A very medium space. Rooms are very small. Washroom is a slightly bigger version of flight washroom. Something that they cant improve. Reception. They really need to improve here. If I haven't booked it earlier, I would have chosen another hotel because of the receptionist attitude. They are rude. They are like if u want to stay. Do it. Otherwise just move off. Receptionists should be given classes on customer care. Restuarant. It's just opposite to reception. Talented people. Good customer care. They know how to talk. Caring. Very good. The 3 stars is for restaurant. Thing to improve. For sure attitude of receptionists.

The Hotel lobby ambiance is decent. The rooms are pretty clean and aesthetic. Loved them. And service is also excellent. Housekeeping, Inroom dining, Laundry are just a call away. And they do attend immediately. Taste of the food is also excellent. Only complaint is the bathroom size. Though sufficient and clean, would have loved if their area was a bit more. Though that can't be changed anyways. Overall a very good ambiance and experience.

As per name all ibis hotel services are fantastic. Very nice, comfortable and clean room. I don't have any negative feedback for them. I like all ibis channel hotels. At least I can say Hyderabad and Pune Ibis group are good. About rest, I don't have idea but I can say others also would have great service.

Loved the food quality and variety, rooms are small by standard of a hotel that too at a price they charge. Clean and comfortable overall. Room needs more sound proofing.

Pathetic rooms. The bed was smelly. Bathroom is too small, more like a modular type. Water was clogging in the bathroom. Towels were smelling, luckily I had carried my own towel. Though breakfast is good which is included in the package, anything else you order during dinner or lunch, its pathetic. Not even worth a 3 Star Hotel.

Staying on company sponsored accommodation* Nice hotel. The staff are very cordial and very helpful. Safes and refrigerator are provided in the room. The twin beds were not joined in my room which was strange because usually it would be the other way around. The bathrooms felt a little small for me but nothing that big a concern. Complimentary breakfast was provided by the hotel at the restaurant on the ground floor which was good and had a good variety. Although, the staff did forgot to change the milk in the coffee machine so curd was poured into my machine. There are a number of options around the hotel all within a walking distance so one can try those out too. Hotel is on the main road, so pretty hard to miss. There's also a mall nearby which one can checkout.

This hotel really surprised me pleasantly and surpassed my expectations in standard. The best thing about it is perhaps the low tariff and high value in quality in comparison. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with all imaginable amenities. The complementary breakfast is really great in taste and the spread of the buffet is wide.

Hotel is located on highway and airport is very near. Mode of transportation like car, bus, auto, etc. Easily available. Hotel ambience is also very good. Staff is cordial.

Good place to stay for business trips. It's very near to the airport and can be reached easily from airport. Connectivity is also good to travel to other parts of the city. The hotel spice it has a limited menu. Although in the menu is mentioned no room service, they will deliver food and drinks to the room. The service was good, Wi-Fi was fast enough. The battering is very small but serves the purpose…

It's good 3 star hotel to live in… Cost is also relatively better… The breakfast menu has lot to offer… From south Indian to north Indian… English breakfast… juices… Sausage etc.

Excellent place for the corporate meeting and party occasion. You can stay here and enjoy a good quality food. The rooms are clean and management is good. Place is very quite and ambitious.

Excellent service by all staff members. Very nice and clean ambience. One should not miss the masala tea served with morning breakfast buffet. Was only disappointed when the dinner buffet was not available.

Spent 4 days and 3 nights @Ibis (Viman Nagar). To be honest, though this hotel charges for a 3 star hotel, it deserves a 4 (or 5) star rating. My room was very clean and well maintained. The washroom was quite compact but the cleanliness made up for the small size. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet deserves a 10 on 10. I look forward to visiting this place again!

An average business hotel in the heart of Pune city. The is usually good, but can be rude at times. Food is good, but not great. Breakfast is average. Quality of bed / mattress is good. Bathroom is very small, so not recommended for couples! ;-) They have a fitness center with treadmills etc. Upper floors are recommended. This is good as a backup plan if you don't get any other option, but you can get much better rooms at the same price elsewhere if you plan early.

Small rooms but with tasteful interiors, generally clan and well maintained. This is a business hotel, good for a minimal stay but not ideal for a leisurely weekend. Valet parking available. Extended breakfast hours, with a smaller spread outside main breakfast times. Staff is polite and friendly.

