We stayed there for 4 days. The place is in an excellent location with the best of comforts. Staffs are very nice. Thanks to Jack for the wonderful cake on my friend's birthday.
We had a great time, it's just Peaceful with luxurious ambience!

The staff was courteous, amazing hospitality, clean premises.

Stayed with my son and couldn't fault this place! Spotlessly clean inside rooms and outside (including the pool). Wonderful staff who put themselves out daily to make sure everything is ok. Made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived and nothing was ever too much trouble! Great location and value for money; will definitely be back!

Isolated place in Bandipur nice stay and huge place.

Nice, calm quiet place. Owners are simply awssm. Limited breakfast options, no restaurant service. Crystal clear pool n good for family.

It's a pretty amazing place to go for a well needed break. It's location I can rate okay. Due to travel purposes. The rooms are amazing n well furnished with needed comfort. The services are alright.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything is fresh-repair, furniture, bed linen and towels. Great pool. Cozy courtyard. And the hosts are super simple. Every morning at breakfast everyone is interested in the menu. Very good breakfast. Jack, thank you so much for your help. We bought tickets for the bus, the flight canceled. There are no tickets for the plane or the bus or train. Jack spent the whole day with us looking for tickets. Bought on a night train. We stayed at the hotel. The money to take refused for the time spent. Very helpful person and the whole family. Good location. Very close to the beach.

I was there in November 2017 its a great place and the location is brilliant jack the owner is a complete gentleman and the rest of the staff were excellent to, plenty of good restaurants and shops located nearby aswell as stunning beaches that impressed with it I will be heading back in November 2018 again.

AMAZING FAMILY RESORT! clean spacious apartments, lovely atmosphere and center in the heart of Vagator. Jack and his family and staff are amazingly accommodating, will do anything for you. Breakfast is delicious, and you re able to order food into the resort.

A cosy spot to relax in Goa away from the crowded beaches. A cluster of rooms surrounding a somewhat clean pool make it easy to socialise as well as enjoy some time alone. The greenery is well maintained and the staff are pleasant despite not all being able to speak English.

All good. No complaints. Helpful and caring. The resort dsnt have a restaurant in-house, which does not seem to be an issue at all.

Two times I'm stay there very good admospeire and really well maintained and nice breakfast then friendly management's too.

Very well maintained resort, staff was friendly. Would definitely recommend if ur looking for budget travel. Breakfast buffet was simple n tasty.

Nice place about 10 mins walk from the beach though. Very good staff but theres no restaurant inside. All food is ordered from outside restaurants. Nice rooms and pool.

Beautiful small resort, nice service, clean and it's perfectly maintained. Right in the city but you feel like in nature because of the beautiful flower gardens in front of each small villa. I slept well because the bed was good and it was quite at night. In the morning I woke up at 9 AM from beautiful singing of birds which is very nice. Mr Fernandes and his family treated me very well. If I travel to North Goa next time, it's definitely the place to stay.

The location is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful and very helpful and clean and comfortable. The most remote beaches, if there is a bike, are all in step availability, with a arambol of 30 min rides. Hotel owner Jack and his wife are always attentive to the occupants. Thank you so much to Jack!

Me and my friend have stayed here for nearly 3 weeks and location is perfect however, you still need a scooter to get around to the local bars and resterants, there is a supermarket over the road where you'll find all your esential items. Rooms cleaned daily with clean towels but like most hotels never enough coat hangers but you only have to ask and more will come. Jack and his with are very friendly and always accommodate your every need which I did put them to their test. I was woken up early one morning to crying and found a small puppy stuck probably wondered off from its mum. There is a no dogs policy but Jack and his wife was patient enough to give me time to find a rescue which took 5 days. We named the puppy Jackie. She is now safe and waiting to be fostered. Thankyou Jack for not kicking us out and overlooking the policy this time. All I can say is "if you wanna spend time in a very clean relaxed environment run by local family with care and compasion" this is the place to be!

Excellent Rooms and Service.

I allowed my wife four days of luxury whilst in Goa. Over the Hilltop Festival weekend. Lovely rooms, with fridge kettle tea and coffee making facilities. Sadly missing in most Goan guest houses. I for one would prefer to make own tea or coffee in the early hours, rather than go searching for a member of staff. To make one for me. The standard of hygiene and cleanliness should be a benchmark for all Guest houses in Goa. Lovely swimming pool to cool down in when the temperature is up in the high thirties. Jack's place is the only place we have stayed, who's all round standard is comparable with a UK or continental hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay experience in the resort was amazing. We were a group of 7 with one infant, stayed here for 4 nights. Jack and his family are one of the most hospitable and amicable hosts that you will ever come across. As they personally look after daily mangement of the resort, they payed attention to our smallest requirement. The resort is well maintained with clean rooms and pool, helpful staff, easily accessible and few minutes away from Vagator beach. I would recommend it and rate it as value for money. Best wishes to the family and thank you for a wonderful stay.

Recently stayed there for a day. Resort was nicely maintained with Jack being a very helpful guy. Its around two km from vagator beach. Though breakfast provided was nice in taste I would have liked more options. Its limited as they don't have their own kitchen. Good Restaurants (jaws and Mango tree) are near by but you need to have a scooty which Jack helps you with. From Mapusa you can get bus which drops you directly near resort gate.

It was a wonderful experience. Loved the place. Jack and Nirmala are topclass hosts. Staff is very helpful. Good place for relaxation. I would love to go again.

Good rooms and courteous staff. The beautiful swimming pool is the best feature of this resort. You may get a good deal if you are planning to stay longer. Recommended…
