Excellent. Rooms. Breakfast.

So I went to the restaurant for the screening of the fifa worldcup final game and the servers were some of the most inattentive people in the world. The food was very generic and nothing appealed me or my friends about the place. We would have rather had homemade food and enjoyed the game back at home.

Excellent place to stay. Close to Tara rani square. The roof top restaurant serves best food.

Went for a family lunch. Non veg menu was excellent. Liked pandhara rassa a lot.

Ambience of restaurant at roof top is descent. Food quality is good but I'll give less marks to quality of chapati they served, it was cold and I asked them twice to bring hot chapati but again they served a cold one. Service is good and they will always greet you with happy face.

Good food quality. Staff is caring. A few glitches are there in the service but are acceptable. Ambience is nice. Haven't stayed over there. Nonveg and veg section if possible should be separated. That's just an advise. Overall it's good hotel. May visit again to taste their various dishes and food festivals.

Tasty & Quality Food. Went to K Tree for Biryani & kebab feast. Enjoyed a lot @ Terrace Venue. Ambiance is good. Food quality is nice. Service is also prompt. Definitely recomandable.

No good hotel at all. Guys don't waste your money here. It's lol in all front. The basic facility like hot water not there, then what else you can expect. There are better options for hotels to stay at Kolhapur…

We stayed in the suite. It was value for money. No mini fridge in the room. Microwave and tea coffee maker is there. Maharashtra express restaurant has great food. One of the great hotel to stay in Kolhapur.

A friend of mine suggested that we should check this Hotel out. So we decided to have dinner. I am the non-veg guy and I would say the chicken was good. The dish you ordered doesn't taste like what the waiter mentioned? No worries, they will take it back and fix their mistake. The service was excellent, no complaints at all.

They give THE best food. Just the con being the prices. You will notice a bit more pricing, but you won't be disappointed about the food for sure!

Well, Hotel K-Tree is very Famous hotel cause its Luxurious rooms. Its a 3 star hotel with Bar. And here celebrity is also come and go. And it has special rooms for events.

Small but nice hotel. Neat and clean air conditioned and tastefully furnished rooms. Good services and a decent restaurant. They also have a bar in the hotel.

Poor service. In restaurant and in room. Rooms stinking, AC not working properly, and the desk has no clue about how to correct this. Over 2 days stay, I noticed that the staff in hotel tried their best to offer service, after some follow-up. Hope the management sets up systems and processes to set right. And visit hotel frequently to check and interact with customers.

It is a very nice clean hotel to stay in this part of town and has decent eateries around the hotel. The staff and management is good and courteous.

Need improvements in breakfast quality. I book deluxe room for 3 days. Hotel not give me basic things like toothbrush shampoo tea maker. For every time I request to manager for this. Otherwise everything is very good.
