Pathetic restaurant service. The managers and waiters serve as if they are doing a favour on you… Only veg restaurant.

Very close to Imagica and a decent place to sleep. They have a restaurant that serves really amazing Indian food. Try Dal fry and dal khichdi here. Rooms are okay. Can be a little cleaner though.

Perfect place for a family outings as well as friends. Food is exceptionally good. Value for money. Shall be booked to visit nearby places like lonavala.

The hotel is an important landmark near Imagica offering great food for travellers along the Highway. The staff is extremely courteous and polite. We were warmly greeted despite reaching there late at night, offered menu suggestions, and treated to some delicious food. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling this way.

This warm and welcoming hotel was dream. Large comfortable room with all of the amenities. Nice hygienic place for lunch.

Full cheating hotel. We booked a family room charged RS. 15926/ — (for 3 nights) and they gave us a double room with extra beds for same cost which actual costs less than 10000/-. On sight it's written bath tub, twin beds, elevator, break fast compliment but not available here. Room service is extreme. Charged 42/ — for a single tea which we can have in their hotel itself for just 20/-. They claim that their policies change for each web bookings. Really very bad experience. Not preferred for any one. Will suit case for our experience for sure.

The proximity of the hotel to Imagica and the price were not the only deciding factors for this rating. After an initial misunderstanding regarding the booking via hotel aggregator, I was upset. However the way the staff and management handled the situation was commendable. Honestly I did not expect the solution to be so sweet. I must say that local hotels are stepping up and learning the trick. This experience has changed my outlook towards local hotels. Big thumbs up to Harshali Park Staff and Management! Btw, the hotel has an amazing restaurant as well which serves good quality tasty food. The service again is very good.

Firstly accommodation facility is very good. I am regular visitor to imagica but I have not seen such place in this area. Secondly Food is very awesome. I had manchurian and it was very tasty you should try at least once if you visit this place.

The room were spacious, it was neat and clean. There is no single point of error and no other such good place to stay when you visit Imagica. Don't forget to go for food, try Harshal Special veg dish, Pav Bhaji and buttermilk. The food is so tasty and healthy. One must visit restaurant.

Newly constructed, very clean and well decorated Hotel on Khopli Pali Road opposite to Imagica. Food is good and vast choice in menu.

The experience was short but good. It's quit visible when you drive, I like the ambience it's well lit and clean that's most important thing. Staff was good. Food was good. Ample of space for parking. Over all experience I can say it was good.
