Poor Service, AC stopped working at night where staff not even came to check. Room is full of big mosquitoes. High rates. Laundry service is not available.

The staff is good and polite. Service is also good. V always stay here in this hotel whenever v come 2 goa.

Tranquil place to stay despite being in the heart of the city. The fluctuating electricity didn't help the cause. Heera restaurant serves good food.

Very nice, quite an lush green all around. This place offers some amazing breathtaking landscape of Goa and at the same time you are never far off from the beaches. Classic place to rejuvenate one's soul. Highly recommend.

Good hotel service also good and receptionist is flexible and good behaviour is name is devadatta and for local site seen they are providing vehicle From goa tourism and that lady guide also explains all the places she is a good guide over all good experience.

Pros: Great Location. Its right opposite Mapusa Bus stand so for people traveling from/to Mumbai-Pune by bus this is an ideal location to stay as you can walk to your hotel. The restaurant on premise serves decent food at average cost Cons: Old interiors and just a very average service. The bed and bed sheets look old however are clean. Bathroom and toilet looks old but was clean as well. A good place to stay if you are just looking for a place to sleep at night. Since this is a GTDC run place they don't change the rate based on the occupancy.

Basic stay n located near bus stand n local market Good for someone who is willing to stay there for business purposes Not for who is looking foreword as s tourist who wants to chill at goa.

Very ill maintain place need to spruce it up the staff is laid back and all the appliances in the rooms don't work at all the location is fine but the cleanliness in the rooms is just bad.

Convenient location. Close to market. Beaches and other cities easily accessible. Cleanliness & Service need to improve. Restaurant has only bread menus for breakfast.

Good Hotel under GTDC. Room Sizes are big. Very Near to Market. But Service they want to slightly improve. Hot Water for bath also want to improve. But overall Its Good. Fresh Reception Area. Car Parking Also good.

Govt. Of Goa residency at central place of Mapusa, reasonable rates, easy to travel nearer beaches viz. Kalangut, wagha, anjuna, vajram, Morjim, Arambol etc.

The ambiance is good. Location good and food is awesome. But rooms inside are kozy.

Bad place to stay… Horrible hygiene issues n all of Goas mosquito are der to serve u!

Maintenance in bad shape. Almost all rooms had seepages … Service was so so coz the catering is outsourced and you have to pay for each time you order.

Good lodge for Travellers. It's quite expensive. You can get a room at midnight also. AC is powerful.

Nice place for stay in budget rate in Mapusa and also nearer to Mapusa bus stand. Rooms are good and large enough. They are also clean too. Nicely maintained corridors. Good job Goa Govt.

Very nice location close to all amenities near the busstand both local n Mumbai buses. Very near to market… Good rooms, restaurant n backup of state Govt. As it's Govt of Goa undertaking.

All the Goa Tourism residencies have BED BUGS and Food is very DIRTY… UNHYGIENIC plus people who serve Stink. Toilet and Bathrooms are also not cleaned. On top of all this it is very expensive. Had to finally leave and take an affordable hotel room which out of surprise turned out to be 10 times better than Goa tourism Mapusa residency. Thumbs down for all the bad service provided.

Stayed here from 22nd Jan to 25th Jan 2016 Deluxe AC rooms. Rooms are not luxurious but clean and it's value for money hotel. Basic things are missing such as 'hand facet in toilet, cloths hanger in toilet, cloths dryers etc. Since it was deluxe room, it was spacious enough to have space to walk even after extra bed was added. Hotel staff is friendly and restaurant is good too. We got complementary coupons for breakfast and it was good. This place is right next to Mapusa Bus Stand, taxi stand which makes it very convenient for commute. Beaches like Baga & Calingute are within 8-9kms and Panjim is 10km from this place. I'll recommend this place for sure.

Little far away from beach but hotel is nice. The service is good and its well known place. Its in front of Bus Stand so no problem of travelling anywhere in goa.

Not very hi fi but simple hotel Still good one. Very nice food veg as well as non veg available in restaurant located at first floor. Only issue is this restaurant operates independently hence you have to pay immediately for even cup of tea order in your room.
