Good hotel service good rooms but only veg food.

We had amazing & breath taking experience at narayani heights on sunday. The entrance lobby had welcoming aura. The hotel itself was gorgeous & spotless and has super modern recreation activities the pool area is unbelievably clean with changing area, shower room & lot of storage for our belongings. The best part was mouth watering food with lots of food options available. The hotel had done great job in highend & accessible dining. The staff was very hospitable & helpful. Thank you Narayani heights & teams member for wonderful experience I recommend every one to visit once.

My parents had a horrible experience at Narayani Heights when the sales team insulted my parents and said they can't afford the banquet hall without even asking them the buget. Some one called Narendra Verma, from Banquet hall sales, said "This is our banquet hall, but I am sure you can't afford it". Not only that, he also made them wait for a long time and was reluctant to answer all questions. Hospitality is the most critical element for any hotel industry. Clearly Narayani Heights and it's employees don't have that.

Narayani Heights is beautifully located just outside the city limits with a very commanding viewi had the opportunity to visit it and the owner had personally showed interest and had taken us around the Hotel himself.

Hotel is clean as well as rooms and restaurant. Although in the center, it is very silent Service is perfect. Breakfast is good with large variety.

Good ambient environments for Living and Parties. Also availability of conference hall for business meeting and staff on site are too cooperative. There is good experience experience too be here. Little bit expensive but worthy. The views from the top is awesome and situated near Apollo Hospital in Gandhinagar. Spa and Nightclub membership also available.

Narayani is very good place. You can stay for long time. The club also good and the service is very good. Hospitality is very good. The club is awesome.

Close to Airport approx 20 minutes. Far from main city and railway station and bus stand too. It will take approx 45 min to reach there or more during office hours. Rooms are well maintained, big and silent. Washrooms are also big with both water and bathtub facility available. There is a club for members with SPA, games room, swimming pool, and other activity area. Has multiple banquet and conference options including open ground. However breakfast has limited variety and fully veg. Has a liquor shop and for parties it can be arranged. It's a big property close to Gandhinagar. Room rates are 4000+ get with free breakfast for single occupancy.

One of the best 5 star hotels in Ahmedabad. Starting from the entrance through the main gate of the hotel till the exit, you won't feel to complaint or adjust regarding anything in the hotel. Guess that aptly describes the review. You get everything in here. The maintenance is great. The view from the room and the room themselves are fab. A must visit.

Highly popular for its one day picnic and even we went on holiday season many guest were there but still you won’t feel too crowded. So here’s my review for day picnic at Narayani Heights. Resort — great place for perfect day out with family and friends. Not too expensive and well worth of each penny you spent. They have decent open space for outdoor activities where you can plan badminton, volleyball, football and any outdoor games you like. For cricket in nets you have to play for it but really cheap price. Indoor amenities are in good condition and in number of quantities so you don’t have to wait too long for you turn. Food — we went for all day plan so lunch and dinner and high tea was included too. Food was okay can’t complain but compare to other resorts it was much much better. For High tea they can improve service as once food finishes we have to wait for next batch to arrive. Pool — They have adult pool situated indoor and kids pool is just outside. One thing they can do to have each adult mandatory shower before and after using pool. They have small home theatre and library too. All over it was a great experience and it’s a must visit place for all age group of people. Haven’t got chance to visit their banquet or hotel rooms but as soon as I get chance will review it.

It's a very spacious hotel with all kinds of amenities. Rooms are big and clean. Thick carpet welcomes you. Bathrooms are beautiful with granite flooring. Staff is very disciplined and try to help. Food has typically Gujarati taste. Location is equally good.

Nice hotel, great property. I don't know if its a 5 star hotel but staff approach wasn't matching 5 start standards. I was there for a wedding for a whole day. I did not stay here. Staff service experienced at front desk.

I loved the vibe of their decor from entrance to foyer to floor. And food is really good and so does their services. I don't find anything which to be complaint.

Decent stay. We stayed here for one day for a Conference. From airport it took around 20min to reach hotel. Check in is smooth. Lobby area is decorative with interiors. Room was tidy and equipped with standard aminities. Weighing scale is additional! Washroom area also clean. Complementary breakfast served which is vegetarian only. Not even eggs allowed here. The buffet spread is average and not felt very good. Taste is just average, of all items you can barely eat one or two. TV is not working seems there is problem with display and I didn't complained to them as I tired already and staying for only one day. Overall you can stay for short visits.

It’s a nice place with restaurant, cafe and rooms. You can also plan a wedding with beautiful destination over here. Nice declaration you will find along with proper parking place. Nice central ac throughout the building.

