Construction ongoing… dirt everywhere… 3stars only for tasty veg pakodas. You can't walk out of that place on your own during rains… no road… mud everywhere…

The building is completely under construction, but rooms are good, don't expect any wonderful views from the given rooms all are still in construction. Even parking is also not proper.

It's under construction but the rooms are quite good as they are newly constructed. Location wise I have nothing to say as not a frequent traveller of Pune but if u have a car, it gets easier.

Was not completely constructed and they never mentioned that on website. The AC didnt work so they switched our room but then they gave us a twin bed joined room instead of a double bed. Food was pathetic, had to order from zomato and throw the one they gave. Very small rooms and the TV also had to be tapped to make it work.

Its very nice and peaceful place in hinjewadi. Its very budgeted hotel as Treebo provide. Go there I recommend.

Ambience, rooms and food is good, staff are friendly. Hot water, washing and ironing, A/C, Wi-Fi and other amenities are also good. But the service is slow, anything you ask for takes at least 15min.

This hotel is under renovation. They should not allow guest bookings. Old room is good with balcony. People intent to stay in day night is total NO NO. Breakfast is bad too. Some lights in the room was blinking. Floor was full of dust. Have to complaint to clean. While staff are good I won't suggest to book anyone at the moment.

Decent hotel. Basic facilities. Please clear the mosquitoes of the amenity.

Amazing place to stay. Clean room and good service. Crew are polite and humble. Food is also great however, veg only available. Non-veg is outsourced.

Biggest low point is, it is going through renovation. So lot of noise and cleanliness issue. But I would appreciate the front desk staff. Very nice, courteous and helpful. Food is also nice. Good variety in breakfast, although limited options.

Visited the hotel yesterday on 29 Dec 2018. Good reception, Good staff, Good service… Hotel is under renovation, but the rooms were very nice, clean, spacious. Excellent food and breakfast. Value for money. Will definitely recommend for a stay.

We visited the property 2 days ago. It was under construction, which wasn't a very pleasant experience. Though the corridors were being cleaned at regular intervals but still they should stop operations till the construction is done. Rooms are average. Even after the cleaning lady came and cleaned the rooms, they weren't looking clean. Breakfast buffet was served in a basement. It felt dingy without any sunlight. Food tasted ok. The staff was hospitable.

The worst place I have ever stayed in my life. Nothing was right here. Have no adjectives to describe the bad stay. The rooms are in the basement. Stuffy and smelly. Noisy air-conditioner. Very average food. The parking was in a slush. Never even of going here with family, you will face their wrath.

It's a very old building. Adding to it the construction activities (yet they are taking online bookings and haven't mentioned anywhere) are on in the premises and adjacent properties. Too much noise till late night & again in early mornings. Used to stay here regularly before. Now definitely out of my list.

It's like PG, don't waste your valuable Money. There is lots of dust, mosquitoes in room as well as outside hotel area. Not much breakfast options. They they keep few item, no live breakfast cooking. Bath shower fall on Toilet u can't bath using their shower. Dinner will close around 10 pm so u can't order coffee or dinner. So overall don't waste your money this is not value for your money.

Good place for stay. But construction work is going on its a big trouble for stay.! P. S. Construction in October 2017. Otherwise great stay. Very good breakfast.

Bed bugs n itchy n wet beds. Rooms are big but pillow, mattress, bedsheets, mattress not hygiene. Very itchy n find 2 times wet beds. Went to stay twice both times itchy bed. Breakfast is good. Renovating so lots of dust n noises can't sleep at day time due to construction voice n bad mattresses. People around are soft n caring.

The hotel is under construction. We always heard construction work sounds. The reception guy refused me to give room on the first day even though I paid the token amount. The room was booked for three people and they gave an extra dirty blanket and a pillow for the third person. They were actually giving an extra mattress to sleep on floor which we refused to take. Breakfast is below average. Only good thing is tea coffee arrangement in the room. Coming late is difficult because they'll take time to open the gate. Very bad experience overall.

August 2017 — renovations and extensive extension work happening. But inside the room it's Value, luxury and clean world. I highly recommend this place even against all these odds.

Stayed here for 2 weeks! Location is plus point. It's not too far from main square. Great ambiance supported with nature and calmness! but the construction work irritates due during day time, sometimes in the evening also.

If u want to visit here please select ground floor not 1st floor is noot good yet roomserviece and food is avrage please be confirmed your room when you stay here and always gives your choice to ground floor cause last time when I stay here my exprience is good.

My family stayed here in a double bedroom. Room was neat and clean. Also the hotel staffs were polite and helpful. One of the things for which my family appreciated was its breakfast menu. Other than this there are surroundings, cleanliness, service etc. Inside the hotel you will find different cartoons in Gallery with a sense of humor to make you feel happy. Also the surrounding is good as well as maintained. For sport enthusiast there is carom on 2nd floor to pass your time. So overall its a must stay hotel. Ps: it was the second time for my family. On their special request I booked this hotel again and worthless to say, it was worth it. Also they got an extra bed (along with cot) for the third member and I really appreciate that.

This hotel was however my worst experience till date. The hotel is under construction. There is unbearable noise. The hotel staff is not at all cooperative. The food is bad.

Worst experience. The hotel is under construction and room service is not at all good. Rooms are not up to the mark, no geyser in the bathroom hot water is from 5:00 am to 11:30 am.

Parking available. Good hotel for business travelers. Breakfast is good.

Good rooms for under 1.5k. All the facilities mentioned in their package was also available.

It's the best hotel you can get in 1k. The service is excellent. They have A. C. Geyser, Wi-Fi, delicious breakfast, everything as promised and shown in the internet.
