Food is waste. Service is also poor.

The glass house restaurant. The worst place to order food at home. They say they don't serve non veg dishes when you call them, after ordering from their menu. They have a dish named penne verdure. In which ingredients are written that they serve shrimp, chicken, chicken satay with creamy cheese fried rice, basil, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, olive. Unfortunately they sent me a white sauce veg penne pasta with not even the single ingredients in it. When I called them there was no one of authority to answer me properly, the person talking to me on call didn't even knew WHAT A CREDIT NOTE IS when I requested for it. The guy said that they don't serve non veg dishes, but if they don't why the hell it showed in the menu? They had no answer. Funny thing is they were asking me for a suggestion. 12 at night what suggestion would a customer give if it's the fault of the restaurant. Manager was so arrogant that he said there is no solution to the problem so you can do whatever you want.
Truly disappointed to see such a huge resturant reply in such a manner.
note : they don't serve non veg food here so please do not order online.
So they changed their menu in the morning but unfortunately for them I've already got the screenshot of the order I placed.

I had a great experience at their sizzler festival. I like their service and quality of food. The brownie that I had after the meal was also delectable and gooey.

Good property to stay, I loved studio room. Its good to stay with family and friends. Location is also good as its located in centre of the city.

We are really happy with the hotel and the hospitality given by them. The food is great. Last night dinner @Mandap the Authentic Gujarati Thali Baroda was awesome. Lovely breakfast spread @HotelExpressTower and most importantly amazing people serving. Rooms are big.

The hospitality is fantabulous. Friendly staff and excellent house keeping. Food is amazing and delicious. Full points to ambience. Overall it's an amazing place to be at.

Except New Style Rooms, nothing good about the Hotel. Despite being so called Four Star Hotel, it do not serve buffet dinner. Breakfast buffet is almost same every day, with minor changes. For instance in breakfast buffet, In my stay of about 14 days I found Aloo paratha 12 days. Variety of food is also limited and if staying more than four days all options are exhausted. Hygiene is also a big issue. Found house fly on serving tray during room service. The manager offered free sweets from his side on complaint, instead of addressing the core issue. Other staff talked-about the issues but just बोल-बच्चन, nothing resolved during the long stay. Wi-Fi was not working most of the time, most of the sites blocked, even found Dell and Microsoft sites blocked.

So upon my recent visit to the glass house restaurant of eastin residency, I was definitely mighty impressed by my experience. The hosts and servers are present to make sure you're absolutely comfortable and also to cater to all your whims. And let me add, they were absolutely polite, courteous and courtly. Do ask for Ms Sandeep Kaur and Ms Bishakha to make your dining experience even more superior. I had visited during their sizzler fest and I was absolutely floored by their… sizzlers! We tasted one sizzler from each of their cuisine; the Vegetable Oriental sizzler was just mouthwateringly tasteful with amazing sauces. The chimichurri cheered paneer sizzler, the continental sizzler was again absolutely palatable and a special mention for the chutney which heightened the flavour of the sizzler. And lastly, my absolute favorite was the paneer butter masala sizzler. The flavours were just bang on correct and it was such a refreshing and a new concept that I just fell in love with it. We ended our meal with gulab jamuns and hot brownie; the perfect end to our meal. The brownie was baked to perfection and with a scoop of ice cream, I just went straight to heaven! If you happen to crave for sizzlers, definitely look no further and go try out the glass house! You'll come back weighing 2 kilos heavier and with a content smile.

Nice place, good service, Not so good food, not much options available in food. The buffet trays are empty everyday until we ask for refill. Rooms are good.

For welcome drinka they had 3 options Keri Panna, Keri Lemonade Keri Smoothie, we tried Keri Panna it was delicious. In Soup they had Raw Tomatoes & Keri Soup it was good in taste, In starter we tried Raw Mango Spring Rolls. In salads they had Spicy Keri Salad, Keri Spinach Salad with honey lime dressing. In main course (Veg) Keri Noor Jahan — Keri Paneer.
With four varieties of bread Roti, Naan, Lachha Paratha, Missi Roti. At last in dessert we had Keri Mousse and Keri Icecream.

Excellent specious room with separate small area. Excellent decoration. Location away from crowd but reachable from other area. Food is good.

Hotel was booked by my office friend. It's in residential area & from outside appearance is ok. Once entered in lobby you can feel the difference. Staff is friendly. Local breakfast is tasty. Rooms are on Studio Apartment concept. I will come back again here. It's a good option for family with kids — for longer stay (2-4 days) Check in /check out are smoothly done. In house restaurant is round the clock. Recommend in Vadodara.

Amazing property, was a little hard to find, sign boards were missing. Staff were so very courteous. Had a great time staying. The cook was like amazingly skilful.

Everything you need for a western feel, really comfortable and all facilities were there. I had the apartment, spacious and comfortable.

Really good food at the restaurant. We went there at about 1.30 in the night and were served with delicious Chinese and Indian food. Staff was too kind to go out of their way and make out of the menu items for us at that hour of the night.

We had a excellent stay at Eastin. We had a three nights stay and ended with seven nights! Property is the best in Vadodara, very much contemporary design, extra clean, friendly staff, bathroom was excellent, landscape, gym, breakfast all super. Owner had done fantastic job.
