The electrical board to control the lights and AC was not functioning The toilets were very dirty. The rooms need renovation. I don't think they have changed anything since renovation. Requested to speak to their manager but manager never turned up. Fòod quality is very average.

I have been to this hotel for a lot of times. But unlike earlier visits, the quality of the service is getting low day by day. Poor maintenance of the facility is also clearly visible. There was not even a floor mat on the room and when requested got the answer that it wont be available till afternoon. And not to describe about the AC which was not functioning properly. The breakfast spread quality have also reduced considerably. But still love ITC group hope they bounce back to their former glory. So 3 stars for motivation.

Overall ambience is quite cool and silent which is preferable. Hotel is located in one of the silent area of Viman Nagar but you will get disturb because of occasional fighter planes noise since airport is also used by Airforce. Overall service experience is good but can be improved a lot. Staff is really helpful. Manager required to be little bit active looking at customer's expectations are changing. Overall hotel is quite old. Food is not good, but there are multiple options available in area so you should go out and try something new. Cost is not competitive considering other hotels are also providing similar services. Overall experience is ****.

Located on a busy and important place in viman Nagar Pune. The rooms need renovation as the room I went to had old and ageing furniture. The service is pretty good. The food is okayish. Not really worth the price you pay for it.

It's a business hotel, so don't expect luxury facilities. It is good for business stay; close to airport so that is convenient. I had not tried food there so can't comment on it. Anyways there are nice and famous places in Pune to have local delicacies. Staff was courteous, though some improvement in efficiency could have helped. My overall experience was good.

The poorest maintenance of bathroom fittings. We booked two rooms well in advance and informed the reception that we shall be checking in late and requested to ensure that the rooms shall have proper working of bathroom taps and toilet cistern as we experienced problems with the fittings during our last stay a day earlier. We checked in at 11pm today and both the rooms offered to us were once again having the problem with the toilet flushing system. We requested to change the room. To our utter shock the staff showed us six different rooms and in all the rooms the situation was more worse. Toilet flushing system was not working properly. The knobs were not working. We never expected that a hotel of ITC group will have zero maintenance. We are sure in future we shall never book rooms in this hotel and people who are a little cautious of hygiene and cleanliness shoul never stay in this hotel. After a whole day tiring journey we wasted more than an hour at 11 pm to find a maintained room. It seems the management of this hotel is least worried about the proper upkeep.

Rooms are old not very well maintained. Carpets stinging. Hyigene is not properly maintained. Not value for money.

"Dont fall for lucky draw and come to Future In Jukaso" — They will cheat you and try to sell holiday package. Lucky draw and gifts is just to get your attention. They don't give any gift. I wish to give them negative star.

Tripadvisor should have — ve rating for this one. We were invited for lunch by hotel staff, stating they want to upgrade from 4 to 5 star and want feedback from people. Hence as part of that exercise they are inviting families. Fine. We reached by 1:45pm. After the customary form filling we were asked to get seated at the dining area. No one checked on us inspite of total occupancy of 3 tables. After 15 mins of watching the paint go dry, I enquired how can we order, since there were no menu card provided either. Got the menu in 10 precious minutes, upon enquiring for options, we were told its a pre set menu and we cannot order anything extra. Why didn't they inform at the beginning? We asked for soup salad and starter from fixed menu. After waiting for 30 mins, a waiter came and informed that the starter has some problems. My wife patiently asked him to bring rest of the menu and that if it will take a long time we will prefer to leave. He said he will bring in a moment. 15 more minutes passed, by that time my daughter was very very hungry. Another waiter walked about. I told him if they intend to get 5 star they aint gonna get as their service is shabby, politely speaking. He said they will bring in the next minute. 10 more minutes passed, paint had dried. We left the place and checked into phoenix mall to satiate our hunger. Pls stay away.
