Our wedding at this place was an absolute disaster. Started right from the banquets team not answering calls and having an absolute poor customer centric approach.
On the date, it was even worse, even the service staff had the same attitude with only 3 servers for 400 guests. There were insects found in the COLD food, which was served in the most unhygienic way I have ever seen. The plates and glasses were not even washed, but even if they were clean I didn’t drink water as they were filling it up from a water pipe like you have in your garden. They are so hell bent on making big profits that they can’t even provide tissues and packaged water after charging more than Rs. 1000 per plate. Absolutely pathetic and poor. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever.

This is one of the very fine places to arrange your engagement, marriage or any party. I visited this place to attend my friend's marriage. I will highly recommend this place. Hit like if it is helpful, I have also posted some of its pictures.

The place is excellent specially for functions and events. They have halls depending on the guests and the best part is the menu along with per plate cost. They do no OT take any charges for the hall. You have to hire the decoration team and get the place ready.

Club offers good facilities for its members. Has nice options and menu for dining. A Good place to unwind.

Visited the outdoor restaurant. Overall ambiance is good and peaceful. The wait staff is very helpful and attentive. Food is good as always. Would recommend a visit at least once, especially during match days as they have them playing live on a big screen protector.

It is a nice family club. I am a member of the club for past 15 years. I use the gym regularly. The hotel is also quiet good. However they have increased the guest charges a lot.

Decent and big banquet hall with a space attached for outdoor use. Good for wedding, birthday, DJ parties. Easily 150-200 people can accomodate together. The location is rich in greenery and royal infrastructure. It is on the right turn after the flyover. So there is no problem in finding the location.

This club is very good. The rooms so clean n big. Also the staff of this club very good n supportive. Service is also very good. Location of this club is not prime location but its very much near by Pune station. And the security of this club is also very good.

When I have Training sessions in Pune, I usually stay here for the night, deliver my sessions next day & move out! Perfect for my kind of travel. Service & food quality is good. Would love if they can serve dinner all night!

This place is really good but god alone knows why this place isn't popular along rickshaw drivers. Also this place had increased its strength. It can now host more events and parties. I've attended many functions and weddings and parties out here. Till Date my experience was really good. The place becomes really isolated at night. It can be good for a wedding, a party or something similar.

The ambience of the place is so relaxing match it with the staffs that is very welcoming. I remember the attendant that guides us to our room and help us with our luggage, its a perfect place with wonderful people that will makes you feel so special. More Power to all of the people working at this hotel :) overall good experience.

Very good venue for events like weddings, birthdays, Reception etc, its in the main city area so you have everything available there nearby and the club itself is very green clean and organized.

It really is a good club… It has a good restaurant as well a bar. There are many choices for food. Rooms are clean and we'll kept. Overall a good place to dine or stay for more than 1 day. It also has a big lawn and hall where one can hold receptions.

Residency club is centrally located in Pune and is a prominent landmark. It has sprawling lawns and ample parking space. Getting membership may be costly and time consuming process but is surely worth a try. The club also has tie ups with other clubs in other cities which allows members to avail quality accomodation while travelling at a reasonable price.

One of the best place in city to enjoy on weekends with indoor badminton court, table tennis court, squash court, swimming pool, kids play area, restaurant, etc. But only for members.

It is a nice place for kids to swim, play and eat at, even adults will enjoy the Tuesday night tambola and the movie screenings every Thursday. They have a decent gym, spa and jacuzzi for members, non members have to pay a petty fee to avail these facilities. The restaurants serve good food, their North Indian cuisines shine bright and the outdoor area is known for scrumptious aromatic filling sizzlers. Seafood is not their forte though, so be warned. The club has lots of space to read in silence or jog/walk on a track. For the busy men, they even have a gentleman's bar where you can discuss work and play over drinks. While the youngsters can play snooker or watch sports in the sports lounge. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Nice place to have a dinner. And good club to have membership. Now the maintenance of the gymnasium has gone very bad.

I visited their on Holi (Festival of colors) event. Event was very well organized and very much secured for family (small as well as big with kids). DJ at event was really a true professional. She made all individuals to swing on her tunes. Kids were enjoying at their designated water pool. Food was also good with reasonable rates. Service was also good.

It's a whole some place — has nice rooms to stay, a good restaurant, professional badminton & tennis courts & huge multiple spaces for hosting grand weddings.

Went for Holi celebration, exorbitant prices. They told us not to take our own colours, but failed to provide any, and was charged. No rain dance, no limit on crowd.

Had been there for holicious event the venue is just great the music and ambience even great. Only issue was with parking and the crowd management but overall a great experience.

Visited twice within a span of 2days, my nephew's wedding was arranged at this place. Below is my experience of the venue Pros: 1. Construction and designing 2. Decoration and Ambiance Cons: 1. Architecture and Layout 2. Food was Chilled and tasteless. Every food item was cold and tasteless though we had everything on the menu from Chinese to Italian, from Punjabi to South Indian, from Chat to Sweets. Trust me every single item prepared by their caterer was cold and tasteless. The quality was average and the tastiest item on the available menu that I had was Ice Cream. If you want to serve your guests with chilled and tasteless food you can go ahead with this venue. 3. The service was pathetic. Starters were sent on snacks plate from the kitchen to the guests, with not more 12 to 14 pieces in a plate. Kitchen was located on ground floor far away from the party at the 1st floor terrace, by the time the service boy could go back to the kitchen, refill the plate and come back, which took eternity and then as soon as he would enter the party the plate would get empty over the entrance itself. Not even a single time the service boys were able to go past the entrance. The guest sitting near stage had to go back near the entrance and wait until he arrives after the refill and then take few pieces in a tissue and take it to their tables themselves, other wise their turn would have never come due the staff's incompetent services. And yes the starters were chilled too.

Prior booking was done by my husband. When we were reaching Pune, we got a call from the club stating that there was a short circuit and so our booking is transferred to a nearby hotel. Still we reached the club and found no traces of a short circuit in the premises. Upon stating that we came to attend a wedding reception in the club premises that evening, we were accommodated in a room which you cannot say was good. Of course we were shown before allotting, we didn't want to shift due to the reception in the club premises itself. If they did not have a room, they should have informed us much in advance, and not while we were about to alight in Pune. We are senior citizens and look forward to comfort and not last minute adjustments. Why do they have to lie if they had goofed up some bookings?
