very good ambience and peaceful place. Foods are okey. Service is little slow.
