Fish thali is simply overhiped. It's decent but there are places that serve better thali.

Good seafood. Mr Divadkar is very helpful.

Hotel was neat & clean near to panjim bus stand at center of panjim city. Good food and great rooms.

Excellent location for business purposes in central Panjim and value for money property. Reception was being attended all night, came handy in booking cab to airport and provide the change as well. From the outside looks slightly jaded and old but maintained well. This order does it's job precisely at it's cost.

All the facilities were good, and breakfast buffet was also awesome. Two things I didn't like: 1. The washroom had translucent walls, so outside person can see inside, which can be a little embarassing. So from design perspective this can be a flaw. 2. I booked ticket via make my trip on which charge for two rooms were displayed as 8000. But on reaching they charged me 12000.

Very nice hotel, lavish living. But the rooms are too small for what we are paying. Also the bathroom toilet is very compact and is constructed just beside the bed. So at when when someone is peeing, the noise disturb the one who is sleeping. Room designing is not done properly.

Hotel has good services and rooms are comfortable stay in. Best part is that it very conveniently located in the heart of the city. Very easy to get around on foot to market, multiplex, garden, Casino. Delicious food excellent rawa fried fish and prawn curry served along with kismoor. Recommended place place for Business. Try their restaurants called Malaka Spice, which has lovely food.

Had a great stay for some 5 days here with my wife. Staff was great. Friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and complimentary breakfast was even great… price was certainly affordable.

Location is veey bad because its on the road and heavily rushed and service is also not good.

Overall the hotel is good but the problem is hotel location it is in the market area. Because of that this hotel has not provided any parking service which a big problem if you are traveling by your own car. Also they need to improve their service. I have very bad check-in experience. Also this is bit costly we can check some other options if not getting anything then you can stay here. Rooms are good.

Good Hotel surrounded by shopping area and walkable distance to Mandovi river for boat ride. The buffet breakfast is organized in make shift place which little bit inconvenience because no washing area. Overall the rooms very neat and clean and well maintained and room service is excellent. The internet connection is really bad one. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Good place to stay. Staff is moderately co-operative. Dont expect a warm response from the staffeven at reception. Manager is good but humoured by staff in front of guests hence no guarantee of reliability when the Manager is not around. The restaurant staff will get on nerves oftenly…

Had a delightful experience during our stay here. The room was spacious & clean. Everything was perfect & we didn't have to call the reception even once for anything. The food was good too and I liked the ambience very much. It's in the center of the city, so we could explore the church, fountainhas, etc by walk.
