In stayed here for two nights while in a business visit I loved the front office service and treatment. They were very swift and courteous More importantly, the restaurant service was excellent. I mentioned I am eating gluten free nad they were happy to offer a besan roti. Similarly, there were a few items that weren't on the menu but there restaurant manager Pramod ensured I got them, freshly made Pramod is an efficient manager and has a hard-working team. Thank you for the experience! ❤️

Dear All, Had visited Radisson Blu Hotel — Ahmedabad, 5 September, 2017 ' with a group of friends for Dinner (Walk in Guest). Ambience is good. Efficiency level of Restaurant team to attend and take care of the guest is below average only. Even the Quality of food is just ok. It's a 3 Star property which is centrally located. Good for Business Travellers. Definitely not on par with Radisson Blu, at Delhi, Airport, which is genuinely a 4 Star property Warm Regards,

I am a big fan of the all-time ultimatum 'Galauti Kebab' @The Great Kebab Factory, the ambience and the rest of food is as rich and flavorful. They have great varieties in their starters, main course and also serve pan and other mouth freshners at the end. A complete dining experience with unlimited starters and great gravies, so go and fill up that tummy!.

Good location. Excellent service and staff. Lovely breakfast and spa. Only downside was absence of a swimming pool! However more than made up by the excellent friendly, helpful and professional staff.

I've visited Radisson Blu twice this year as it was the Global education fair. I would say that the hotel is really amazing. Starting from reception area, they provide all the information politely about rooms, restaurants and even the banquets. Although I haven't tried the food as well not even stayed at the hotel but I've visited their banquets. There are two banquets of different sizes on the right and left side of the lift divided by the lobby. The ambience of the banquets was really mesmerizing and the staff always accompanied by providing their service. Overall, It was really a nice experience in Radisson Blu Ahmedabad.

We had a corporate event in Banquet hall. It had very well managed setup for presentation and Q&A session. Food was also very good — Tasty and Yummy.

If you are a Traveller then this hotel is worth for your stay. Here staff have a nice courteous nature. Room service is quite good. The only disappointing thing is the food but it can compensated because you can find a very good cuisine near by only.

The state of art hotel located at most happening place between Law garden and C. G. Road. The enterance is majestic and have a very courteous security and gate staff. Room service is prompt and helpful. The rooms are cozy. The food may not be very tasty but that can be compensated as you would have few of the finest eateries as soon as you step out from the hotel. Definitely a worthy stay if you are visiting Ahmedabad.

Very helpful staff. Best buffet breakfast I've had till date and they have very homly rooms the beds are comfortable and you also have a choice of 4 different kind of pillows to choose from. The location is also very convenient.

I went to the Kabob Factory inside the Radisson Blu. The food was good and served by an attentive staff. The setting is a served buffet, the wait staff will keep bringing your favorites! The restaurant has a window overlooking the street. Neon lights and a water feature fill view. It was well worth the visit.

Very good experience. Stayed for official visit. Breakfast menu can improve with variations as it is almost same each day. In room dining menu is limited. Good location.

Awesome ambience good service supportive staff. What else u can expect from Radisson chain. Food is good but I got surprised from some of the presentation and platting done in hotel like Radisson. Need improvement on that part.

The hotel is just fine. Not too great and not bad either. Have stayed at other hotels in Ahmedabad like Four Point Sheraton & Novotel and this does not compare with them at all. Food is also not too great. Average hotel with value for money.

Timpani… as usual great experience. Sunday brunch is really good occasion to enjoy. Cool. Calm. N you get your own space. Fantastic packaging.

I've had dinner and breakfast here and I loved the food. Great ambience and overall good food. The service is good but sometimes they take a little long to prepare the meal but the quality makes up for it!

Nice hotel with good food. Reception is good too and they don't have a good staff too. Rooms r good too. Their USP is their location which is in the center of the city on the main road. It is just 2 mins from C G Road. From airport it would take 20 to 30 mins only.

Good service & food… lovely spread for Xmas eve. Contemporary business class room — nothing spectacular but walking distance from handicraft market @ Law Garden, Swati Snacks and centrally located to visit other places. Families with young kids may not have much to do in the hotel.

