Great place worth a visit. Clean rooms. And the food is ok. Located closer to the main road so it's easy to get to.

The resort is excellent and the staff of the resort is friendly. However, the restaurant in the resort is pathetic. Food is horrible and I fell ill after trying out. The restaurant staff are very rude and have no job but to stare at people at the pool. Nonetheless, the resort is very comfortable and beautiful, but they should change their restaurant and room service. Kindly note: the restaurant has been outsourced, and doesn't belong to the resort owners. Also the room service is provided by the restaurant owners and not the resort owner.

Nice place. Very well maintained. The pool was the main attraction for my daughter. The overall experience was good. Just the the AC stopped working for sonetinecst night and I have to call someone at 3am to fix it. That ruined our night. I hope they will fux it. I was staying in the delux cottage D-12.

I am extremely happy I stayed at this property, 5 mins walk to beach. The property is clean the rooms are good and the pool is extremely clean too. The staffs are very courteous and takes cares of all the small needs. Now the best part we stayed here for 4th night and there was some electricity issue, there they upgraded us to there next property Grand Leoney. Its a beautiful property as well. And the best part is both the property has same breed dog! ❤️

Good equipment but the service is not up to the expected standing.

It's a decent place for couples and family. Lush green lawns, swimming pool, open view restaurant and a very courteous staff. Food is bit expensive as everywhere in Goa. Rooms are fairly nice for the price you pay, not wow for me. Close to Beach, walkable distance. Total value for money. You could check out their facebook page. Pics are pretty much real. The entrance and the restaurant has been built to be better now.

Good service. The rooms are clean and the staff is kind. The pool is more than adequate. The resort is beautiful.

The resort is really good and the staff is polite and helpful… I would have given it a five star as it is such good value for money and the location of the resort is awesome, but they need to improve their rooms. Our room had no water pressure making it difficult to take a shower plus I feel they should also add a kettle to the room for the guests.

Perfect resort for families. Has good landscaping and well maintained facilities. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Its 5 mins walk to the beach from the resort.

Very well maintained resort, with great lawn, swimming pool and dining area. But the rooms can be improved substantially, especially the old furniture and old decor. No kettle for making an early morning tea is a huge con, as the kitchen doesn't open till 7:30!

The best hotel in Goa! As they watch the cleanliness, nowhere in India I have never seen such a thing! Even on a handrail in a garden there is no dust, it wipe out carefully every day. The bed also changes daily. Beautiful, comfortable, comfortable, clean… Recommend!

This is our second time when we stay at this beautiful hotel. The first time it was in 2010 and this visit to India we remembered for life, as well as our hotel — young cheerful and without children =). In 2017, when the choice arose before choosing a hotel, we knew exactly where we would spend our vacations in the company of 5 families and children. It was a wonderful deja vu, as well as last time, after years we were satisfied with the hotel service, staff work and the cleanliness of the rooms and the territory — the latter was very important because we had with as small children. All the same as many years ago the territory is kept in perfect purity, and the planting of the territory of the hotel really gives a sense of a wonderful oasis. All the same, in the morning the entire territory is washed out to the shine by the servicing staff — everything is rubbed, even the cracks in the fences. Rooms are cleaned neatly with care to things and even to toys of the child =). For those who did not stop here, other than the above mentioned, I would say that the hotel is a 10-minute, in my opinion, a pleasant stroll from the beach (but you may choose to do couple steps and chill at the nice resort pool) =). On the way to the beach you will meet a lot of places to taste the local cuisine and buy souvenirs. In general, I recommend my a wonderful experience!

Perhaps the best threesome in North Goa. The cleanliness is extraordinary. Recommend!

Worst bathroom I've ever seen, cockroaches, ants, mosquitoes, exposed electric wires, gross toilet seat, weird sounds coming from the toilet for one hole minute after you flush, room cleaning does not clean shower walls. The water used for the plants smells worst than sewers. The bedrooms are nice. The swimming pool is great although no steps in and out, only ladders.

One of the best resort in Goa, In very affordable price. Enjoyed staying here while my visit to Goa with my wife & some my friends & Family, everyone liked the resort. And I would the same next time when I visit again. Rooms are very neat & Clean. Also beach is in walkable distance.

Value for money. Staff very cooperative. 5 min walk to vagator beach, lot of restaurants nearby. Hotel helped to get bike on rent for Rs 200/day. Food is good at restaurant. Best part is the swimming pool and beautiful cottages.

Have stayed here just 2 days back. Very calm and peaceful place. Clean and maintained well. The food served is good. Warm and welcoming staff. Had a Great time. Stay here is surely recommended!

For three stars here is very cool! The usual numbers were removed. It has everything you need: a large ceiling fan, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV. The room was clean and comfortable. Of the minuses-thin walls. There is a swimming pool, bar, own parking. Free Wi-Fi in the bar.

Its a perfect get away from stressful life. Very clean rooms with hot water throughout. Staff very helpful and friendly. Ready to help. Pool is clean n well maintained. I would love to go there any time.

The resort is very well kept with a pleasant ambience. The rooms are clean but could do with better furnitures. Attached toilets are clean with hot running water and fresh towels. Overall, it's an excellent option for the price they charge and is quite close to the small Vagator beach.

Best resort in Vagator. Have been here 4 times with family and friends. Never disappoints.

I was amazed to go to such a beautiful resort in goa. Really its worth. My children enjoyed a lots. would definitely visit sometime again. Also my kids r missing tiger a lot. Its good for family. The staff was much familiar. The pool was good an clean. The food was taste. Very well maintained rooms and garden. Thanks to all who cooperated me when I was there.
