It's a nice budget place. Decent rooms and good ambience. Great for backpackers.

Pros 1. Very clean rooms 2. Very affordable rates 3. Very clean toilet 4. Service was excellent Cones 1. It was taking a hell lot of time to Get the food 2. There was no telephone to call the Receptionist. At the end I will say that is was a very good experience. And at our bad the owner was a bit angry on us Because we broked the beer bottles and damaged his property.

The resort was amazing with spacious rooms. It had the best North Indian food which makes it different from the others. Completely loved the hospitality and the services provided by the staff. Had a pleasant stay there.

Pathetic… By the name of resort it's nothing. The worst eating place… Even u r hungry… U will not eat the food… Rooms r like… No wards to say… Even after motion trip booking he took more money… Means double… Sorry to say…

Rooms are very small and not maintained properly. Hygiene is very poor in room and bathroom. TV remote was not working. Set top box remote was not in the room and it was provided 8 hours later after repeated requests. Breakfast was average, do not book the hotel for breakfast as it is not worth. The reception guys were friendly and cordial.

Amazing and econimic place stay. Neat and clean rooms with polite hotel staff. With swimming pool and tasty complimentary breakfast. Overall a nice experience.

Great resort with very good staff especially their manager Yogesh. We stayed for 6 nights. The food is also pretty good like the butter garlic prawns. Resort has a small but clean swimming pool, the water in pool is impeccably clean and maintained. The location is bit in interior of the village but it’s like 100m away from Candolim beach. 1 less star because of their washroom fitting which is run down to a great extent, they have to completely redo their washroom as everything is outdated and broken. Final point — great budget stay would surely return back.

One of the best resorts you could stay in GOA. Not only are the rooms clean and convenient, but also it has a nice yard with a pool inside which makes it more romantic. Also it is located nearby restaurants and a market where you can visit anytime. The greatest point about the resort is the cooperation of its awesome Manager who can guide and provide you every facilities such as orienting in where to visit in GOA and communicating in renting Taxi for those tours. I have been there for two incredable days and want to meet there again if I would have the chances.

It's a neat little hotel with large size room. Very clean bathrooms and toilet. A small but decent swimming pool. It's very close to the beach. I had a pleasant stay here.

The room was clean. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice.

Nice place. Pool. Manager is too helpful. He arranged a taxi for airport drop at best price. Room with kitchen OYO home is best for peoples with family and kids. Restaurant and food price is nice.

Hotel premises are decent. Cleanliness is decent. Washrooms are disappointing. Swimming pool is good for guy friends to chill in. Beach is just 2 mins walk away. Overall a good hotel.

Very very very budget hotel. Breakfast is continental (scrambled eggs, toast, coffee), friends have seen the bread crawling cockroaches. Sometimes electricity is turned off, as is the whole of Goa. In the rooms restaurants and dirty. The staff are English speaking. There is no entertainment in the hotel, priority is given to the local. The sea is not 5 minutes, as some write, and 25… The shuttle to the hotel does not approach, it is necessary to stomp with things on the main street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nervous and accustomed to comfort-do not recommend.

Located 2 min walk from the beach. Budget rooms with pool and small garden. Decent and helpful staff. Room are simple and clean. Food is also nice.

The worst experience of life … no space in the rooms … lots of mosquitos. Bathroom space is not there… open windows in bathroom… will send even the pics. No hot water facility… dont go with the fake veiws.

If you are looking for a Comfortable stay … don't ever go for this … OYO lived up to its bad reputation perfectly. Rooms are dirty … AC not working. Water supply limitation … dirty pool … and they make excuses for each and everything as if everything bad has just happened in these 2 days only. Don't get fooled by the pics on the websites it's not even 10% of that… … I found this don't even worth for writing a review but still to help the fellow travelers.

Ave Maria Beach Resort is undoubtedly the perfect place to put up in North Goa. Here are few reasons why I would recommend it to anyone —
1. Ideal location, walking distance from the candolim beach and in proximity to the market.
2. You get variety in the breakfast every day which doesn't bore you.
3. Calm and peacefull environment of the resort. The architecture of the resort is such that u aren't disturbed by the noises outside your room.
4. Steady service for anything you say be it for renting any vehicle or booking a cab.
5. The host and owner Mr. Ankit is a really welcoming and charming man because he personally turned up at the resort to fix a room issue which was a technical glitch from oyo.
6. The pool is very clean and the poolside is the best place to sit by at night if you are not planning to go out.

Excellent services. Rooms are well furnished. Enjoyed a lot. Keep it up!

Quiet place. Clean enough, polyurea enough and cozy enough for Goa.

A cute and cozy resort, strategically situated close to beautiful Candolim beach and lil away from the crowded market places. One can walk down to the beach and market from the hotel or can enjoy the climate and relax at the pool inside the hotel itself. Candle light, pool site dinners adds up to the beauty of the hotel. Staff is also very accommodating. On the whole, it was a very nice experience. Will surely visit again.
