Hi Team,
I had made a booking from EkoStay for Olive Crest Villa through Chaitali on 6th Aug 2023 paying Rs. 21, 000 as tariff.
To start with, I informed Chaitali that there are kids with me however she recommended this property which did not have a kids pool.
The locks/latches of any bathroom and bedroom doors were not functional.
Housekeeping staff, were not helpful and very rude.
There was no electricity supply from morning 4.00 am and we were sleepless for almost the entire night.
We were without fan, lights and AC as there was no backup of the inverter/generator.
I did not like anything about this place.
The most dirty and unprofessional approach experienced ever in my life.
Will not recommend EkoStay to any acquaintance.
I need the return of my exorbitant tariff which I paid for an underrated and filthy property.
In failing so will approach consumer court and will file an RTI of the mental and physical harassment caused by your company.
