Cottages are superb and the location is marvelous. Most of the cottages offer a super blend of luxury and wooden house. The staffs are of well behaved and very pleasing. My rating above food taste will be average. Only disappointment is the adventure park. It's highly over price and all the other major stuff like bungee jumping, 4*4 jeep, bike are highly price. And you need to pay addition charge for it. It's not included in the pass which you buy for the adventure park.

Della Resorts. Tag line is Gen next hospitality. Yes it is really true. I am very impressed. There is adventure park you can do lot's of activities. Ambiance is awesome and staff is really really good and cooperative. It's best place for family week end holidays.

It's an awesome place. Be it ambience, facilities, food or experience, you are surely going to feel out of the world. Della Adventure Park and Training are added excitements. I would recommend it to all who wants a cool place to chill at.

Very good ambience and hospitality. The scenery is really serene. They have 24 hour opening Cafe, adventure park and villas. Very good place to spend time with loved ones, family and corporate events. I enjoyed a lot at Della Resorts.

Amazing experience to visit Della as part of our Annual Offsite. Rides were really great and fun. Special mentions would be Dog walk, zorbing, indoor games, Knockout, etc. But the cherry on the tip is the Deck over the hilly area. Specially after the sun down. Looks across the nearby town lit, has swings and all. Get some booze and chill with your friends over there after an amazing day going through all the rides.

An amazing place to stay with top of the class hospitality. It's located away from the city which makes it a perfect getaway destination. The rooms are luxurious and very well maintained. That staff is super friendly and attend to all your need. The only problem I faced is reaching anyone over the rooms intercom facility. I made several calls to house keeping, reception, pool area, duty manager. But not one was answered.

Had a first lifetime experience with my hubby at Della, though I went on a odd day to the site yet we had enough enjoyable fun filled activities to do. It's advisable for adolescent and youngsters but not much for kids. I wish the price were little more affordable to enjoy it to the fullest. A must visit place at least once in a lifetime. Starting from the Basic A zone till F zone you have various activities to do.

Was here recently to attend a wedding. Rooms were super clean. Service was good. Reception had messed up with bookings though. 2 years back had visited the adventure Park. It's expensive but with every penny. Haven't been to any another Park in Maharashtra with such rides. Adventurous rides need to be safe and secure and that they were.

A very nice an beautiful place so calm so natural. So many adventures to do … Excellent staff, excellent service and more importantly it's not like other 5 star hotels which thrives on show offs. It is actually the one place where you actually feel all the goodness, happiness and luxury all at same time. Must visit … With one small suggestion to Della resorts, you can start the buffet at dinner as after so much of adventure activities and sightseeing it would be a customer delight to find a buffet.

Good views, nice comfortable rooms, easy to locate, swim pool and other sit out areas are good, great for family bonding and tube Time. Breakfast spread is Also good. Host of activities to keep kids busy. Live music on weekends during dining time is awesome.

We visited Della during March 2018 yo celebrate a friend's birthday. I wanted to write this note to personally thank Kamlesh from the front desk for making our trip so memorable. Had often heard it, but this was the first time I got to witness a hospitality like no other. Right from the reception to hosting us throughout our stay, you people were a delight. This trip was special for us as we wanted to celebrate a friends bday and you guys ensured that she remembers it for a lifetime. The location, the activities, the food and most importantly the people are all amazing! Must visit to all and be prepared as I am coming back there very soon.

An upscale location with enough for all age categories! Idyllic location, great restaurants and offers adventure sports too! Great for bonding conferences for Corporates as well as for family outings!

Extreme unlimited adventure activities and attractions were good, thrill and amusement especially to youngsters. Gaming Zone was calm and cool. Restaurants having different cuisines and night club were good having tasty food with different environment and themes. Rooms were neat and clean having adequate amenities and facilities. But the overall services were slow and not up to the standard which is needed to be improved in a professional way. The overall charges were a bit higher side. Decor needed special mention on the eve of New Year.

