This place is true value for money with quality room service and excellent staff. If u r planning ur trip to Vadodara, do choose this as ur stay option.

Comfortable rooms, family friendly, great staff & the hotel is right on the main road within easy access to the airport as well as a shopping mall, restaurants & the city's attractions near by.

We went to their Restaurant — RASA and we had a great experience with staff and service to start with. The ambience is great as well.
We tried a few things here.
In moctails, we tried strawberry granita and fruit punch which were really refreshing in this hot weather.
in starters, I tried grilled fish in lemon butter sauce and I must say that the fish was very soft.
In main course I tried kadhai paneer and the gravy was tasty and paneer was soft. Rotis were not chewy at all and stayed soft even after sometime.
In desserts, we tried Rasmalai and it was amazing. Perfect taste and perfect presentation.

A perfect fine dine experience. We had come for a family lunch at Rasa, located at ground floor of Four points by Sheraton.
Starting off with welcome drinks, it was a nice start.
Coming to the starters, we enjoyed some nice crispy corn, paneer Tikka and pineapple. It was pretty good.
We had a delightful main course also.
Coming to the desserts, it was one of the finest. Loved the unique Shahi tukda. Gulab jamun and rabdi were also amazing. …
Overall, it was a great dining experience.
We had the routine chef's special set meal. Priced aptly at 500/600 per person, it surely justifies it's worth.
Not so heavy on pocket, great taste, amazing service, and a perfect ambience for a perfect family dinner. The chairs need a special mention here, they were just tooooo comfortable to sit in. Keep up the good work team Rasa!

The hotel was good but the amenities in the room like tap and shower need some repair.

Imposing and impressive palace by the means used to build it at the time and because of the history that surrounds it.

This hotel is located right next to the Fatehgunj petrol pump. Rooms are extremely good. Buffet was really costly and not upto the mark.

Food is good… good place for corporate meeting. Staff is very cooperative.

One of the best hotel to stay with 5 Star treatment and facility. Good interior. All amenities. Nice staff. Good location. Just 3-5 kilometers from Airport, Central Bus Terminal & Railway Station. Although the rates of rooms are high but looking to the facilities and services, it's okay.

Food is tasteless…
Service is poor I seriously don't recommend this hotel to anyone specially if you are going to book it for any special occasion.
1 — Water droplets come down from the roof at the entrance of the party hall,
2 — welcome drink — it is just waste, even Pepsi is a good choice over welcome drink.
3 — Starter — it was very poor n without any taste
4 — service — they serve starter with only one Waiter, the service time gap between first and second starter is of 20 minutes,
5 — Service — You need to request so many times to get one thing.
6 — Main course — They use to serve chilled Roti n lachha partha with chilled butter Nan…, Very cheap quality rice, … vegetables are tasteless,
7 — Dessert and sweet dish — Average ice creams and gulab jamun,. … their banquet staff use to eat more ice cream and gulab jamun than the guests.
The banquet hall food was tasteless the staff serving there were not happy while serving, service was very slow, It seems like they outsource their party hall catering services to some third party …
They wasted our time n money.

Amazing property sorry dt I m posting review late but my stay last month was amazing I was staying Dr with my 17 month old naughty baby but d way dy handle everything thing is much appreciated.
staff is amazing and out of the box customer service

Rooms are small they do not Mach SPG standards. Washrooms too r small. There is no place to keep your baggage in the room. This is no no SpG standards. Location is really good. Food options including breakfast menu is so limited. Service is bit slow. They need to change. Property. Nearby malls n markets r good for family shopping. There is no good view in the rooms.

A great hotel in the heart of Vadodara. Central mall is quite nearby. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Room service and restaurant are also very good.

Business class hotel. Good rooms and accessibility from airport. Food is also good, the area around is filled with restaurants and eatires!

It's a good place if you want to stay near a mall. The connecting highway is a great reach! The food is good. The rooms are decent and smell really good. The staff is welcoming and the breakfast is awesome. Though it doesn't has a swimming pool but gym is still on!

Hotel ambience and rooms are good but quality of the food is very low for the price they charge. Not worth of visiting the restaurant lunch and dinner buffet is not at all worth instead there are much better restaurants at a better price with delicious food and much more options in the buffet.

Truly five star hotel in middle of the city. Amazing rooms, sumptuous breakfast with excellent spreads and courteous staff. They also offer airport transfers. The hotel is situated in shopping districts and posh happening surrounding.

