A truly Star Hotel but under renovation. Service is superb… Their service will remind you about Kingfisher airline…

Hotel and staff is very good and at prime location. But food taste and quality is average and food is very costly.

Must visit hotel if you are looking for budget hotel. Nice and friendly staff and food is also good. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Good place to stay, but little outside from market… if you require some basic things, need to walk for a distance to reach market.

The hotel is a nice place to stay. There are renovations going on and after that we can expect the hotel to be even more pleasing aesthetically. The hotel also provides pick up and drop facilities. The staff is very generous. There were some issues related to cleanliness but were addressed promptly after reporting. Overall it is a nice place to stay for business travellers.

Good hotel with complimentary good in the morning and night. Neat and tidy, good ambience. 24 hrs hot water, safety locker facility, Wi-Fi and laundry, well behaved good dressed staff in hotel.

Hotel is under renovation. I am giving 3 stars because of bathroom. Though rooms are spacious and clean but bathrooms are horrible. I don't know why architect spent much more space in useless dressing area and made bathroom so tiny. It was pleasure that you can open washbasin tap or even take bath while sitting on commod. But I should mention here that inside restaurant serves very delicious food.

Regenta central is excellent place for stay in Rajkot. Rooms are large enough and really good. Staff is really helpful with the guests. Bathroom area is bit small. Hotel has delicious food offerings for morning breakfast. Overall it was really nice stay at the hotel.

Not good. Only two star because of good staff. Rooms are nice but bathroom are very small. Not as shown in make my trip or goibibo. I visited on 26 jan 2018. And that time renovation is going on therefore very bad experience. All time drilling and hammering.

Due to renovation at the entrance of the Hotel we had to use the side entrance and it was pretty bad. But once you are inside the hotel it was ok. Room size is pretty good with a dressing room attached to the bathroom. The restaurant food was good and Ms. Geeta is a very good host. Hope their renovation is over soon.

Price going higher on weekends. So book well in advance. Improved a lot since last 18 months. Still egg is not available in Morning breakfast. Lol.

Hotel is owned by a renowned group but I didn't find the professionalism in the staff. One example — They didn't give the bill of airport drop whereas they charged me through credit card.

This is a nice friendly hotel. Only issue is that there is building work going on and reception is at the back of the building.

Great food with best ambience, there is no other hidden cost, good quality is very good, family place to get out and sit and have memories created.

Excellent Hotel to stay Rajkot. You will feel very good there and staff and food quality is also excellent.

4 stars for help by staff, 3 stars for accessing help, 2 stars for maintenance, 1 star for clean up. The hotel so far so good. Maintenance required. Constant watch from the owner and brand is required.

Staff and food is very bad. Don't make mistake to go there.

Food in restaurant is very bad. And staff are not professional. They don't know how to interact with customer. Very cheap staff.

Nothing except the terrif is premium, hospitality, quality of food, response from staff soooo pooor. Would not suggest to pay premium to such rubbish place.
