Rubbish experiences. Worst hotel. We had breakfast included but we left hotel without breakfast or a cup of tea. Worst experience.

Very bed experience, they had plenty of time to organise and decorate the room but they did not do it. No hot water in the room, breakfast was terrible. Not recommended.

Most rubbish Service I had felt in such Big Resorts ever.
We were given Room No. 108 first where there is no AC and TV working.
After informing to reception about both problem they sent AC Service Staff there and they also feel there is problem in AC but the person who stand at reception denied and said AC Staff said them there is no problem with AC. After long interaction with this Guy Actually I Forgot to ask him his name who talked absolutely unprofessionally and again sen…t the AC Staff to the room and still the AC is not working. We asked him to change our room. After a long worthless discussion on phone he ready to change the room. For Room Changing they took 25 minutes, then we were provided Room No: 304 where AC is working but the TV is not working. Again We informed they provide us Room No 307 in this room again the AC Not Working and the Toilet Taps were leakage but it was almost our dinner time so we neglect and went for dinner. Of course the Food was good and the serving staff is also good. I am very much disappointed with the room quality. Any one Who is planning to go there just check entire room very carefully then only check in. we had booked 12 rooms among them most rooms haven't TV Service even one of provided room 102 lost electricity all of sudden and this room provided to our Group's Ladies staff. And Yes in rooms there is no Wi-Fi Connectivity it is available at reception only.

Poor Wi-Fi is my only complaint. Food is superb. Very good for stay. Rate is slightly more than moderate.

One of the Best Location for Banquets. There are 3 Restaurants 1. Amazon Cafe 2 Amnesia pool side 3. Ariva multi cuisine all serve good and tasty Food.

Visited Amnesia with a couple of my friends. A rare combination of perfection in food and ambience. Romantic, zesty, trendy and what not! Also get a privacy to chill and have the best food. A must visit for foodies.

Worst place. Avoid it. Arrived at the reception and a receptionist called milind somaiya asked for marriage certificate. Manager was not available. Had to call in family, to send in a picture of marriage invitation, showed in pictures of marriage. Had been to hundreds of hotel, but this never happened. Should take this guy to the consumer court. Avoid it completely. There are many better hotels.

All the things are awesome. Just prices are too high. A normal person can not afford it. You can go to amnesia poolside restaurant which is inside the resort. I have not eat food but rest all the things are fine. Also, Pool side lounge is good for networking, meeting and to get some food or you can chill there with the friends or family or partner. Restaurants Seating is quite good. It's chairs and tables and theme is awesome. Still saying that I didn't tasted food yet.

Nice and grand as it goes by the name. Different halls available in this centre. Nice Swimming Pool with costumes available for rent. Facility looks pretty rusty so is their service.

Luxury stay. Awesome infrastructure. Food is good. Have a nice stay. Maintenance is not good but we can say it as average. Service is quite slow and late but good rooms and lightening. So according to me overall not so bad hotel this is good to stay here once. If you are in Ahmedabad then go to this place once.

Best place to chill and stay. Cant figure out why is it still unknown. Poolside match with great food at affordable price is the one of best experience. Menu is good but can include more variety. Staff is humble and trained. Overall best experience especially with live screening.

Well if u r young and age between 20-28 and working. Having a valid Id and business card but not a marriage certificate. This hotel is not for you. U will be harass as if you have committed a crime and these people of the hotel will make you feel that there is nothing know as law of this country. Its only them. Its what we can call them as Educated illiterate. My booking was on dbl occupancy. But we were not allowed a room irrespective providing our valid govt. Id and business id, Only one person could check in. We were not allowed to check out also because they wanted the money. Which was already prepaid. Transfer our booking to an another hotel. They made us sit in the hotel for half and hour then asking us to go. When we reached to the another hotel, the booking was cancel because the receptionist of Aarya Called up Ibibo saying they need the voucher and then they will allow us to check. They got the voucher and charged it. Here our another booking was cancel with our consent. When we call up this person he was only was abusing us. Being in a hospitality industry he dosent kw the basic etiquette of talking with a lady. Till the time his amount was pending form ibibo he was very polite, but after the amount received his attitude was I dont give a s**t abt what happens I got my money. I kw there would no action taken against any of this situations we face.

Good Hotel/Resort for Staying in Ahmedabad near by main S. G. Highway. Having a good Restaurant, where you can enjoy your lunch/dinner on Pool Side. Nice and clean rooms… Good facilities…

Amazing place to stay in Ahmedabad. Beautiful ambience… Nice pool, though we didn't used it as weather was cold in December. Very Spacious rooms. We were upgraded to a pool view room as soon as we reached. We had a good time. A perfect place to be in with family. Breakfast was awesome and mix was also good. Overall a nice place.