Totally luxurious. Ambience, service everything is amazing. The located area is bit crowded but one of the posh areas. Enjoyed every bit of it.

I, along with my family, had gone for lunch. As soon as we entered the dining hall, we were greeted with nice welcome. They guided us to a suitable table for our family. The staff was over enthuast and asked for the services required by us. They served plenty of varieties, though, we had opted for buffet. We also tried our hands on buffet which too was nice, with plenty of varieties to choose from. I was surprised to see the Gujarati snacks like fafda, ganthiya, khaman, khakhra, thepla and what not. The best thing was the drinks. There were plenty of varieties to drink. Overall, the experience was good but I am compelled to mention that The Radisson Blu, Luzern, Switzerland where I had stayed during last March, was far excellent. Never mind. I, still recommend the Radisson Blu, Ahmedabad.

Upmarket place to spend couple of nights in Ahmedabad. Almost on the happening place of CG Road and couple of hundred meters to law garden. Only thing u may miss in such a high end hotel is a swimming pool.

Good location. Well appointed rooms, slightly smaller than what is seen in Radisson properties. Good buffet breakfast. Great restaurant… Kebab factory. Good value. Overall a good stay.

Poor accessibility and lack of sensitivity to persons with disabilities. You have to explain six times to the security that you need to use the disabled parking space and that's why we need to drive the car inside the compound (they wanted us to park outside). Then when we got to the drop down point they refused to move the valet-parking desk which was parked on the bottom of the wheelchair ramp. I insisted they move it but it took some effort. They first refused saying the desk didn't move but it obviously did because it had wheels. They moved it with no effort. Zero understanding and zero sensitivity to disabled! Then when we got inside we asked where is the foyer disabled toilet. There wasn't one! They sent us to the restaurant floor. To get to the lifts we were faced with a ridiculously steep slope. When we got the restaurant level we found there were only ordinary toilets. back to the lobby again! Then they sent us to the Banquet level and there was the mysterious disabled toilet! Of course the toilet was too low. It's a tradition here in Ahmedabad. Disabled toilets are made only for very small people (unfunny joke). Also the hygiene spray was inaccessible behind the user and the flush was behind the toilet where it would be difficult to reach from a wheelchair. The adjustable height grab bars are the best in class (made by Pressalite).

Radisson can only be a place for people who do not give priority to their tastebuds but to decor of the restaurant.
Do you want to have a dinner at a place which serves mood spoiling main course but has a good design and show offs?
Do you want to satisfy your taste buds only with deserts?
Then this is the place for you, we had ordered three buffet for us and trust me when I say it was a perfect combination of waste of time money and mood! Never recommended to anyone who is a food junky like me. We also talked to the chef and then he gave us a pasta as we didn't like any of the main course from the buffet option and guess what, even that pasta were not up to the standards of a hotel which boasts for a 5 star services! I paid my bill and decided never to go back, even though I've the membership card and vouchers with me!

5 star hotel in centre of ahmedabad, great place to stay. They offer 15 minutes free Spa, rooms are spacious with all ultramodern facilities.

Convenient central location for access to airport, railway station, bus stand, shopping & business districts and leisure centers. Beautiful rooms with multiple pillows. Exquisite cuisine & prompt service.

It's a nice hotel with good sized rooms and good restaurants. The hotel is located in the city center and everything is nearby. The variety of food in the restaurant which serves the breakfast and buffet dinner is also good but the service is little on the slower side. They allow early check-in and late checkout depending the the room availability… all in all good option to stay on your business trip. The downside is it doesn't have a swimming pool.

It's wonderful experience. Yesterday was my Mothers Birthday and we were there for Dinner with full Family in their Restaurant named TAPRI. The whole staff was too cooperative in guiding us on Menu and providing nice place for all family members to seat together. They were very kind to serve us food as and when possible though we had opted for Buffet. Food was superb Happy to visit again & again.