The stay is good for business travellers. All the rooms are of same size and features. The bath room is too small. Amenities are made available only on request. The restaurant is spacious. The food is good. Overall I would say that it is expensive compared to other higher class hotrls.

Stayed here recently. Staff are an asset to this hotel, from reservation to security team at the door, front desk and restaurant all doing an excellent job with a smile. Rooms are exactly what you expect from an Ibis, clean, stocked with the right amenities, comfortable, all leading to a good night sleep.

The hospitality is pretty good and the food here is outstanding. The rooms are very good. So overall experience is really good and I will prefer staying here next time I visit Pune.

The breakfast buffet is amazing. Its walk able distance from phoenix mall. Neat and clean rooms, cozy beds. All amenities are available. The best part about ibis is their staff, they are always smiling and always ready to help and assist with anything you need. This is a reasonable place to stay.

It's very decent self-serviced corporate hotel. Buffet was worthy. But there is lack of helpers/hotel staffs.

An economical hotel stay, with good breakfast. Not very luxurious a place but good. No porters to carry your luggage. Hence carry stuff accordingly.

The hotel is at a good location, it's pretty close to Phoenix mall and airport! The rooms are compact but all amenities are available! The breakfast becomes busy at 7 to 8am! Front desk people are the charming ones! Swapnil, the duty manager is very helpful and friendly! This is best for corporate people! its value for money!

Rooms are as usual small. Rather I should say compact. Being a 3 star business class hotel, it is quite good bang for the buck. Complimentary free breakfast is another plus point.

Ambience is good. Ample of space and can accommodate comfortably group of 50-75. Food quality was good. And overall service is also good.

Decent utility hotel. A little expensive for the the price though. No frills but quick service.

Used to like their buffett breakfast but this time when I went there the choice was pretty limited. Maybe one of those odd days. Ambience as usual is wonderful and it is still value for money. Their spread used to be great when I stayed with them and that's the reason I highly recommend Ibis.

We arrived here for breakfast when we landed in Pune. Since we had a few hours to wait, we came in for an early breakfast and freshen up before heading out. What we liked about this place: — Quite close to the Pune airport. — Calm and cosy atmosphere. — Good restaurant with a decent buffet breakfast spread. — Attentive and friendly staff. — Reasonable pricing. — Not much of a crowd. What could be better: — Basement parking is quite congested and is quite painful if you are driving a bigger car or sedan. Verdict: Recommended!

I could say its decent place. The service you can always expect good since it's Accord group. Its pleasant stay. Rooms are quite small. But, still not big deal. Food is good.

Went to restaurant for a team lunch. Good food even for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Large seating area, Ok-ok ambiance, great variety in salads.

The Restaurant was awful. Food quality was awful. Service pathetic. And it smelled like some roadside cheap hotel.

Not a good place to stay. Please avoid. The brand and price do not match with service they provide. Pathetic service. I stayed 3 days in Oct 2015, there was no housekeeping done even for a single day in spite of repeated request and then complaints. I had ordered Veg fried rice, and they delivered Non veg fried rice. I being pure vegy for 40 years, this was a shock. No basic amenities provided. All of these are chargeable ex: dental kit or shaving kit etc. At the time of check in itself they would take 20 mins to discuss on payment etc, and finally block tentative bill amount before check in …Pathetic 

Rooms are a bit clumsy, if for two, otherwise for a single accommodation, its perfect. Food served in the buffet is really awesome.

Front desk staff was rude they don't care for customers. Most hopeless staff. Mannerless staff. I have request to administration to look forward in improving Ur staff standards.

Comfortable and near to airport.

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare. The front office staff (Miss Gale) behaved like a punk. Has no manners and is ready to abuse and humiliate the customers. Staff is rude. Restaurant is a great and food is awesome.

Overall a very reasonable businesses hotel. Very reasonable room tariff. However the peripherals like food and laundry are very expensive. Overall a decent business hotel for short business trip. Should add gym and pool as added attractions.

I found the service at Ibis, Pune efficient and although the rooms were rather small they were comfortable. The major disappointment was the buffet. The food was quite stale and not well prepared at all. For a night's stay though its a good budget hotel.