All the reviews you see on Google are for restaurant and marriage parties by locals and not for the accommodation, so don't get impressed. This is not the star hotel just banquet hall, I strongly recommend you to not book this hotel. You will not will be allowed use pool and launge since those areas are used for marriage parties. So you will have to bear the loud music. Water is very very salty you can't even bath. Their breakfast has only two options. Very rude staff. When I visited lift was not working, the ares was very dirty. Its just the big space and not the 4 star hotel. They keep oraganizing the functions so you cannot expect the peaceful stay. You can see on the TripAdvisor the owner has stopped responding to customer complaints which means they have determined not to improve. I don't know how make my trip rate this as 4 star hotel. The only good thing is I got early check-in.

With the name it has been given GRAND everything should be spotless and smooth but there had been many of us during the plast india expo in feb 2018 who will say otherwise… The room 300series are all having some problem or the other… so make sure you check… toilet seat missing… no water force to. Make shower work… in which case pull the shower knob and lock it with a soap nar packet (its good to have some practical brains to think fast) since been around the world in many different businesses and situations… Any ways this. Hotel needs some things taken care off so it can surely be called Grand.

I will recommend this hotel because they have a decent sitting arrangements at pool side and food. The view is pleasant specially in night. Peaceful environment with light background music makes this place so beautiful. Must try once, I have been there 2 times and this is already my favorite hotel for small parties like b'day celebration etc.

The ambiance is so amazing. Very quite and romantic… Haven't been to more calm place than this in the city. The food is great as well. The Punjabi thali here is yummy… Definitely a must visit place. This review is about the restaurant amnesia there.

The place is absolutely amazing with an exotic ambience. It has excellent poolside cafe named amnesia with superb food quality and deligent services. Also the place is very reasonable as compared to the amenitites and services provided. I would rate it 4.5/5.

Nyc place to enjoy with friends… Has a open swimming pool area. This place is opened till 3 am.

They have good facility for events and they allow outside caterers. They have indoor banquet and outdoor lawn. The entrance for lawn is separate. They also have rooms for accommodation and couple of restaurants which serves multi-cuisine food.

We had multiple office events organized here; It was pleasant experience having whole day spent there. We had nice break fast and lunch. The place is just 2 mins away from main SG highway. You will find that crossing with terrible traffic during pick hours.

My first experience was as a guest, truly speaking never expected that it would be so great in terms of services, infrastructure and ambience was superb… Parking facility is awesome. Next time when ever I will have to plan a social function I will surely start from here.

Its very nice hotel and its food is best and jain food also available its swimming pool is very big and its rooms are very much big and comfortable its name is funpoint club but it is change to aarya grand.

Staff service was okay. Attended one function here, unfortunately very dull serving by the staff. Starters were provided only in one section of the hall. Even they kept the A. C. Off at times to reduce cost.

Went to this place on our way to kumarakom. Food was great. Britani was good. Meals was very good. Quantity was decent and service staff were very fast.

We were here for a wedding, all the rooms had almost 1 rat. Yes u heard it right, there were rodents in the hotel. Upon complaining, the house keeping manager asked us to show them a rat. The customer complaint is not enough for them. We even showed them once for which they ran after the rodent with a towel to catch it, but in vain. They dint act upon, they dint bother to call pest control or get rodent killers. The shelves were also dirty, it seemed they were never cleaned. The common phone (which the reception guys use to communicate with the floor cleaners) kept at the floor kept on ringing the entire night. I complained to them to atleast lower the volume or ask some1 to pick it up quickly. Again, in vain. Haven't seen such poor service in cheap lounges also. Pathetic experience.

Went to the place for Sunday dinner. Since we were comparatively a bigger group, decided to reach the place early so that we could get a table easily and thanks to it, we could get the table easily. The place offers indoor as well as outdoor seating, outdoor being Poolside. The ambience is really cool and the lighting and projector screen really makes it a lot enjoyable. The seating is well managed and the place has ample room to accommodate more than 50 tables. The main part, food was really good. Tried the Indian combo meal, pesto pasta, Mexican rice, nachos, sizzler. Everything was really well prepared. Only improvement being the quantity of sizzler. The quantity sufficed only one person. Rest all food items were absolutely perfect. The place turned out to be a real find of the month.

Ambiance was good. Food was also nice. Restaurant team served some special dish we requested which was not there in menu. Sorry to say that service was too much slow and got tired waiting for food. Roti came and samji got late, sabji came and Roti get late. Overall if you have got patience to wait for food too long than shall visit.
