Very worst experience as I paid online & if they do not allowing local ID to stay then they should refund me my money. So, this was cancellation due to their policy. Customer haven't cancelled availability. I extremely unhappy with hotel as well as goibibo.

Omg the reception guy is awful. Not at all helpful. I am a woman staying at the hotel. Booked for one night initially and then booked on line for another 2 nights. Because I checked in at 8am and I booked online next day at 11.30am he is charging me for the difference of 3 hours rather than saying to check out on my last day at 8am. Am alone and worried. No idea who to turn to for help. Anyone able to advise please.

Poor Service faced during Stay.

Rodra royal is actually gives us royal feelings. As they have beautifully arranged rooms and beautiful view, Neat and clean washroom, well behaved staff overall everything is good and in budget. And I had a good experience.

I have booked this hotel for my clients and they were really happy with the services, they loved the location, modern amenities, delicious food, and humble staff. We will definitely recommend "Rudra Royale" for our other clients as well.

Well maintained and neatly kept with in-house restaurant service, but the rooms are small for the tariff they collect.

Best budget hotel on ashram road with modern eminities, hotel has good parking space, staff is well behaved.

There is no back up power when current is gone, and in the rooms no hangers are not there, Staff behaviour is good, totally I feel average.

A very good hotel with well maintained rooms. Transportation available to all parts of city. Situated in prime locality. The room service is good. Even though they have good variety in their menu, not all food items all available all time. The room service for food is quick and the staff is friendly.

Book it from Goibibo and you will get this hotel at best price. Hotel is at very nice location, rooms are neat and clean, staff is very friendly, big TV with Airtel digital, fridge, very comfortable bed, powerful ACs, very delicious food at reasonable price6, a complete package.

I asked if there are available rooms and they told me yes. After realizing that I am from an African country, the rooms miraculously banished. "Sorry we don't have a room for you, " They said. Come on there has to be a smarter way of discrimination.

Location good… Hotel clean and neat… Bathrooms are very small… well we had complimentary breakfast included in our stay but when we called them to serve at 7 45 am they told us it will be served after 8, actually we had to rush for one of congregation after 8, then also we waited till 8:25am but no sign of breakfast… Then when we started leaving staff boy came Wid only one breakfast plate (serving only for one person) though they know we are already 6 people… At the time of leaving we told on reception abt the incident instead of simply telling us sorry they started shouting at us…

The hotel location is very good. It is prime location of ahmedabad. Hotel amenities are also very good. Food quality was also nice. Staff are very cooperative. Good for stay with family. I enjoyed to stay there.

One of the best hotel in Ahmedabad I have travelled across the country but this was the best experience I ever had if going to Ahmedabad stay at Rudra royale because it is not just an hotel it's an home next to home.

Silver rooms are not so specious. Gold rooms are okay. All rooms are clean and well maintained. Food is good. Good for business travellers.

Good budget room. Stayed here via MMT at a price of 1097/-. Staff were not so friendly, they charged approx 2600 for twin sharing. Room was good, but small in space.