Rating low because my room was so small that after opening the wardrobe you could not move. Other colleagues room were adequately sized. Situated centrally just 10 minutes from airport with lot of eating options available around You can walk across the road to Domino's. And other Indian food joints. ICICI bank ATM is also across the road. Breakfast has an ok spread but their chef has to be trained on guest service. You could hear him arguing with waiters when we complained that idli softness was not right. Nevertheless we got fresh idlis. Service was excellent no reasons to complaint. Anyway when in Baroda why eat in hotel just explore. Lot of food option. This possibly is a city of foodies.

The hotel and the restaurant was nice in line to the Sheraton Brand, however room sizes are pretty small. For solo traveler was still ok, but for a family may get quite inconvenient. Food is nice and convenient to the pocket so gets 4 points here. Have a range of vegetarian options to choose from as well. He location is slightly inconvenient especially after the construction of new bridge just opposite the hotel. However the hotel makes it up by arranging one way transfer to or from the Airport, a big convenience. Overall a comfortable place to stay.

I stayed here after my wedding for 2 nights. I was hoping it to be a special one and hence I booked a known name. But alas! This was a pathetic hotel and does not do justice to the brand. There was no valet available both nights and I was told to park my self. The breakfast was ok and service was slow. The overall ambience of the hotel did not feel like a 5 star hotel at all. I'd never spend this money and go here. Beware!

Normally I don't visit local hotels except the restaurants but I was really impressed with this one. I always travel from that road but never noticed it though it's located exactly on road so I actually thanked my friends for staying at this hotel so I got to visit this beautiful hotel. The staff, the rooms and the ambience was really nice. Happy to have such a great hotel in my city.

An exceptionally well managed hotel in the heart of the city, if I could give a 6 star rating out of 5, I would have surely given it, you know the best thing about this hotel is, EVERYTHING let's first start with the location, it's located right on the road and opposite to seven seas mall which is equipped with INOX and a descent food court so if you have time to relax you can definitely chill there. A lot of restaurants nearby which will leave you plenty to options to eat from. Secondly staff at the hotel was pretty cooperative and helpful. They will all Greet with you a smile. From Valet parking to room quality to overall hospitality Four Points is surely a great hotel to stay in.

Rooms are a bit small but very clean. I would give 5 stars for the rooms. A single restaurant but the buffet lunch & dinner costs 500 & 650 rupees only. Small but good hotel.

Hotel ambience is good. They have very professional staff. Housekeeping is very good. Hotel staff is cooperative. They have free Wi-Fi system. Breakfast is awesome which includes variety of options including veg and non veg. Hotel also has meeting and conference room, gym etc. Hotel rooms are very nice. But hotel is slightly expensive.

Poor parking facility. Although it doesn't have Valet available. Food in restaurant is good. But I attended one close friends marriage and the caterer made mess of the food then.

Good hotel and rooms are tidy and spacious … Breakfast is also nice but not too many varieties there. Nice place to stay with family and friends too secure and it's in heart of the city.

It was an amazing experience staying at four points vadodara. The food, location as well as the ambience are all wonderful.

Great service, clean and loacted center of town.

The food menu for buffet at Raas restaurant is excellent. Full range of main course, two starters, two soups and a variety of dessert. Also the hotel overall and the ambience is excellent.

Checked out on 30th… must say the staff is really courteous… and I would like to thank the chef for serving mix boiled veg as per my Dad's request as he is a blood pressure and Diabetic patient. Would surely recommend.

Am an avid traveller who travels a lot for business purpose. Good clean hotel at a reasonable price.

I would love to stay in a 4 star property who maintains cleaning standards (dust free rooms and stain free washrooms) and also are really sincere about their property which is Bed Bug Free, unfortunately this property is not maintianing the same. I would look for a better option next time to stay in Vadodara.

Best city center hotels in Vadodara. Great location and well decorated rooms but rooms services not so good. But staffs are helpful and its restaurant food is tasty.

Great location and nice to stay at Nidra Vadodara hotel. Room was well decorated and spacious. Staff are helpful and cooperative and its cuisine was really so tasteful.

When ever I am in Baroda I make sure I stay only in Nidhra. The property is excellent, the standards are great, the staff are well behaved, the room ambiance is brilliant, the food is lip smacking and all this come at a great price. What more do I want.

I have checked in to Shelton for once and that was all. It has got good room and great service. Not to mention price is also very reasonable.