First of all I would like share my experience for Radisson Blu Udaipur for 1 night only but It was tremendous experience for me and if I talk about infrastructure I feel like I don't to explore Udaipur it's more than to stay at hotel and feel the luxury of service, spa, food, bar, and most important NATURE because they care of greenery in Hotel And staff also is friendly, educated and helpful And for Ahmedabad it was Corporate meeting and dinner.
Most surprised for us that …we enjoyed DJ party without any disturbance. Food was also good. Thanks. Will visit soon "Radisson Blu"

Very clean and well maintained.

Very nice facilities for hosting a business meeting here. The staff is really cooperative. Valet parking is available. Rooms are clean. Food is awesome. If you are in need for a video conferencing over internet, then this place does not have the right facilities. Their internet bandwidth is shared for all guests and if you ask for a dedicated line, the charges are way too higher (1 lakh Rs for 2 days for a 10 Mbps line). They do not have polycom setup either.

Actually quiet a nice place to do a one night business stay over. Good value for money and centrally located.

Had booked a banquet (raag) for my sons first birthday. Banquet was good enough for 30 guests. We had decided the menu by tasting the food couple of days before the party, however the food which was served during the party was way off the mark and a lot worse than what we had tasted and decided. Be careful about this aspect if you happen to book a buffet party there.

Have been staying here mostly for short trips since past two Years. The reception staff is always helpful with allowing late checkout. Great food at the Kebab Factory. Amazing Location, Nice rooms and good Wifi. Highly recommended for business travellers.

The rooms, restaurant and breakfast buffet hold up to the radisson name. Comfortable rooms, and courteous staff and the location is good. All in all, good place if you are in ahmedabad for business. Only thing, no swimming pool or any outdoor space so not exactly the best place to stay in if you are on a leisure trip.

Airport transfer was disappointing. Flight landed early but the car was no where to be found.

Last Christmas eve, at the hotel's very own restaurant, my friends and I got what I had never expected nor imagined I would get from a hotel like a Radisson. From the moment we were ushered to our table to the 3 hours of "surprising eventful evening" it appeared as though the team had decided to give ordinary care. My request to the hostess to see the manager was ignored. The food was not much to write home about, but could be potentially described as mediocre. The list can go on and be endless, however, the icing was that I got a pebble in my 'Gajar Halwa' and the Chef was instant and diligent enough to apologize to me with a manager deciding that a token 10% discount was good enough for this guest for him getting a pebble in his dessert. If I knew that I would get this treatment and such quality from a Radisson like international hospitality chain, I would have settled for a roadside vendor and yet find in my heart to cheer for them.

Nice experience from the concierge through the check in protocol to arriving in my room which has all the supplies I could have asked for, although I had to discover them myself. Perhaps, it would help to have a welcome list of items in the room which included iron and ironing board. I purposely visited the Kebab factory because of a not too positive review I read before visiting India; however, my experience was so great and promised to always stay here whenever I am back in Ahmedabad. They should put airport pick up and drop off in their profile that guests would happily book. I had to ask to discover, yes they have for Rs 800 in a super sedan or space wagon. Good pricing for all services! Indeed, home from home.

Well, I live in ahmedabad, and we were just looking for a good, descent place for dinning on a saturday night. Raddison blu felt perfect, and I have lived in their hotel when I was in Italy, hence I was all the most surer of how great the food might just be! We finally decided on the Great Kabab factory. After having to spent 900 bucks per head on it, we cursed ourselves for coming there and vowed never set a foot in this hotel again! how can you provide such tasteless, stale and distasteful food when Raddison is one of the finest hotels around the world! we were so disappointed, and it apparently blew our weekend mood. The name had kabab in it, and not one proper tasty kabab was served. I couldnt bring myself to eat anything at all! we actually went off hungry having to think of the food as if it was a punishment! I am a big foodie, someone who has eaten from alomst every resturant in ahmedabad, and ive never come across a soy tikki (with only n only soy, no other veggies or any other masala) instead of an aloo tiki or aloo kabab. The starters i. E the kababs were the worst ones ive ever eaten and the main course just had 2 subjis and one dal. The dal makhani had more water than makhan. And the subji, chhetinand was nothing but tons of garam masala, and panner makhani nothing but paneer dipped in tomato puree.
