Service was the lacklustre point, the guy who took never informed us that the sabji we ordered was sweet.

Paneer Methi Kaju may be considered decent sabji, but thats when you have asked and ordered a sweet sabji.
AVALON Begum Bahar tasted awesomely to the T, to tingle any palate.
And the show stopper was the tawa roti = Chapatis which were as soft as baby’s bum and as homely as it can get.
Overall a calm, soothing and a decent place to have some family time. Search and for more genuine review of restaurants of Ahmedabad.

Good Rooms but very poor services. Basically every day one need to contact them for various issues like they do TV recharge daily (even if they know guest has booked room for a week), their Wi-Fi passwords need to be generated every day, bathroom has lot of issues like water clogging flush malfunction, room keys stops working quite often, losing stuffs from room such as power adapter. In rainly seasons, if your shoes get dirty, they may not even provide the shoe shine in emergency. But the food is very good and tasty. Staff is polite.

We had worse service over there. Food taste sucks. We only like the khichdi. That too just average compared to other places. Staff don't even do whatever we asked for 5 times in 15 mins. They charge a lot for every dishes but not even worth forty percentage of their price tags. I would not recommend to visit here ever. Thumbs down.

Hotel is located at a close proximity to Sindhu Bhavan Road and is accessible from other roads as well. It is decently managed hotel with spacious banquets. Food is good (I wouldn't say great), it offers multi cuisine so that gives the users the choice to make. In totality it's a decent place for social functions.

The food of the hotel is really yummy. One must try their veg lasagna, hot Brownie with ice cream and fresh coconut ice cream. The banquet area is quiet good and is perfect for small family function.

This place is a pleasant place to stay and has a hoard of restaurant, Banquet, Terrace eatary, decorated to suit the taste of the occasion. Highly palatable food is in for a lot of appreciation and I believe the culinary staff deserves a few pats on their back. They really make the occasion grand. The most important aspect of any hotel is the F and B people who are the front face. The ever smiling faces, the grace, the speed, the politeness and everything else called for claps. It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening, well spent.

Rooms are spacious. Bathroom is decent need maintenance. Stayed here as a guest for a wedding, staff we were not provided with any toiletries, we were charged for toothbrush. No hair dryer available.

Very nice team, if you have issues in room, Cleanliness and food, address to the Incharge or Manager of the respective department, they will take care. Good Hotel, Limited breakfast option for room guest. Eye for details in Housekeeping need improvement. When inform the team, they took care.

Nice cosy hotel, with good rooms and good decor. Situated on a paved road. Has a good banquet for about 150-200 people. Food is good veg only.

Horrible experience. Poor service… Pathetic washrooms where the exhaust fan doesn't work… A/C is slightly better than a fan… N to top it all, the hotel Manager (some sardarji) is by far the rudest person I've ever interacted with. Ironically, he doesn't know the basic meaning of hospitality or courtesy. Top management seriously needs to replace him if they intend to run a profitable venture and not scare off the customers. I'm sure I'm never coming back to Avalon and will make sure that everyone in my friend circle and professional setup avoid this crappy place like plague. Ahmedabad hotels are especially known for their heartwarming hospitality but Avalon hotel Manager seems to lack that core element.

Best and cost friendly place to stay, room here are very decent with central air conditioning unit. Best out of best things is this restaurant here is also very good!

Stayed here for a couple of days. I think one cannot find a better hotel in the city. It's great value for money with very friendly staff. Great ambience and superb room service! I will recommend anyone who is searching for a hotel in abad should definitely stay here!

Last week I had visited a marriage party at this hotel, however I feel that the services of the hotel is very poor as due to carelessness on staff some food item fall on my clothes. Even the Air conditioning was not working properly.

For Marriage Parties and Birthday celebration a good place. Tasty food, and helpful and courteous staff.

I didn t think I could find such a cool and comfortable hotel in such a location in south beach without breaking the bank. And a plus: the staff were super friendly and efficient, and I adore the breakfast "urban kitchen " style!

We celebrated a wedding reception at this hotel's banquet room. The room was large and fit all our guests very comfortably. They had a wide variety of food that could be served through a specific menu and it was all delicious. The servers that served the wedding party were a bit over-zealous but we didn't mind that much, and they were very polite and accommodating.
