After completing one night and morning Pros Very Near to Dmart. Neat and clean room Room offered to me was good spacious Street food and other food easily available outside hotel Cons No hotwater. Absolutely no water kn hotwater tap. After opening tap, no water coming. Breakfast provided is upma and chai. With toast Lift not working Pillow covers were not washed (seems to be. Hair was there) Evening hotwater availavle on request in bucket (as per information provided. Didnt try) No restaurent. Getting food from outside. No ceiling fan No ac remote Bed is coir+foam type (comfirtable). NOT SPRING TYPE Booked hotel for 5 days. But checkout after first night. Fabhotel rep told, will charge one more day. Need to tell 24hr in advance. Hence checkout on 19th aug. Instead of 18th.

The room which was given to me was opening without any key. When I asked they changed it. But there, the water tap was not working. And hot water was also not available. The room was fine but the services were not good. Telephone was broke. Disappointed with the services though the garden was good.

Rooms are not very good. Washrooms are old and even the rooms and furniture is old. But a fine hotel to stay for 2 nights. :)

In short worst possible option to stay. Your disappointment will start from smelly reception to realy old and slow lift to cheap room to non functional flush in bathroom to cheap TV to bhayanak sound wala AC to tasteless breakfast (only two option is available old bread and upma without salt and taste). Also nobody stays here it is like a old haweli.

Room service was bad, AC was really not working properly and very old one also that is window AC. Hot water is not provided as well as bathroom hanger were broken. Fan is not there in the room. Breakfast is really a pathetic one. TV is very old like 90's. It is very expensive hotel but not satisfied with the single service. Not recommend to stay there at all.

This is ever worst hotel in whole Pune city… the staff is very arrogant and they blame customers for everything. We were checked in hotel on 22.07.2018 in the mid night, the staff insisted us to pay the balance amount and we paid in cash Rs 2500/ — that night and checked in… they have not given any reciept and said that it will get adjusted in the final bill… the very next day, the staff denying us to confirm Rs 2500/ —, saying we gave him Rs 200/ — note and not Rs 2000 note… after watching the CC TV footage, they confirmed that we paid rs 2500/-… This act of hotel staff was very cheap and made us annoyed. The lift is not working and we were given 6th floor…

It's really very bad. They offer ac room where ac is not working! and on top of it fan switch and regulator were faulty. Hotel management must know how to maintain hygiene. Stinking toilets was the worst part.

Currently staying in this hotel it is good but has the room ac leaks like Mumbai rain. Rude service staff. Weirdos rule the management. Lifts r century old. Most of the staff are clueless of their existence but so far so good.

Great service and affordable prices. Though there were a few issues we faced with the taps, and the ac, they were attended to promptly. Great option in this area.

Rooms are very good. But there is no room service. Also there is no restaurant inside the hotel. You have to order food from outside.

It's very good looking hotel from outside, ample parking space, on the highway and very good staff response. The interior is very old, rooms are awful, smells sometimes, no hot water, air conditioning units are from 90s probably or olderthan that. Plug points weren't working. Bathroom is good but very old. Renovation was going on during my visit, hope they do work on interiors.

Booked dekux room, but didn't get the one booked, had water problem with tiolet, called the reception for the same but they neglected. Hotel should at least provide the stuff as per the money paid. Management should sort out matters and try to provide proper service to customers.

Nice big rooms. Maintance Needs to improve. AC not cooling, fridge not working, main lift out of order, complimentry breakfast is passable.

Stayed in October 2017 for 2 days but couldn't post the review hence posting it now. Had bad experience, rooms are not good as shown in photos. Lift was not working, nobody was picking phone at reception in the early morning, staff ppl were sleeping on the sofa but they couldn't hear phone ringing. Hot water facility doesn't start before 9… even though they claim it starts at 7. I kept on complaining but no improvement at all. Totally bad service, not worth for the money they charge.

Behaviour of staff was good, however, a bit neglecting. I ordered a tea in the morning they said they will send it, then I ordered water bottle and cold drink as well in the evening which was not provided. No callbacks or service was provided on orders. Hot water 7 — 10 am only. Late night no water. You switch on charging plug lights switches on as well. Cost cutting. Not a very soothing experience.

It was a awesome and peaceful place to stay at fabhotel suryakiran. All the staff and sumedh sir very cooperative with their guest. Breakfasts is very good. And very thankful to staff. The standard of room is very great…

Hotel is nice and located good location But can be improved with services Food is not available in hotel it has to order from outside Bathroom are not up to mark Room which I stayed water was coming very slow.

I have booked for 1 night and a very bad experiences. For dinner at 9 PM they told not available, details for outsider also not given so I need to go outside for dinner. Then told to wake at 7 AM and serve tea, not served nor gave wakeup call. Then asked for tea, it was worst like prepared 2-3 hours before and served. Then again called for fresh tea that was also like same. I am not recommending hotel for very very very poor service. I need to take leave from work because of this 7 star service. There is bed tea but in this hotel it is bad tea.

The worst nightmare. Horror hotel. Rooms are good but hotel itself is a horror. Total empty and staff sleeps at night taking bathing towel as rug.

Hotel rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Room looks beautiful. Queen size bed. All other basic facilities available. Not much options in breakfast though. All in all, value for Money.

This is the worst hotel experience in my lifetime. No hot water in Suite Room also. No service on time. No cleaning of bathrooms for 3 days. Booked the hotel from GoIbibo and I got this hotel from Fabhotels. No platform or hotel solved the issues in 36 hours of my stay. I didn't inform anyone for one day as I thought there may be one day problem with the hot water and service. But it persisted for the second day too. Then I informed GoIbibo and Fabhotels too. Both did not able to solve the problem and didn't even compensated anything and told these are our terms and conditions … worst experience Ever. Think two times before book this hotel. Thanks.

Good hotel, good staff, Fast service. Good interior. But no food facility.

I can say that it's OK. Lots of improvement needed.

Rooms are not cleaned properly, renovation work going on, toilets are old system, restaurant is not fully functional, internet is on and off, room service is not good.

Rooms are very big and spacious. Very limited hot water. TV with no channels as Hotel couldn't afford the cable recharge. No cleanliness in the rooms (dirty bed sheets, dirty pillows and dirty rugs). Washrooms are very big, but are not well maintained. They randomly stop the water supply sometimes. Surroundings and ambience is very good and cold weather. All shopping centers are nearby only. Their own restaurant is not in service, so they only serve morning breakfast. Staff is not that much cooperative.
