Situated at a good place with nearby access to airport and companies. Rooms also very good. But cloth keeping place is not clean. Also from my window I can only see wall of another building. But overall very nice and comfortable.

Good Hotel in Gandhinagar. Very nearby to Bus station and on prime location. Amenities are good. Service is good. Food was okey. Overall experience was nice. If you want a good hotel in Gandhinagar it's for you.

One of the best place to stay in Gandhinagar — the capital city of Gujarat. Superb interiors and great ambience. Well maintained and clean. Reasonable rate. Good food and best service. Worth a Memorable stay.

Good place to stay. Worth recommending to others. Food variety was good. Even food serving was good. One recommendation 'sev ' should be served along with Puri — chat. I had mentioned it there itself to d waiter.

This place is the one of the highly popular place in gandhinagar at sector 11. It's have nice and attractive building structure with huge parking facility and the location is very much lovely with nice atmosphere.

Fairly clean rooms, room service was great. Had a delicious range of dishes. Breakfast banquet was amazing, the variety of choices were huge.

It is a pretty decent place to stay, if a tad expensive for he services they offer. The location is pretty good too. It isn't very far off from Akshardham, or a few restaurants. The staff is courteous and helpful and if asked will inform you of any event or market happening in Gandhinagar or Ahmedabad. Cabs are usually easy to get. The rooms themselves are comfortably sized, and attached bathrooms are not great, but pretty good. The place has very little to entertain children from what I saw, but the mezzanine has a pool table and a pleasant arrangement. We did not eat any of the meals here, except for breakfast, but it's said that the food is pretty good.

Mixed bag, extremely helpful and friendly staff, but the infrastructure is aging, ac didn't work too great, the Indian restaurant had sub par food. Without exception though the staff were nice.

Good food and rooms are good and comfortable too. But the service wasn't up to 4star standards. We had to keep asking for toiletries and other stuff. That was a little disappointment. Otherwise a Can Stay.

Good hotel. Basic rooms. AC is good. Wateflow good in bathroom. Many good eating joints nearby. Auto n cabs easily available. Don't expect 5* services n infrastructure. Overall good place.

Good hotel. I found it bit costly. For 2 nights 3 days including breakfast including taxes I paid Rs 8496/ — Breakfast spread was nice. There is no gym in the hotel building. They allow hotel guest to use one Pvt gym which is in the neighbouring building. Staff is polite and cooperative. 18 km from AMD Airport, 2.5 km from Akshardham Mandir.

It'S only for the location near the fair, for the rest… Carpet, old style etc.

Nice place for lunch and dinner. Perhaps the only Star hotel located in Gandhinagar. Had dinner here, good food, nice ambience, courteous service, were the hallmarks. Clean and elegant interiors, ample parking present. Reasonable cost, value for money.

One of the food places for having buffet lunch. Though my experience wasn't exactly the best… We requested for cappuccino at the end of the meal and they were apologetic because the machine wasn't working. They did offer normal coffee instead. The food is otherwise good.

The place offered many varieties in the food menu. The ambience was good accompanied with furnished sitting area and dining place. The decor was classy and the service crew managed our lunch quite well.

Peaceful place. Fast room service. Amazing ambiance of restaurants. Amazing food. I never expected such an amazing chicken dum biryani.

If I compare my earlier visit with the present visit, I must say that the service provided by the hotel has deteriorated on every front. I have not expected a non working TV, malfunctioning bolts in bathroom, bad quality of foods, inefficient room service in a Hotel like fortune Inn Haveli. Strongly disappointed. Two star had given only because of its location.

Good hotel option close to Mahatma Mandir Convention Centre. Good hygienic food, friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, pool table, travel desk… For me, what stands out is the helpfulness of the entire staff. I was down with viral fever and the entire staff was extremely cooperative … be it customizing my food to getting me medicines. a big thank you to the entire team.

Limited staffs providing good hospitality. Been in this place for lunch only. Food quality is good. Since only few staffs were available, serving of dishes was quiet a bit late but worth waiting. Don't have much variant in menu card. Veg & Non-veg both served.

Good option if you want to stay on Gandhinagar. The location is little different to locate from main road and can take few minutes to figure out if you new in the location. Rooms are good; however, could be better. Food quality is good. Buffet lunch is worth trying. Staff is helpful.

Had one night halt during my office visit. The hotel is good and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and respectful. The food is good specially the breakfast where u get a variety of items starting from south Indian food to North Indian food and other varieties. The hotel has good facilities and the interior is also great. Was not able to explore much but definitely in my next stay will write much more… Just to end ITC Fortune keeps upto the standards.

Surely cleanliness was improved on my last visit, liked the fact they are constantly improving themselves. N try its continental, really good n priced as per the hotels quality, nothing unfair.

It's a decent hotel in the middle of Gandhinagar. You just need to watch out for the food, as once the buffet get over, the options on the a-la-carte menu are quite limited. But then there are nice restaurants to visit in the vicinity. The Hotel staff is helpful, and the ambiance is pretty good.

Good hotel. Rooms are nice although beds are too uncomfortable for people with height 5'10" and above. Room Service is excellent, as well the restaurants. Lifts are too slow and causes irritation some times.

Excellent hotel located right in the heart of Gandhinagar. This hotel is perfect for business travellers with all the modern amenities in place. The breakfast buffet was a good spread including the local delicacies, south indian dishes and english breakfast as option. The in-house restaurant Earthen Clay serves great Mughlai food. Food options are available 24*7 and the hotel staffs are very prompt and responsive. The interiors of the hotel carries and ethnic look very much appropriate to it's name.

The best Hotel in Gandhinagar town. Nice, neat and clean rooms. Good quality food. Staff behaviour is very good.

Nice place! Wifi coverage is fine in the hotel lobby but not in the rooms. Staff is very nice. The restaurant offers good breakfast and buffet diner. The waiters at the restaurant are very dedicated and willing to help. One of them "Bappa" is very knowledgeable about Indian food and can suggest incredible combinations. And he always asks for feedback and how he can improve. I really appreciate his involvement and wish I will see him again when I am back!

Good location, if you are going there to work with state government offices. That is it's only advantage. It is not great in anything.

Amazing place for North Indian food in Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar. The place has 2 restaurants Earthen Oven and Orchid. Earthenoven serves à la carte North Indian cuisine whereas Orchid serves a pre decided buffet menu. The place is generally quiet and a perfect drive from Ahmedabad.

Looking to 3 star hotel first and formal point is hotel has not provied enuogh car parking so people are forced to park out side on the edge of road or govt open plot. Food is ok.

Associated with fortune Inn haveli when it was only hotel haveli, after becoming fortune haveli, it's fortunate to have it in gandhinagar. Food is awesome, buffet service is awesome, best place for corporates when u have to roam anywhere in gandhinagar, it's in centre of town so everything is near. Never got a chance to congratulate fortune haveli for continuing and upgrading the level it was having in past. It was the best and still the best hotel to stay in gandhinagar.

One of the best hotels in 5 star category in Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad. Service, response & behaviour of staff and overall management is excellent. Food is best in town. Overall much better for price! I highly recommend this hotel for foreigners.
