Ambiance was best roof top with nice air food was best. Chicken was worth the money. Complimentary snacks with liquor are not good enough. Worst hotel … even management dont know the difference between sezhwan chutney nd sezhwan sauce when I asked them. The manager named vinod sharma was very useless guy said that I dont know what is sehzhwan chuttey … I will recommend not to visit this hotel. Management is worse. Managament is worse too.

Nice business hotel, only good in MIDC area. Room rates are bit high than standard maintained. Galaxy restaurant on top is good with music and live performance. Food is good, bar is available. 4 rating is for staff, they are really good and supportive. Mostly from bengals and you can feel the bengali sweetness in their conversations. Basic amenities include like gym, bar, parking, restaurants, laundry and locker in rooms.

Rooms are nice and clean. Room service is quick. Complementary breakfast was just ok. There is a lot space for improvement. Will definitely recommend this to others for the price you pay.

Excellent food and great ambience. Went to celebrate my parents anniversary. The service was good and they were playing live ghazals. Food was great. The only concern about this restaurant is that it is situated in a remote location in MIDC, finding transport is quiet difficult in the night.

Standards have dropped drastically. Food quality is poor. Live music is irritating. Service is below average.

The place only looks food from outside. Inside the rooms are smaller than a caves. The only difference is these caves are with fancy lights thats it. I booked the hotel 15-20 days prior but as soon as I checked in they said they have only one room left. And the room had no view of road or mountain as they show while booking. So overall its a waste of money to stay here. Do not waste your money to stay. Food was also not that good.

Best Hotel in Amber nath Mumbai for official persons. Food quality is good. It is also having resto bar where you can enjoy your evening with some wine and music.

Ambience is good, the service is good, The food quality is average for both veg and non veg. Some good variety of drinks they servers as well. Ample of parking available. Good and safe for family visitors. Only the issue is it is located very close to the dumping ground, so be prepared for the unpleasant smell. As per my experience I would like to rate FOOD: 4.5/10, AMBIENCE 6/10, SERVICE 6/10, PRICE 6/10.

It's a very nice place for eating out or drinking has ample parking very good ambiance. It's very good and safe place for family as well. Food is very nice too be it veg or my favorite non veg. Only issue is outside the hotel there is a soap company as it's located in Ambernath MIDC so at times mostly in evenings outside of the hotel has some particular smell which is not pleasant it takes time to get used to it bt otherwise pretty awesome place to dine and drink at go for it.

Nakshatra residency is a hotel in which their are more than 2 high class restaurants in a cheaper price. The quality of service and the quality of food they provide is just excellent in such cheaper price. Nakshatra residency is 5-7 mins away from the National highway road that connects Mumbai-Pune.

I had booked suit room on 14 feb 2016 at the cost of 4400 for room and 5500 with decoration and cake and I was very happy with the services… Today I called up for the same booking and the receiver said the same price 4400 for room and with GST it will go upto 5190 something I was ok with that but when asked for the decoration he said it will be your costing and last year there was a manager he did all needfull things as per my requirement and corporated well. So I asked the receiver can I speak to the manager I have lost his nos. Reciever said he is no longer here. I aksed the reciever that usually when we book for 1st nite hotel provides the room decoration and cake than y not u. He said madam u can go for the other hotel and hang up the call. This is how the new people come and spoils the name of the hotel and the decoram… worst rating I would like to give for the way they talk with clients.

It's like heaven in hell. A very neat and clean hotel with a great ambience, nice and tasty food and good hospitality. Add to it is a live music with a good singer. It's good for food lovers having maharashtrian taste, spicy and especially non-veg lovers. Prices are reasonable. A good place for weekend retreat.

Very bad experience at Galaxy roof top restaurant. Very bad service, rude captains and waiters. For normal paneer and chicken kebabs, they took 50mins. Main course order given by us was not even passed onto the chefs. When asked for the manager, mr. Suresh wasn't even there. Captain Chandra (tall lanky fellow) is a Disgrace on customer service! Never again will we visit this place. Disasterous experience. Ruined my anniversary. A nearby dhaba served us much better when it was almost midnight!

Fantastic place for food n drink, also has family section. Relativly Non ac is much cheaper than other restaurant in ambernath. Ac section is cool n decent place, ac are in good condition, washrooms are always cleen. Only problem is the table n chair size. Its maked bit uncomfortable to sit. But we can always adjust. Service is good, but no discount on liquors, 10% discount on food. Food is also great.

One of the new places in Ambernath. Good food, good ambiance. Try their roof top restaurant. Food is above average. Only trouble is the location. Right inside MIDC, evening time doesn't help much with all the foul smell around and transportation — you need your own vehicle.
