Giving five star due to following reasons! 1. Location — Easy to find, close to Vivanta by Taj Hotel and very convenient to Airport and Railway station due to local transportation! 2. Staff — The GM is very kind, very helpful, informative, and very polite and Professional! 3. Rooms — Very well maintained and spacious, and having all amenities such as AC, comfortable bed, clean linen, Hot water24/7, Intercom, Branded toiletries, etc the most important part of the rooms, @very affordable price! Pocket friendly! They have their own Restaurant! I can recommend this Perfect Hotel to everyone from Single lady traveler to friends, Family, Business traveler and tourists!

I was there for a soup… It was a great experience. They provided a good place for dinner.

Small hotwl but the stay was very good. Parking is available outside of the hotel and very few cars could be parked. Amviance was ok with very good facilities. It has a restaurant attached with good dishes option.

Location is good. Rooms are big. But cleaning of washrooms to be taken care. They should think of keeping non veg in food menu (atelast eggs)

Its a decent hotel in its class. Hotel rooms are big and bathrooms are clean. It is located on main road and easy to locate. Over all a good place for a business stay. There is no swimming pool and atleast I've not seen the gym. There are two buildings and you should prefer the front building. It is easily accessible with lift and no need to climb stairs and walk less. They serve breakfast in the morning which was ok by all means.

Nice clean hotel. Breakfast was a let down and waiter thought I should not be ordering more than one dish by al a carte. No buffet since occupancy was low.

Located just near Taj Vivanta, can be reached easily via Google Maps. Parking available here for 4 wheelers, the hotel is compact with very little open space inside. Rooms are average with no balcony, but clean. The bed height is very low and can be a pain for brighter people. The mattress is also and not very comfy. The washrooms are clean and a little small in size. Service is excellent and the best part here is delicious food served in the lotus, the restaurant at ground floor. They even serve even in room. I opted for dining service and loved the food. The mutton served here is very delicious and must try.

Facilities and cleaning are good best quality rooms at affordable rates. Dinner is tasty here. But surrounding area is not good.

The rooms were great, neat and tidy. One bottle of package drinking water along with tea and coffee making stuff was kept in the room. The lobby was also good. There was a iron and iron board kept to iron the clothes. There were some pest in the room, I think they should go for pest control. The water supply to the room 202 was not consistent that too in the morning.

Very professional faculty, excellent infrastructure, fab facilities and good Carrier prospects.

They served late lunch on request. However no thought on how to serve. Done just got gravy. Did taste was nice. The people are quite friendly.

Hospitality is a real thumbs up in this hotel. Though the place is very basic they give you a 5 star hospitality which most hotels lack after they are setup.

Food is good, convenient location for outsiders, not yet had bookings to stay, but service is good. Can suggest others.

Best Place In Aurangabad City… Awsome…

We had two rooms booked with this hotel through OYO rooms and had pre-paid for them. When we reached the hotel, they had cancelled our booking without confirming or notifying us. One of our rooms was given to some other people. We had to wait at the reception for two hours in the cold on 25th December! And they finally told us that there were no rooms available anywhere in the city. So at 11pm at night, we had no other option but to adjust in one room. On top of the scam they were running, they had pathetic sense of hospitality. No water was provided in the room. After calling the reception 4 times, we had to order it from the restaurant. There was no hot water in the bathroom even though the website mentions 24hour running hot water. And they paid no attention to the repeated requests for fixing it. I had the most frustrating experience with the hotel and the manager needs to learn not to shout back at customers he has already pissed off.

We had a very bad experience at the hotel. First they cancelled one of our rooms without prior notice and gave it someone else. Also no hot water in the rooms. Even after asking so many times. No one came to fix that. Overall a bad experience. The only positive thing is food. Which is descent.