It was a pleasant visit to this place. I was astonished to see the architecture of the building, the lighting effect was good. Eye catching plants and trees. Great grooming of the plants made it more attractive. The food was good. But the soup was broccoli one. Which tasted like ******. Overall the impression is okay. The sound system was okay okay. It was not as good as we expect in the ordinary ball room. My overall experience was good. — 1 for the food. — 1 for the sound system.

One of the best 4 star resort in Ahmedabad. Highly, crowded during weekends. Many foreign celebrities have came up here to enjoy it's service and enjoy the lavishness they offer. Personally I adore this space too much. There are 2 different buildings for Hotel stay and Events. They have their own disco space. Also, there's ample of parking space in it's precinct. It's really very close to airport so easily accessible. They have roof top restaurant too! 24x7 security services. Gymnastics, sports area, party space, wedding halls everything is majorly available here. Must go for it blindly.

Average place for one day activities. There is a swimming pool, a squash court, cage cricket, snooker, table tennis and carrom chess like indoor games. Those who want to have activities but are afraid of sun, will like the place because everything is covered except cage cricket. Even the swimming pool is indoor. Sport shoes are mandatory for squash and table tennis. Food was average too. Ambience and show pieces were good. As I went for activities, not sure about rooms.

One the finest five star hotel at the lower price than five star offering in Ahmedabad, staff is great, it has ball room facility as well. Nice and tidy rooms. Meal is also good. Nice parking facility.

Hotel ambience was really good. But the room service was very late. Water bottles and kettle were stinking badly… Only had a comfortable and relaxing stay, but if room service will be improved it will become awesome stay with 5stars.

The service was not good. Reception, house keeping were not attentive and laid back. Bathrooms not proper. The only good thing was the bed, comfortable and the food was not bad.

Location is close to airport. Food is nice. I attended marriage event. All the facilities were available.

Narayani Heights is one of the best hotel in Ahmedabad. I stayed for five days. Location was very nice, very quaint and their service was absolutely perfect. A perfect place for relaxing. I look forward to my next visit to Narayani Heights.

Hotel buildings and rooms are OK plus, but not great. Service can be really slow, especially in the first floor coffee shop. And please, if you call it a coffee shop, serve proper coffee, not Nescafe.

Worst services. Worst management. Worst taste of food. Spoiled my wedding in the main Banquet hall Dt: 25-11-17 (morning). People are eating and your staff guys took the plate. So hilarious. You don't have trained staff at all. Will Never recommend anyone to keep any function at your place.

If you want to ruin your function then think about this property! Before booking and afternoon behaviour is totally opposite! Third class service, third class food totally waste of money!

Bakvas The most disgusting and creepy place imaginable. Only place that had vacancies. Transvestite prostitute in lobby being paid by a man, dirty sheets, porn on the TV. Weird screams in the morning, possible blood drips on plastic mattress covering. This was the most frightening experience, seriously debated sleeping in Central Park instead. This was worse than anything I’ve ever seen on television! Feared for my life!

Staff is courteous, spacious rooms, amazing n scenic location of rooms. Place of greenfield Food is delicious. Place of peace. One should visit to experience. Its feelings of costing often. Beautiful Holliday resort.

For the tariffs that they quote, it is quite reasonable and upscale. The only turn off is if you are a non-vegetarian. The rooms are plush, good food, ample recreational activity including complimentary swimming pool. Checking-in in groups could make the best of the stay.

There is discotheque, spa, gym, library kid's corner, game room and an indoor swimming pool. Swimming pool is quite small. They have theatre as well. It organize event on almost every festival & nice place to organise functions. It is quite similar to other clubs in the city probably less than them. There is no wow factor about this club. So it's ok.

Went for full day picnic with my wife. It's good place with family. I bought voucher from nearby and it was economy then buying directly from hotel. Food is good. Swimming pool is indoor and size of pool is not that big.

I purchased voucher from nearbuy but the items listed in the voucher menu was not seen in the actual menu, actual menu was 50% less of the what we actually bought! when complaining the restaurant staff told us it's old menu we modified it, how can they modify the menu when we bought the menu from the website for the existing offer… horrible experience, would never suggest it to anyone.

I visited the place when rainy atmosphere is very good so I enjoyed the most. Overall it is a very good place to stay enjoy your social function or business meeting. Narayani heights it self a big brand but the food, service ambience not up to the mark. We have purchased voucher from nearbuy and menu is not as per mentioned in nearbuy. I will not recommend someone to go for any type of food at narayani heights.

I was in the GMUN which was conducted in Narayani Heights, their hospitality, food, code of conduct, infrastructure, etc was just awesome. It's none less than Taj or Marriott chain of hotels.

If u wanna save ur precious time and money. Dont visit this place. Their executives dont know how to talk and give respect to their guests.