Wonderful experience! Activities for all ages. My daughter loved walking the dogs and the pony ride. Great property. Upkeep could be improved.

I hope it is not easy to say 'I loved it' its more than that. There was a excellent services and security. In my words I say that its a best, wonderful, osum place to enjoy the vacation.

There are different types of room and we were at adventure rooms (bay faces adventure arena). The rooms were neat and there was no hassle to move across the resort's. The one problem was house keeping, I asked for room toilataries to be changed (they were over) but no one ever came. The adventure sports were good we took daily pass and was worth it. The breakfast was good with good options. Lunch/Dinner was good on two of three days, felt the menu selection was less for lunch/dinner.

Awestruck for the place it was. Went there for an event and damn it's marvelous. The pool side area, the rooms, the facilities took my heart away. At night, it seemed even beautiful. Room service and staff were great. A luxurious resort with the best possible hospitality. Would love being here again and again. Also, the place it is located is awesome in it's own.

Amazing sprawling property, very well maintained. Exquisite rooms with all facilities. Most courteous and helpful staff. Their adventure park is a child's dream. Adults too can enjoy. Bar and restaurant are top class, well stocked and offer a variety of cuisines.

Rooms are lavish, clean and luxurious. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Need to add more veg options in ala cart menu of restaurants.

Fantastic place to spend a couple of days! Great activities that don't take more than a day to complete, for the most part. Superb and comfortable rooms, great view and easy to locate. Cost is a bit on the higher side, so it only makes sense if one is staying at the resort.

Best resort in Lonavala. It has multiple restaurants catering to various customer requirements. It has adventure activities as well. The location is beautiful, scenic! The tent rooms are excellent! Food is good. Hospitality is great!

Great rooms Good food. But. Refused to iron our clothes and asked us to use the iron in the room instead. Excuse given to us was a lie, could easily make it out Irons in the room had a black stuff coming out when we used the steam. I checked this in another friends room too You guys almost ruined it. Sorry you don't even come close to a Taj.

Good place to go with your family they should improve there house keeping cleaning in room.

Excellent is the word which is the closed match to define the beauty of this place. Exotic, romantic, luxurious and what not. It is a great place to go on for a date, though does not fit to your pocket, but a coffee or a hookah lover will definitely set up a a great place. The cafe 24 is open all night. The washroom is very exotic. If you are dating someone or if you are planning to propose then take them here. The food is not that good, but the aroma is so great that you will definitely like everything. It's like entering into some Bollywood movie set, with luxuries all around.

The hotel rooms are amazing and the adventure rides and activities are very thrilling. The staff is very kind. It is a place worth visiting.

Extremely luxurious place. Extremely feature-rich. Huge swimming pool. Great restaurant. Food however is alright but not the best though. They have some adventure sports for the guests like zip lining n zorbing n ATV dirt tracks. There are also carts plying inside the resort so guests could commute inside the resort easily. Suites are absolutely plush n phenomenal.

The haven that is there is phenomenal. Della is something that I cannot believe exists in Lonavala. Well done. It's a tad bit expensive, but the service is 20 times better than any other resort. So overall, a brilliant place, worth every rupee spent and more. Della rocks.

Amazing location and scenic beauty! very well made!

We were here for 1-2 days. The ceiling was leaking, The chair in the room broke And our all 6 rooms the water for bathing and brushing and everything was so dirty.

A perfect weekend gateway! They have expensive rooms but amazing luxury. The adventures part of it is the most best part of it. You can go out there, if you like to adventures a lot.

Good Location with Good Specifications in Rooms. Adventure park also good with quality staff at adventure park but the problem starts with Resort Staff starting from Booking to check in its needs hell lot of improvement just calling you're a 5 Star would not suffice improve your people skills. I would prefer Adventure park on my next visit but would not prefer staying here though the rooms are good but overall experience has been way below five star.

Expensive since u still have to pay the adventure park fees too, its not included in the room. But the hotel is beautiful with 24hrs swimming pool. And awesome food also available 24hrs.!
