We visited the place in April. It was a family holiday in a calm and serene place. Not crowded. The place is for those who want to, Enjoy the tranquility of nature of positive vibes. The staff was very helpful. Menu is bit costly. Better book the room with breakfast. The food quality is good.

Very neat and clean. Quiet place with good service. Over all a good experience.

Have been going to Presa since 5 years, have stayed in mostly all their accommodation options and love the rooms and their entire setup. You have good parking, clean rooms and the location isn't too bad either about 5 minutes from Candolim and Calangute.

One of the finest place to stay while at goa. Rooms are specious neet n clean. Ethnic room make it much batter place. Scrumptious food… courteous staff… prompt room service… overall… value of money.

Poetic and charming place! We had a great week in Presa di Goa. The staff were very friendly and comfortable. The hotel is located at the same time quiet and close to sights to visit and beautiful beaches.
We'll get back to that!

Stay, food and services are very good. Specially food, aunty there prepares very good food. Just be aware how much portion of the food is invoiced and which is complimentary and how much will be billed further.

Great place. Good authentic furniture. You'll have to ask for bathroom slippers now.

One of the most beautiful heritage type of resorts. Superb interiors with excellent wooden furniture. Break fast is good. Pool is good and with lots of green around.

Today I'm leaving after a 3 nights stay in tranquil Presa di Goa. It is a superb boutique hotel in a beautiful environment surrounded by sounds of nature. The room was large, clean and had a lovely balcony. … Tomorrow is my birthday and just when I finished packing my bags there was a nock on my door, a pre-birtdaycake. I went downstairs and shared it with the staff! Even though in far away, I feel like home. Thank you Edward and the complete staff of Presi di Goa, for making my stay so special! Mina from the Netherlands.

Quaint place away from the hustle and bustle of calangute/Baga. The rooms are tastefully done.

We had an excellent vacation at Presa Di Goa Resort. It was really a mindblowing experience for my family. My kids just loved it. Very nice nd peaceful place to stay in the middle of Goa small village. The entire staff was very co-operative, understanding, nd helpful including Mrs Fernandes,, they all made us feel at home. Moreover the food was just amazing, tasty nd delicious. Finally last but not least, as v had a flight at midnight on the check out day, they gave us an extra hours to stay there which is highly appreciated. Looking forward to spend more vacation at PRESA DI GOA… WE JUST LOVE YOUUUU…

Please don't go for this hotel the positive rewies which are shown on verius website is just the one side of the coin. we can still leave the good food, good views, location, distence these point still someonce can consider but the way the treat us it was horrible and it was not at all expected by anyone. so we booked one room for check in 25 & check out on 26 aug, 2017 and we reached there around 12:00 noon but hotel people clearly denied to providing any room before 04:00 pm and it was very heavy rain I was travling along with my old uncle and aunt dispite of having enough room in the hotel they denied stating its out policy why u booked from another website if u would have book this from our end directly then only we can give something extra very very very bad behaviour. and next day they denied for buffet breakfast stating there was only one or two type of dish available but it was not buffet u can not take secong boil ege after having one so again it was very very pathitic response by them so I will never ever recomend this hotel to anyone thank you.

A place you can say in the country side quite and relaxed for a quite holiday.

Very quiet place to stay! Also friendly staffs. It was nice to have a complimentary shuttle to the airport. However, it seems some places need little maintenance.

10/10 would recommend! the beds are amazing ^_^

I miss my morning swimms in the pool, where I looked at the coconuts, Next time I will teach the drivers to swimm in it. I can not say enough good about Presa di Goa I could stay there for another 11 days and celebrate x-mas there again. Whereever I looked I could see beauty. Very well decorated. During our 11 days stay, my family and I felt more and more at home. Thank you staff and creator of Presa di Goa.

What a lovely relaxing little paradise at goa, staff is really friendly and helpful. Food is amazing. Its not directly at the beach but they offer free transport to. I stayed here for 5 nights, when I will ever come back to goa, I will come back again to presa di goa.

Ultimate place to stay, nice staff, good food, love to come again.

Quaint bed and breakfast style house, simply furnished rooms with authentic antiques. I had the deluxe single and found the room to be lovely. The room and bathroom were clean. Bottled drinking water was supplied upon request. Hot water worked great, just had to turn the switch on about 5 minutes before my shower. AC worked well also. Hotel offers free shuttle to and from Calangute until 6pm.

Lovely, warm and welcoming management, staff with an objective to please its guests. The small attention to details to this fantastic goan country house furnished in Portuguese colonial style painstakingly selected by co-owner Edouad, yummy traditional goan food/desserts not missing chocolate mousse and caramel custard all cooked with the care and attention you could feel at home, going out of the way to prepare a packed breakfast for a early morning checkout. The humble attentive staff and co-owner's, a friendly dog and a sweet cat, the honking of the Poder pao-walo, coconut trees, birds chirping and so so much more sweet memories to carry from in and around the property and city :) Keep it up.
