What makes this hotel stand out from the rest is the staff. Unbelievable customer service, from the housekeeping to the restaurant staff. Attentive, always smiling, and always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay a pleasant one.

I always love to go for Lunch or Dinner. The basic reason is, there are many options available for you, veg and nonveg. Desert also have variety. Place is good, lunch and dinner Hall is very nice. Service is prompt and fast responsive. Location of hotel is in the industrial area hence there is no much beautiful surrounding.

Stay is comfortable, staff is very polite and helpful. Facilty could have improved to next level rooms are large bathroom is spacious with all the amenities. Out side sitting area in near lobby n restaurant is great place to spend time. Game area is nice place to spend as time. Restaurant is large n offering varieties of food with freshly prepared dishes. Bar stock is also good.

Visited the hotel for a seminar. The facilities provided were really nice and worth appreciating. Service was great, food was also very tasty. Facilities / games etc kept in the lobby were used by many guests and was much appreciated. Only question in my mind was, why is the entry and exit from the main road is in the opposite direction? Normally one enters from the left, but here, you have to enter from the right side and there is no such board at the entrance. Also, the parking place is far away from the main entrance to the lobby. All the staff is very polite though and very helpful also.

Good hotel located in the middle of the industrial area of Chakhan, Pune. Excellent buffet at breakfast and dinner, for those who love indian cuisine. The room is well maintained, even if a gap is seen in the change of towels. Excellent Wi-Fi. The staff are always good to go and stuff. Hard to find better in the area.

Overall from spa services to food, food to accomodation my experience was amazing with Courtyard with Marriot, Chakan.

Best star hotel in MIDC chakan area. Good buffet options and not too expensive. Place has lot of parking lots available and not much crowded.

There is no point in giving a review for such a name. This time however they made a blunder because the tags of non veg soup and veg soup were mistakenly swapped and my friend had a big issue due to that. When asked the reaction was quite normal. At this level for a buffet plate of INR 1, 000 plus taxes, you don't expect this mistake at all. Rest there is no point in defining anything about this brand, it's self explanatory. Rated 3 purely because of veg and non veg fiasco. Else 4 by all means.

It was almost time up for the breakfast slot but the staff was so goooodddddd, they kept it open for us till we finished our food which is unlike other places, where they ask people to just place an order. The whole buffet was working so we could eat.

The lunch and dinner buffets were just a mad mad treat for 2 foodie people, they will serve you every bit of variety, in the best way.
The rooms are so darn spacious, clean, well kept and comfortable. I have stayed at various other 5 stars but I found their service to be the best of all. It is only because they don't treat you as customers, but as family.
Also, the hotel being pet friendly, we made such cute puppy friends.
Got back home with an amazing experience!
A normal weekend get away rather turned to an extremely relaxing stay where we got back with so many memories and friends!

We stayed in this Marriott property in Chakan, Pune, India for three nights. Though the property is about 36 kms from Pune Airport, its location away from the hustle and bustle of the Pune City was the reason that we chose to stay. We have been promptly picked up at the airport by the drivers from the hotel, a sign of efficiency and what to come from the hospitality staffs of this property. Though the drive was long (no fault of the drivers who were tackling the most hap-hazardous and nightmarish traffic of Pune), I would say it is worth it. The ambiance of the lobby is simple yet elegant. The front desk staffs are courteous and made us feel welcome into their property. Though we reached the hotel fairly late in the evening around 11 PM, the restaurant was open and we had a simple salad and pasta dinner, cooked to perfection (Thanks Chef). We occupied two adjacent rooms (one a suite and the other a regular room) ; the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable. The cappuccino machine in one of the rooms provided an added touch. The breakfast at the MoMo restaurant was sumptuous (it has a combination of Southern, Northern and Western Indian dishes, Korean/Japanese, Continental and American style breakfast spread) and the service at the table was perfect. The Chef's personal inquiry as to our needs added a great hospitality touch (Thanks again Chef).

For a Marriott it's a disgrace More than anything else their air conditioner has been restricted by the management at 25 which to me is a cheap cost cutting method at the expense of their customers satisfaction For someone that has a reputation at service And Elegance… These guys ruin it. Swimming pools not weather controlled nor indoor so it's very cold normally No good restaurants near by, nothing great to do in the hotel. If u Ask me I would suggest find another property.

The only option around to meet 4/5 star hotel requirements. Property is nice and big. Rooms are spacious. Staff are very polite. Just that they are new hence might find things moving slightly slow. Suits are so big and spacious.

Decided to stay at courtyard marriott pune for the weekend… took the suite… it was opulent and beautiful… the staff takes special care to make your stay comfortable… right from the booking by Ms. Dhruti to the restaurant manager who took time to ask us everyday if we needed anything, he also offered to pack some sandwiches for our return journey. Chef Kumar also took special care to see to it that the food was to our expectations… in short hospitality at its best!

This is a fine establishment in the industrial hub of Chakan. It is in reasonable distance from all of the factories in Chakan. The rooms are well maintained and give you a terrific ambience. Food and service is fast, rapid and meets the customer satisfaction.

Comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast. Ordinary food in banquets. Terrible service of belldesk. 35 minutes to collect bags from room. Beware if you have a flight to catch. Location is terrible if you do not have work in the vicinity. All night traffic jams around hotel.

Good location if you are visiting Chakan area. I think the only USP of this hotel is location for visitors of Chakan area. I think the only reason it is doing business is because of its location. Apart from location, everything else is pretty ordinary. It is NOT upto the expectation of a Marriott brand! The in room service is pathetic. They took 2 hours to execute a food order. Also the food taste and quality sucks!

I am in love with this place, we were here with my friends n families for the holi celebration staying at the Marriott with 4 rooms. I just don't have words left to express my thanks, the staff here is excellent and they ensure that your stay is memorable one. Lemme start from the gentleman who check your car, pandurang the security person, James n the front office team, then Akshay, Vikas (always smiling n ready to help), chefs especially the chef who was at the juice section. Gunisha Gupta. NARESH who made my room, the service guy at the pool side. The managers especially at restaurant ND the front office. We extend to all of you a heartfelt thanks and making our stay a memorable one. The holi celebration was awesome and this was the best. Once again we luv your awesome service and extended arm to help and you have won our heart's. We are your ambassadors for future to ensure coming back and getting our friends and relatives back.
